    Overview

    Beyond simple reporting for Amazon Connect, CX Intelligence for Amazon Connect by eMite is a SaaS solution that provides immediate value for contact center managers by providing advanced real time and historical data visualization via dashboards and wallboards for better insights. Drawing Information from multiple systems, such as CRM and Service Desk, and correlating it with contact center data at lightning speeds, eMite empowers contact center managers to measure the metrics relevant to them. With great visualization, out of the box reporting and a powerful KPI engine, there is no wonder that hundreds of customers rely on eMite for Advanced Analytics for contact centers.

    Out of box SSO integration is available via ADFS. eMite also supports SAML 2.0 and if you have an Identity solution based on SAML 2.0, then before purchasing please feel free to discuss with us via email at eMiteSupport@prophecyinternational.com  and we will work with you on its integration. This is for a Monthly bucket of 3333 Connected Hours (which is roughly 200,000 Connected Minutes rounded to the nearest hour - comprised of inbound, outbound and on-hold minutes). There will also be a one-time Setup Fee (Quickstart) that will be billed immediately upon subscription.

    CX Intelligence for Amazon Connect by eMite Contract

    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    While we have a "no refunds" policy for services, we are willing to discuss cancellation. Cancellation requires written notice to our support at emitesupport@prophecyinternational.com  . We should respond to your request within 48 business hours.
