What do you like best about the product?
It is a centralized repository for all the tools of RateGain, even if the enablement sessions of a product is not done, still you can read about it and pitch it to the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in GTM Buddy, it is a good tool for both Sales and Marekting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an idea about the service or product in which the customer is interested in after open ended demos where you discuss all the solutions and share the generic intro deck, you get to see how much time a customer has spend on which product's slide.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy effortlessly brings context-rich, relevant content into the flow of work—especially within tools like Gmail and Slack. Its intelligent search and auto-surfacing help salespeople and marketers stay aligned, save time, and deliver the right message at the right moment. The integration with CRM is smooth, and the content discoverability is far better than traditional repositories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be more customizable, especially when trying to analyze long-term engagement trends or tie content usage directly to deal influence. Also, a bit more flexibility in user roles and permissions would help large teams manage access better.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless Outlook integration is a standout. I particularly appreciate the Smart Snippets and Favorites features that surface highly relevant content at just the right time—whether I’m crafting an email, joining a meeting, or preparing a pitch. The ability to pull in data from LinkedIn and MS Teams, combined with easy access to email templates and shared content libraries, creates a one-stop-shop for sales enablement. Everything syncs back into our CRM, so I never lose track of account activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
GTM Buddy's ease of use stands out—minimal training was needed, thanks to an intuitive UI and embedded video tutorials like Introduction to GTM Buddy and Navigating Dashboard. Its ease of integration is excellent; Outlook, LinkedIn, Teams, and CRM are all tightly connected.

The frequency of use is daily—especially for email prep, meeting readiness, and tracking content engagement. The number of features is impressive but well-organized: from uploading to sharing to monitoring engagement, everything is right at your fingertips.

I especially value the CRM hygiene support, where contacts are automatically linked to opportunities, and the system sends smart notifications about buyer activity on shared documents. It helps keep my outreach informed and timely.

GTM Buddy solves the problem of accessing scattered product information by bringing all the key content—like product details, use cases, and competitor insights—into one easy-to-use platform. It saves alot of time, also improves product understanding, and helps me to feel more confident during client interactions and internal discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has become a go-to hub for our enablement resources. It’s streamlined the way we organize and access materials across teams, making content more centralized and easier to maintain. One of the standout aspects has been the support from our CSM, Diya. She is responsive, thoughtful, and a true partner in helping us make the most of the platform. Their involvement has made a huge difference in how we think about and structure our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge has been driving consistent adoption across teams. While the platform itself is strong, it requires internal effort to shift habits and ensure people are regularly engaging with it. A bit more built-in guidance or nudges to encourage usage could help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy solves the challenge of scattered and outdated enablement content. Before, our teams had to dig through multiple folders, decks, or Slack threads to find what they needed. Now, everything is housed in one central place, making it easier to keep resources current and aligned across teams.
