A MUST for work from home professionals!

What do you like best about the product?
This program is easy to use and very reasonably priced. I can't do without it!

It's always a great idea to see your clients when speaking to them. Why just call when you can see them and talk to them. You can also record the session for future review/use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Zoom eliminated spell check in the chat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No particular problem was solved. I believe clients feel more comfortable when they can see me and can relate better to my coaching.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a must if you're a coach, or have non-local customers. It's always good to put a name with a face!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and I like that there is a share screen where I can request for control of their screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I am still trying to use all the feature in Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-person meeting with staff who are not in the same location. Quick meeting with the ability to view staff's screen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is great for webinar meetings. Its computer and phone features make it easy for everyone to join in. I really recommend trying Zoom if anyone is considering using webinars for any training meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy for everyone to understand and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an account set up on my gmail account but can't figure out how to log in with my preferred email address. It's an extra step every time I set up a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most clients seem to know how to get on a Zoom call so easy to provide tech support. I love being able to meet via Zoom. It saves travel time, parking and I love always being on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep your other conference meeting software as a back-up until Zoom sorts out their bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a few years now for podcasts recording. With guests and hosts all over the world, Zoom works seamlessly to ensure we are able to communicate with one another a record audio at a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t have a strong and steady internet connection, the bandwidth required may cause your video and audio to become unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for us for have strategy meetings at times more convenient to us and reduced our need to travel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t wait. Zoom is easy to implement.

Finally, a full service app for meetings!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that you can quickly and easily use a green screen for backgrounds! No more fighting with settings and adjustments. I have completely eliminated the use of chroma key in Adobe Premiere, when it comes to creating my YouTube content. So much editing has been eliminated by using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that I haven't been able to find a way to record a two-person interview from both sides. Right now, only the host can record, to the best of my knowledge. However, I am still getting used to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom eliminates the need for tedious editing. Most of the video is complete before it evens goes into the post-production phase. When I discovered that I could simply record Myself (stand-alone) without being in a meeting, I was elated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a quick and easy Meeting app with a minimalistic UI, this is the way to go. It offers screen sharing, file transfer, and phone-in audio (as well as audio recording from the computer, which a must for Mac). It's free and has yet to cause any issues for me. I wish I had had this in my life sooner!

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool ever; this is something that I must have. I am involved in a lot of things that zoom is incorporated into my life almost every single day! I use it for school because most of my classes are online, so other students and I get together and have study sessions. I use it for forex trading my mentors have a live meeting almost every single night, and I present and also held learning conferences for my team. Lastly, I run a 24hr tow business dispatcher are allowed to work from home certain days of the week, some drivers are in the truck, and some are resting, so everyone is not together at one time this is how we hold weekly staff meetings no reason for your absence.
What do you dislike about the product?
When in the meeting on ios app video goes away when you hit the home screen I think it should minimize in the corner of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't live without it

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for users who have low computer literacy but also has lots of customizations and additional features for users who want to do more with the software. For example, there is no download required for someone who joins the meeting. They can simply click on the link from their web browser to join a call (no app download required) or call in from their phone. But if users want more features, there is an almost endless list of features and customizations available. Some of my favorites are the mobile app, the ability to use virtual backgrounds, the flexibility and customization with the zoom waiting room feature, the transcript feature, and closed captions to increase accessibility. The list is endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the virtual background feature. It works really well for the vast majority of my team and is really helpful when we are all working from home and need to still have professional backgrounds. However, those on my team who have very curly hair have had more difficulty with this feature because it tends to cut off our hair. This is unfortunate because it's a really helpful feature. I hope that this is updated in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us to bring together teams from across the country to do everything from improving our understanding of UX/UI problems, troubleshooting technical problems, and meeting to brainstorm solutions to technical and operational problems. Zoom helps our team to problem-solve and align virtually from anywhere in the world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Install the zoom Google Calendar integration. It will make it much easier for your users.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect with people across the country and see and hear them. Being able to share the screen and do break out rooms
What do you dislike about the product?
The video is sometimes glitchy and the actually of the sound goes in and out. Doesn't happen very often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with people any where across the country and build a business. People get to see and feel the type of person you are as opposed to just over the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Gotten way better over the last few years. Love the interactivity (like whiteboarding), emoji replies, and breakout features. What I really need in a virtual meeting is ways to help people interact and engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a hustling entrepreneur, honestly... the pricing. It's a great tool but the cost is not insignificant. And even if I wanted to select something else for this reason, unfortunately everyone else uses / expects Zoom, so it's a must have for my business now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy meeting option that's easy enough for clients to use. Has great interactivity features that keep people engaged (in a time where people are virtually overloaded)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure clients using it for the first time try to access the meeting early, ahead of the meeting, so they have time to set up (as with any other web conferencing option).

you can have a lot of people at the same time and you can moderate the conversations
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything as a user that I dislike about Zoom. I would recommend it for companies and also for friends., is not expensive and you get a good and professional platform. every bussines during this pandemic time, used it with good results.
most of the business meetings were held here. the only thing i dont like its that the invitation process its not friendly. i could be a lot easier in order to avoid explaining people how to use it, also to shut down the microphones to avoid people talking at the same time
