  • July 27, 2021

A single pane of glass interface to our corp userbase.

The pricing model, extremely hard to justify vs built-in offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a cloud-based AD relieves a lot of stress in areas with storms and bad weather conditions or for those who heavily rely on remote working.

Reporting has seemed to be the most troubling for us so far.

A product that works. What a concept.

  • July 27, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The number one factor that I enjoy is that JumpCloud seems to actually (bear with me here if you are used to other vendors) test their solutions BEFORE rolling them out to the public.
If it says it does something, JumpCloud will do that thing.
Extremely refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the system works and the staff is responsive to our needs, so I don't really have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based identity/SOA is very freeing. No VPN requirement for policy or authentication, redundant cloud-based RADIUS authentication, MDM for Mac devices, encryption policies...an always expanding suite of tools that extend to hybrid networks in ways that other vendors have not begun to realize.
