GTM Buddy Review
What do you like best about the product?
Outlook plugin to share the collaterals with client and tracking engagement on it is easy and useful. And I also like that ability to capture the feedback of sales rep on the ppts, sales decks etc on the platform itself, which helps marketing team to incorporate their feedbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general it covers all the basic need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time taken to discover content internally has gone down. Also content creation/updation requests have been streamlined and content dissemination has become easy.

Easy to use and Sales Enablement platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive. You can store all your sales/marketing collateral in one place. You can know which prospect has opened which document as you keep sharing them using the platform. Also, you get to know when someone opens your email when you sync it up with your Gmail account. The customer support is amazing. If you have any questions or face any challenges, they're very quick in responding to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is growing well and has a great vision. So hopefully, I see some more out-of-the-box capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the clicks/opens on emails and clicks/opens on documents shared with prospects. Also, an AI element gives you insights into your upcoming meeting. Sync it with your calendar and CRM. It can tell you what files you can share, what questions you can ask and so on.
Constantly evolving to turbocharge the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
A very knowledgeable & responsive team who go out of their way to build the best possible platform & also more importantly drive adoption
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a platform that is getting built, so there may not be one or two features, but we can rest assured that even those will eventually get shipped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem statement was to make it easier to sell to enterprises.
We have saved time & effort involved in the sales process while also revamping our content library

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and ease of use for Sales folks—an ideal place to collaborate with the Marketing team. The best thing is the mail plugin which helps you retrieve whatever collaterals and templates required for mailing your prospects. A real game changing platform that takes Sales Enablement to the next level. Insights features on the collateral shared helps understand the pulse of the customer in a better level sometimes helping you time your call to your customer or send teaser emails on specific topics of interest to the customer. The GTM team is swift and agile in creating great user experience through consistent feedback mechanism from its users. I have personally seen my suggestions being implemented on the platform in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Overall the experience has been good till now.

Searching of contents has been made super easy. I time the call made to you a prospect when I get a notification saying the mail has been opened by the customer and it has been super effective in quick recall. Of course insights helps speak to customer in the area of their interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to GTM Buddy, our global sales teams have access to the latest information on our products, customer case studies, industry reports, and competitive insights. The best part is that GTM Buddy delivers all of this information in our seller’s workflow across their email, calendar, CRM, or even WhatsApp. As a product marketer, the following GTM Buddy features help us enable our global sales team at scale:
- Topics let us build landing pages on product use cases as well as competitive battlecards.
- The Content Forum allows the marketing team to track and prioritize different content requests from our distributed sellers.
- The Content Library helps organize various types of sales content in a systematic manner.
- The Customer Table lets sellers easily check for referenceable customers in an industry or region without having to send out multiple emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
GTM Buddy offers a radically new approach to content management that avoids the hassle of creating and maintaining folders, tagging taxonomies, or rule-based filters. While it is critical to configure your business vocabulary correctly, the GTM Buddy customer success team ensures you are adding key vocabulary in a structured manner. The team is highly responsive to any queries and receptive to feedback regarding the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy allows our small but mighty product marketing team to scale sales enablement across distributed revenue teams. We can track which content reps are using during the sales cycle - this also lets us highlight great content that sellers are not sharing with their prospects. We can also prioritize building content that sellers need urgently and more importantly, learn how buyers are engaging with our content.
GTM Buddy wins where most others, in this category, fail - Sales adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Sales enablement is challenging for many reasons. GTM Buddy has managed to demand attention from both our Sales teams and is proving to be an excellent tool for PMMs to help enable them right info at the right time.
Sellers don’t need to switch from their existing tools as GTM Buddy provides buyer-centric content in their Outlook, calendar, or Hubspot. Our sellers are better prepared for meetings by reviewing relevant content based on the opportunity stage, buyer persona, industry, and competitors involved. Finally, sellers can focus their time and effort on closing deals by accessing information when they need it and saving time by not building new content. Our Sales team loves the list of name drops that they can do with every deal. The content, by the way, is auto-indexed and avoids the tagging/organizing nightmare for the enablement teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. GTM buddy is an ambitious team with a good pace of delivery on features/ updates, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Contextual Content + Client References + Talk Tracks/ Objections
2. Helps enablement team manage content better + Visibiity on document usage/ built-in feedback loop and more.

If I have to sum up GTM Buddy in three words - Auto-Organize, Ease of Discovery, Collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Even though I’ve used Showpad and other sales enablement tools in the past, I find GTM Buddy much more effective because it integrates with a seller’s workflow. In other words, it’s simpler to use. A document doesn’t have to be tagged by an enabler.GTM Buddy is a one-stop-shop for all our content needs, including blogs, FAQs, competitive pages, and YouTube/Vimeo videos. We love that GTM Buddy content is always available to sellers, no matter where they are - whether it’s in email, CRM, or a social network like LinkedIn. We came to the decision to buy the product due to its AI-powered Content Recommendations. It’s a feature that’s unique to GTM Buddy and has helped our reps find and share content more efficiently. Content that was previously unused or unexplored is now being used as an enabler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and functionalities can drive greater value for bigger/more mature sales organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a huge gap between the content that the Marketing team was producing versus the content that sellers needed. In order to bridge this gap, GTM Buddy provided an interface for sellers and marketers to communicate and give feedback. With this information combined with prospect engagement on shared content, we were able to understand which content was effective and which wasn’t.
Great product to enable salespeople
What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy closes the gap between marketing and Sales. Loading up all the collateral in one place has increased accessibility. The availability of elastic search is terrific since one doesn't necessarily have to know what they're looking for. Typing in a keyword is enough. That coupled with directly integrating the material in emails, tracking open rates, engagement, etc. is killer
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. There are some gaps since the product is new but the team is extremely proactive and actively work on feedback to quickly fix any niggles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling the sales team with more information, better accessibility. The immediate short term benefit we've seen is the drastic reduction is research time and time spent on internal legwork
