Seamless Unified Communications with Outstanding Quality
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout benefits of Zoom Workplace is how it has grown from a simple video calling tool into a comprehensive unified communications platform. What impresses me most is the consistently high video and audio quality, which remains reliable even when bandwidth is limited. Additionally, the integration of Zoom Phone (telephony) and Zoom Team Chat with meetings is exceptionally smooth, making it easy to switch from a chat to a voice or video call with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its features work together to create a unified communication ecosystem. I rely on it to bring all our daily collaboration into one place. For external calls, I use Zoom Phone, while Team Chat handles our internal instant messaging needs. Meetings are improved by the Zoom AI Companion, which automatically produces summaries and action items. This makes it easy for me to record, summarize, and archive important information without interrupting the flow of conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has effectively addressed the issue of fragmentation in our communication tools. In the past, we relied on three separate providers—one for meetings, another for landline calls, and a third for chat. Now, with everything unified under a single platform, we receive one consolidated bill and access all communications through a single interface. This change has greatly streamlined IT management, lowered our expenses, and provided a consistent, dependable experience for all employees, no matter where they are located.
Effortless to Use with Helpful Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use, and I appreciate the features that let me turn off my camera or audio whenever necessary. I also find the help center to be quite informative and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I have noticed the app lagging, even though I am using a high-speed internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From what I gather, one of the bugs they are currently addressing is related to the “Leave Meeting” button. Fixing this would be a huge help, as I have also experienced difficulties when trying to exit at the end of my meetings.

As the Director of Employee Experience, what I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is its exceptional video and audio quality, a hallmark of Zoom Meetings. Beyond that, I find the integration of Zoom Team Chat and Zoom Phone within the suite to be extremely valuable. The chat function is not merely an add-on; it is thoughtfully embedded, enabling text conversations to transition instantly into voice or video calls with just one click. This seamless experience removes barriers in real-time communication and makes shifting between different work modes feel entirely effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I think could use enhancement is the integration of document and task management, especially when compared to platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Although Zoom has introduced features such as Zoom Docs, these offerings are still relatively new and not as mature as the more established alternatives. As a result, most teams still rely on external tools for intensive editing and collaborative work. Additionally, even though Zoom has made significant strides in security, the lingering public perception from the early days of 'Zoom-bombing' sometimes means executives need to provide extra reassurance, despite the platform now offering robust security measures.

Zoom Workplace has effectively addressed the issue of unified communications (UC) tool fragmentation. In the past, we relied on separate solutions for video conferencing, PBX telephony, and instant messaging. With Zoom, we have now brought these three essential functions together on a single platform. This consolidation has made IT management simpler, lowered our licensing expenses, and provided a seamless user experience. As a result, our remote and hybrid teams can consistently rely on a dependable way to stay connected.

Not really much I have not enjoyed. I use Zoom for most of my meeting needs.

I use Zoom regularly and find it effective and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It has every feature you need for a meeting or webinar as both a facilitator and attendee. The features are intuitive and easy to use. In particular, breakout rooms, transcripts, and live chats are particularly important for a lot of the online events I have attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I particularly dislike - I prefer Zoom over most other virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is easy to use across different workplaces that may use "conflicting" platforms (Teams vs. Google Meet). I also attend a lot of webinars and events via Zoom, and things like presentation mode and breakout rooms can make events far more interactive and engaging.

I love how easy Zoom Workplace is to use, as it offers great personalization features that enhance my user experience significantly. The platform's ability to learn and bring up the apps, documents, and items I use regularly during meetings really stands out, saving me time from having to search for them continuously. The user-friendly interface simplifies my workflow, making communication and meetings seamless across the team. I appreciate how effortlessly it bridges the physical gap between team members and stakeholders, especially since our team has expanded to other regions. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the overall ease of use and thoughtful design make me highly likely to recommend Zoom Workplace to others.

I find switching between tools to be sometimes scattered, which disrupts the smoothness of using Zoom Workplace. Notifications tend to get excessively noisy, which can be distracting and hinder my productivity. It would be beneficial if the notification settings were more easily accessible and if there was a more seamless workflow process implemented.

Easy to setup. Great video and audio quality. Love the features like recording calls on the cloud for future reference.

The games and activites sometimes lag and could be better.

With Zoom workplace, your Seemless meetings and Teamwork would be much easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's video call quality and now it's integration with MS outlook and other tools is getting better day by day. Previously it's integration with Microsoft outlook / Teams Calender was not seamless, but now works fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big con, but it uses resources more than expectation. So sometimes it effects the performance of low spec systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying the way to connect with teamwork and so much reliable that you can blindly trust on. It's Video quality is much better that MS Teams what I feel. And Auto AI note summarization is like cherry on the cake.

I like the reactions panel. The fact I can mute and hide my camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about zoom workplace. The only issue that I found that was that my zoom on my mobile phone I had a hard time finding the raised hand button but when I found it it was fine.

I usually log on to zoom workplace for my meetings.
