Reliable and easy-to-use video conferencing, with great new AI features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is one of the best meeting place which I have used and features I like most about zoom are as follows:
1) Its inbuilt white board which remove users reliance on external software.
2) Meet recording feature is also good for sharing high quality video of meet.
3) The calendar inside app makes it really easy to manage the sessions and plan the future tasks
4) Recent AI companinon feature is good as well it supports user to manage current session
5) Security and control over access of session is really good for large groups
6) Begineer friendly and easy to use platform

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom provides really less flexibility for free users like:
1) 40 minutes group meetings for free users
2) Also the zoom cloud storage is only available for paid users and platform does not has option to connect to external storage provider which makes it inconvinent to share recorded sessions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a professional working in remote setup its tough to manage multiple schedule multiple session and keep track of them. But with zoom it becomes really easy to schedule online meets and manage them accordingly. Also the set of tools which zoom provides for meetings is good for e.g. whiteboard, AI companion, meet recording this makes experience unmatchable and you dont have rely other software for this features. Zoom is good for hosting seminar as access control features are really good

Outstanding Screensharing and Video Conferencing for Daily Use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best screensharing and video conferencing software as a service product. used it daily for client troubleshooting calls as well as webinars. we can take control, breakout rooms are also there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the mobile app is slow. The pricing model is easy

A robust solution was need for video conferencing for our client. They had in house software but it was slow. Zoom workspace was suggested and we are using it for last 3 years.

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its high quality and ease of understanding in virtual meetings. The interface is smooth, making it simple to operate sessions and easy to schedule meetings. This is a great app for virtual meetings, and I find the recording feature particularly useful. It really stands out for making it easy to capture and review meetings.

So far, there is nothing I dislike. I am using it for online classes.

This functionality significantly enhances team collaboration and problem-solving. Additionally, the individual chat feature during meetings is extremely helpful as it allows me to convey messages to specific individuals without involving the entire meeting group. I also love the recording feature that allows us to document meetings seamlessly. Once the meeting concludes, Zoom Workplace provides AI-summarized meeting notes, which capture the important points accurately. This automation of meeting minutes saves time and enhances accuracy, making the follow-up process more efficient. Furthermore, setting up and onboarding Zoom Workplace into daily operations has been smooth and hassle-free. We've been using Zoom for a significant time, and integrating it into our workflow was an easy transition. Overall, the combination of ease of use, effective features for communication and collaboration, and streamlined meeting notes makes Zoom Workplace a valuable tool in our work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when calls get disconnected abruptly, especially when joining via dialer. This is particularly annoying during important calls, and it sometimes happens multiple times within the same call. Considering the scale of the organization and the premium subscription plan they have, such disruptions should not occur. It's disappointing and affects the flow of meetings significantly.

I use Zoom Workplace for ease in meetings, screen sharing for troubleshooting, and individual chat to message privately. The recording and AI-summarized meeting notes are precise and save me from manual note-taking.
Effective Communication Tool with Minor Hiccups.

What i like about Zoom Workplace ,It brings together meetings, chat (Team Chat), phone, whiteboards, docs, etc., in one platform.
This means less context-switching between applications helpful if you have a small team handling affiliate marketing, shipping logistics, customer service.

What i dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it has too many features, making it feel overwhelming and difficult mostly for new users to navigate all the tools in terms of Chats, Calendar, Whiteboard and Notes.
2.It also Occasional has technical glitches. Audio or video keep freezing, screen-sharing lags and it random sign-outs or connection issues even with strong internet.

Zoom Workplace solves several communication and it coordinates problems by bringing different tools into one platform. It helps us remove the need to switch between separate apps for meetings, chat, notes, and collaboration.
This helps to improve productivity and keeps all information in one place. It has Zoom’s AI Companion which also reduces manual work by summarizing meetings, drafting messages, and capturing action items and definitely this saves time and ensures nothing is missed.
