Assisting with content organization and tracking assets is straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
In my role as a marketer, a primary objective is to develop content that is both pertinent and advantageous for our internal teams, particularly our sales team. To accomplish this mission, we've seamlessly incorporated GTM Buddy into our workflow, a powerful tool that furnishes us with invaluable insights and analytics concerning the performance of our published resources.
The efficient sharing process facilitated by GTM Buddy empowers our sales team to obtain the materials they require promptly. It streamlines their ability to locate and distribute the pertinent resources, thereby enhancing the efficiency of their sales endeavors.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the GTM buddy for the last 8-9 months. It is very helpful to share the assets with all our prospective clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our long-term goal has been to create a Partner onboarding and learning experience that is both seamless and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation across pages is very easy and the search is also very accurate. It always throws the right assets on every search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such, maybe a few more features on the competition side would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly GTM Buddy helps us a central repository system for all our documents and assets...it helps us with competition analysis and also the interaction between buyers and sellers. It helps us with all buyer data which is really helpful while closing deals
Easy to use Enablement tool which provides easy onboarding and adoption
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this solution is that we were able to implement it in less than a month, without unnecessary grunt work.
Additionally, sellers have adopted it immediately as it integrates seamlessly into their workflow (which was not the case with Seismic even after a year of implementing it). This, in turn, helps us track what's working in terms of our revenue enablement efforts.
As an example, the Customer Name Drop feature is a favourite among our sellers as it gives them a handy way to drop social proof to their prospects without leaving their workflow.
Additionally, sellers have adopted it immediately as it integrates seamlessly into their workflow (which was not the case with Seismic even after a year of implementing it). This, in turn, helps us track what's working in terms of our revenue enablement efforts.
As an example, the Customer Name Drop feature is a favourite among our sellers as it gives them a handy way to drop social proof to their prospects without leaving their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything to be improved it is the Assessment function, which understandably provides the basic features necessary for an ENablement tool, but would require more automation to be feasible as an LMS.

GTM Buddy has provided us with an easy-to-use tool for Sales Enablement purposes and provides sellers with an easy-to-use and accessible solution.
Making content management and tracking easy for us
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, it's important for me to know if the content that I am creating is useful for the teams. With GTM Buddy, we can check the stats of each asset published, track who is opening, sharing and also how much time is being spent on each page.
For the sales team, it has become easier to share assets paired with that it's pretty straightforward to use so there are not too many hours needed for training which is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I have been liking using it .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) No more ambiguity when publishing a content
2) I can present a clear case of how much an asset is contributing to the company revenue
3) Earlier, we used to publish anything and we had to send reminder emails etc which are usually lost in the inbox, now we can make announcements as and when we create anything new.

GTM Buddy - it is really that good ?
What do you like best about the product?
GTM buddy Support to me get out of content management to spend more time delivering better for my customers. can easily store the content and find it quickly when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find dislike things from GTM buddy so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my status, and track my client if they open my review and are interested which any information that I had the delivery.
AI-driven smart GTM enablement
What do you like best about the product?
A really smart sales and content distribution and enablement tool that holds a lot of promise. As a product marketer, I create a lot of sales enablement and competitive intelligence materials that need to be easily deployable and searchable for our customer-facing teams. GTM Buddy made it super easy to get these materials in front of our sellers, have them cite/display them in customer-specific sales rooms, and surface relevant materials based on search algorithms and content prioritization.
The best about the tool was that salespeople proactively went into GTM Buddy to look for content, instead of shouting into the ether: "Does anyone know where I can find xyz??" Nothing is more frustrating to a PMM than not having your primary audience leverage the content you created because they can't go through the trouble of punching it into the search bar and finding it themselves.
Also since we are relatively early-stage(?) customers for GTMBuddy's US market, so it was very nice to work hand-in-hand with the founder and CS team to get our tool up and running and see first hand how best to customize it for our uses. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and was willing to work with our feedback to improve the product as well - top notch!

What do you dislike about the product?
To make full use of the tool, it is crucial to have a tool administrator or somebody who is fully dialed into tweaking the various levers available to ensure key terms are captured and content is surfaced when/where they need to. This requires a lot of tweaking of the business vocabulary, active and frequent tagging of all content, curation of personas and competitors, and attaching weights (H/M/L) to various factors that will influence the surfacing of content.
While these are not dealbreakers or things that I dislike about GTM Buddy (as this is expected for AI-based personalization given our company's needs), for anyone who has little or no understanding of AI-based categorizations/prioritizations, I can see this being an impediment/large hurdle to using it effectively. Without an easier wysiwyg feature to tweak these levers, the tool may be difficult to maintain once the primary administrator churns and the inheritor does not know how to use this tool.

GTM Buddy helps the surfacing of relevant content at the right place, at the right time. Its excellent search feature and AI-driven recommendation engine does a good job identifying and surfacing content that the seller should be looking given their deals.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Centralized knowledge management and marketing material. It's easy to find, I can create my own space of "favorites" and my own content which I really appreciate. Creating a "digital salesroom" is also an interesting idea.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) It runs a little slow at times.
2) It doesn't appear to dynamically refresh. Meaning if I connect external content (e.g. a presentation from Google Drive) and update it at the source (e.g. Google Drive), it doesn't reflect in GTM buddy. Meaning I have to remember to push updates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized spot for all things I need to know: marketing, competitive intelligence, and collateral I can share with external shareholders. It reduces seller friction (which is always appreciated) and given it's maintained well can be the source of truth for the organiziaton.
GTM Buddy is a fantastic place for Sales collateral that cuts down time in the sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing can upload new content directly to GTM Buddy and Sales can immediately begin using it. No more PDFs or attaching the wrong document weeks later.

GTM Buddy is very young software - UX issues and new features are not the most polished. Their core features are solid, but the new development is shaky.

GTM Buddy ensures that I have a single repository for sales collateral. Instead of saving aging PDFs or redownloading copy, GTM buddy ensures I always have the optimal materials quickly.

The tool is easy to use from a PMM, Enablement & Seller standpoint.
It has a great list of features backed by a fantastic support team that is available round the clock.

Adoption with Outreach, especially templates, is still a WIP. But the team has provided a decent workaround as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, Content Awareness. Our Sales Teams are aware of the different initiatives driven by PMM & Enablers. Turning GTM Buddy into the single source of truth was a great decision.
Secondly, tracking is great for SDRs, AEs and even CSMs. We now know what type of content the Sales-folks share and serve them better. Hence it is acting like a bridge between Sales & PMM.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking views of Live feeds and shared collaterals, GTM Buddy has been easy to navigate and is excellent to track prospect views and interest on specific collaterals in detail
