    What is our primary use case?

    Zoom Workplace Business  is used for internal and external meetings. A typical scenario involves integration into calendar invites so that when meeting with a customer or internal stakeholder, a Zoom link is available immediately.

    Zoom Workplace Business  is particularly handy when scheduling a meeting where people can choose their own time, as it still includes a link for the meeting to have a video call.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include the recording function, which makes it easy to export the audio so that it can be shared elsewhere.

    When using the recording function, the audio is typically shared internally, though it may happen externally from time to time if approved. The quality and ease of use are good.

    It has always been easy to share screens or bring up a keynote that everyone can see very quickly when using Zoom Workplace Business.

    Zoom Workplace Business has positively impacted the organization because by using the same solution, you always know that it is going to work. When people were using Slack, HipChat, Teams, or all of the other different varieties of options, it made it challenging to ensure that everyone was on the same page.

    What needs improvement?

    Zoom Workplace Business can be improved as the AI features have not been used very often, and it would be beneficial to see how they are utilized and the analysis that they can do.

    It would be interesting if you could translate into multiple languages easily.

    I really appreciate how Zoom Workplace has transformed my communication, making it much easier than before. Earlier, connecting with friends, family, and colleagues required meticulous planning and often travel, but now, with the quick video meeting feature, everything is just a click away. It has significantly improved my work efficiency through the seamless screen sharing and recording capabilities, enabling stress-free remote collaboration. I love that it combines video meetings, chat, screen sharing, and whiteboards all in one platform, which is incredibly beneficial for teamwork, making it fast and well-organized. The simple interface plays a big role in ensuring meetings run smoothly without any confusion. These features make Zoom Workplace incredibly valuable as they enhance communication, simplify teamwork, and enable effective collaboration from any location. The product offers better collaboration tools like breakout rooms and whiteboards, alongside a more stable video quality for larger meetings. All this contributes to making team communication more organized and efficient. Additionally, the initial setup was a breeze; installing it and creating an account took only a few minutes, with a simple interface that even new users can understand and start using without any confusion.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The audio and video quality is easily the best among chat apps. I also appreciate features such as screen sharing, chatting with attendees, and the overall user-friendly experience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The main drawback is, of course, the time limitation imposed on the free version. Additionally, notifications occasionally fail to reach all users.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    In my opinion, Zoom Workplace has addressed certain technical issues, such as reducing the waiting time before meetings. Additionally, I found that security was an important concern, and I believe they have taken steps to improve it.
