sometimes , the link is only visibe (or allows access ) to the person we give access to . Could be tricky where multiple stakeholders are involved that we arent aware of

A Game Changer for our GTM Team!

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has become our go-to hub for all things GTM—making it effortless to discover the latest assets and track outreach. The Gmail integration is a huge plus; our reps can access what they need right within their workflow without switching tools.

Our team especially loves Ask Buddy, their AI copilot. Reps no longer have to scramble to find the right content or answers—Ask Buddy delivers instant, contextual responses, whether it’s messaging, product details, objection handling, or the best case study to share. The AI recommendations are spot on and surface the right content at just the right time. It’s made us so much more efficient and my team loves it.

One of the things we appreciated most was how easy it was to integrate. As a PMM, I was able to get us up and running within two weeks of bringing GTM Buddy on board—which made adoption seamless for the team. Their Customer Success team has been incredibly responsive and supportive—not just during onboarding, but well beyond—making the entire experience smooth and effortless
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing we actively dislike or would call out as a concern. That said, we did have a few features on our wishlist—but the GTM Buddy team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve already delivered several enhancements based on our requests, and that’s made a big difference for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is helping us get the right content and information into the hands of our sales team—at exactly the right moment. Instead of searching across multiple tools or asking around, reps can now access contextually relevant content directly within their workflow—whether they’re in Gmail or Slack.

It’s also made a big difference in how our team prepares for calls. With everything from product details to competitive insights and case studies easily accessible and calendar-synced, reps go into meetings far more prepared and confident.

And the content tracking insights are a huge plus—we get real-time visibility into when a prospect views or shares content, and how much time they spend on it. That kind of data helps us prioritize follow-ups and improve our messaging. Overall, it’s made our sales process faster, smarter, and more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team has been incredibly responsive and supportive — they make the onboarding process feel effortless. They're always ready to jump on as many tutorial calls as needed, making the learning curve almost nonexistent.
A special shoutout to my CSM, Nisha, who has been exceptional — proactive, accommodating, and truly dedicated to setting our team up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s room for improvement in the platform’s visual design and user engagement. Given that sales and revenue teams are the primary users, the interface could be more intuitive and visually appealing to better match their workflows.

The LMS offered is not a top-notch. Features like Leaderboard, community engagement are missing.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about GTMB is the fact that we can update content in real-time. But it goes further than that: if my sales team sends out a pdf, but that pdf is updated after it was sent, GTMB does its magic and the new-and-improved version of that pdf is what the prospect will see. Pretty slick!

Their team is also kind, intentional, and genuinely is there for us to succeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Marketer, I wish GTMB integrated with Canva..!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTMB gives us a home for all of our sales enablement content and builds AI assistance based on the content we've uploaded.

What do you like best about the product?
They have fit there solution as per our custom needs of the organizations product marketing documents requirement. And thats amazing as they had to provide on both product as well as service to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Courses Library will need more product innovation and development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With GTM Buddy now every marketing enablement for sales is easily accessible and updated for sales. And best part is even if any materials get outdated we just have to switch the updated document and it can be accessed automatically by previously shared link.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used GTMB for just over a year, I’ve seen a steady stream of feature enhancements that have significantly improved the platform’s usability and overall experience. The team is incredibly responsive to customer feedback -whether it's suggestions, recommendations, or pain points, they genuinely listen and do their best to incorporate those insights into the product. Even when a feature isn’t currently supported, they consistently offer thoughtful workarounds to help us achieve our goals.

I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Nisha (who has played an extremely helpful role in supporting the migration of new pages), Sundar (there's too much to be said so keeping this short- always providing amazing support & guidance), and GTMB's fantastic back-end IT team (who has sat through many of my feature video requests)! Our weekly meetings with them have been invaluable in helping our team fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. Their support ensures we’re maximizing the value of GTMB, and whenever we run into questions or issues, we know we can count on them to find a solution quickly and effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little I dislike about GTMB. The team is always working hard to roll out new features and provide excellent support. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the pace of feature releases. While very exciting to see the platform grow, the frequent updates can sometimes feel overwhelming from a customer perspective- it can be a challenge to keep up and ensure we’re optimizing all the new functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTMB has been valuable in helping with:

- Content Organization & Relevance: With content profiling, we’re now able to tailor and organize materials for specific teams. This ensures that each group sees only the most relevant content, which is a game changer for efficiency and clarity. The added layer of user permissions also helps maintain structure and control across the platform

- Improved Visibility & Reporting: The enhanced analytics give us deeper insights into how content is being used- whether it’s shares, downloads, or engagement. This helps us understand what’s resonating with our teams and where we can improve

- Streamlined Competitive Intelligence: GTMB centralizes competitive insights in one easily accessible space. This makes it much easier for our teams to stay informed and aligned, without having to dig through multiple sources

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is beeing able to keep track of my lead's interaction and understanding how interected they are about the contentes that I'm sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it should have a feature where I can filter who has seen the email I send. Sometimes we send emails to clients and internal team members, so if someone from my company opens the email, I would prefer not to receive that notification, only if my client opens it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the biggest help is knowing when my lead is interacting with the content and emails sent, as this way I can determine the best time to contact them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to find content without having to go and search for it. I can click into GTM Buddy, directly from an email I'm writing, and search the content I need. I have found many pieces of collaterall that I didn't even know about prior to using GTM-B. I also love the ability to put a pricing PDF as hyperlink, so that I can see how long somone viewed a quote for. The notification are also great to know when people are opening your emails or links. It helps a salesperson stay right on top of their deal, ensuring the best chance at closing a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your company doesn't put any information in GTM Buddy, then there is nothing to search for, and then the only value is notifications, which is good. The real bang for your buck is putting a lot of information in the system, so reps can easily grab it when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to find company collateral, and finding it extremely quickly.
Not knowing how long someone is viewing a document, and now having an idea of how legitimate your deal/where you really stand.

Just sometimes it does not work as it should be. For eg. sometimes it failed to load.

GTM Buddy basically helps solve problem of not having right kind of content to share with Clients at the right time. With the help of GTM buddy, all the necessary Documents, Content, Case studies, everything can be complied in a single platform and then it can be accessed by anyone to share with their potential client.
