What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace to be incredibly easy to use, which streamlines the process of setting up and initiating meetings with just a couple of clicks. It provides seamless connectivity for team members, regardless of their region or the devices they are using, be it mobile phones or laptops. This ease of connection is particularly beneficial in connecting students, faculties, and other staff efficiently. I also greatly appreciate the breakout rooms feature, which enhances collaboration and allows for more organized and focused group interactions during meetings. The initial setup process of Zoom Workplace is straightforward and hassle-free, making it a smooth transition from previous platforms like Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am expecting more AI features from Zoom Workplace to enhance the overall experience. Specifically, the inclusion of AI-driven meeting summaries and live translations from different languages to English and vice versa would greatly improve its utility. These improvements would facilitate better understanding and efficiency, especially in multi-lingual teams.

I use Zoom Workplace for effortless collaboration and meetings. It connects students, faculty, and staff efficiently across different regions and devices. Setting up meetings is simple with just a few clicks, and the breakout rooms enhance interaction.

What I appreciate most is that this is an all-in-one platform, allowing me to handle video meetings, team chats, and VoIP all in one place.

I like how Zoom Workplace makes teamwork super easy — everything’s in one place, the video is crystal clear, and the built-in AI helps you stay organized. It just works, so you can focus on getting things done, not on figuring out tech.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it sometimes drops connections or lags during big meetings, can use a lot of computer resources, and the chat feature can feel distracting.

Allows Virtual Connections for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace helps everyone, with or without zoom account to connect virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the mic is disabled by the organizer, it does not notify the participants.

It is solving the problem of sharing the screen along with audio of any app in our desktop, like in google meet, we can do it for on tab only, but it allows for desktop apps also.

I find Zoom Workplace to be incredibly easy to understand, which is particularly beneficial in a work environment with people of varying age groups. Even the older members of my company grasp how to use it effectively, which makes collaboration seamless and minimizes the need for extensive training sessions. This simplicity ensures that everyone can participate in meetings and work from home efficiently, which has been essential for us. Zoom Workplace simplifies remote work for me and my colleagues, allowing us to communicate and collaborate without any unnecessary complications.

Sometimes the audio and the visual lags.

Zoom is probably the most powerful and developed video communications software on the planet. There are few platforms with as much investment and functionality as zoom, and yet at the same time it is simply focused on helping you to connect with people all around the world through a simple screen!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tech can be quite glitchy at times and the sound quality for music transmission isn't always too clear. There can often be latency and lag creating a low quality sound output, which can make it hard to use as an artist and creative for virtual sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining virtual business meetings & sales connections for me and my entire team. Zoom integrates nearly every appointment scheduling app making the process smooth and simple. Plus given Zoom's brand name awareness and saturation every feels comfortable using the platform to take meetings. More so than Google Meet.

I also value how effortlessly it integrates with calendars and other workplace tools, which enhances both productivity and communication within the team.

One aspect I find frustrating about Zoom Workplace is that certain advanced features seem somewhat disorganized or take several steps to reach. At times, updates alter the interface, which may be confusing for users who aren't very tech-savvy. Additionally, if the internet connection is weak, the audio and video quality can deteriorate rapidly. Improving stability in low-bandwidth conditions would greatly enhance the overall experience.

With features such as screen sharing, file sharing, and breakout rooms, teamwork and decision-making are enhanced. Overall, Zoom Workplace has helped me boost productivity, communicate more quickly, and collaborate more efficiently, no matter where I am located.

I love the clean and intuitive AI, which makes everything easy to find, whether managing chats, pulling up notes, or joining meetings. This intuitive interface saves me a ton of time. Additionally, the built-in whiteboard is a surprisingly powerful feature. It supports sticky notes, diagrams, templates, and real-time co-editing, which greatly facilitates collaborative work. Another aspect that I find invaluable is the AI-powered meeting summaries. They are a huge time saver as they automatically capture key points, action items, and follow-up tasks, ensuring that I never miss important details. Also, the fact that Zoom Workplace integrates with Slack is a useful feature, enabling me to initiate video or voice calls directly from within a Slack channel or direct message. Simplifying the setup process, standardizing permission prompts, and providing better testing tools for integrations could significantly improve the experience.
