What do you like best about the product?
GTM buddy team is very supportive in terms of responding to support queries and quick to implement any feature or enhancement requests from channels team or partners
What do you dislike about the product?
the product is fast evolving, so please keep an eye on not making the product difficult to use for Admins or any support functions. There's nothing else to dislike about the product currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always wanted to make the Partner onboarding or learning experience easy and smooth.
With features such as Partner admin, and content accessibility, we're giving back the power to the partners to be self-sufficient and upskill faster

What do you like best about the product?
It's our one stop shop for the sales team to have marketing collateral, and track their outreach efforts. They can access in the flow of work through the Outlook integration - they can search and get recommendations. We have the ability to have internal and external documents, keep everything up to date, and we have the flexibility to rename files. We also love the collaboration of the deal rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that we've identified as needs/wants, however GTM Buddy is always willing to go to their developer teams and make changes for us. They have actually done quite a few requested amendments from us to the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy has allowed us to streamline access of marketing materials as well as sales enablement pieces. We were lacking organization and a way to know if documents were viewed and utilized.
Easy access of marketing content
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can access content from anywhere. Our sales teams access content from email, calendar, Linkedin and of course the GTM buddy dashboard, where finding content is extremely easy using a quick search.
I don't think I realise it but the automated tagging seems to be making my life easy. It is eliminating any manual work required in tagging of assets once content is added to the system.
Our sales teams love the bot that notifies them in google chat as soon as a lead engages with content for quick action.
Also, the support team is great! They actively participate in solving problems and are always available in case you need them.

The platform can be a little slow to respond sometimes and aggregate analytics capabilities can be a little better.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using GTMbuddy for a year now and it surely lives up to its name by being a PMM and Enablement team's best buddy.
Gauging content adoption and impact has never been this easy. Their reporting/dashboards provide in-depth insights around content adoption, internal/external engagements, opportunities influenced which are extremely critical metrics which our previous platform failed to address.
Their product team has a quick turn around time for prioritizing and launching key requests made. A great platform and a highly proactive team is what makes GTMbuddy a great fit for addressing my teams needs.

Nothing so far. Its been meeting all our requirements very well. Incase we do come up with some shortcommings, add-on features, the GTMBuddy team is more than happy to put it on their roadmap.

Hassle-free transition to GTM Buddy
What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from Seismic to GTM Buddy within a matter of days. The customer success team ensured there was minimal heavy lifting from our side during the transfer.
GTM Buddy's recommendation system has captured the complexity of our multi-dimensional use case well and has made it easier for the sellers to access the content that was a challenge for them previously. This has led to the organic adoption of the tool across our sales team.
The platform has enabled me to focus on strategic enablement initiatives instead of pushing for basic adoption.

Sometimes i have experienced few issues with it search feature, but rest all works well.

GTM buddy is eliminating the hassle of searching through relevant documents through its smart suggestions based on contextual understanding of sellers activity.

1- Easy to use, Plugins are available for Outlook.
2- you can send maximum content without any data limits most of the time because of the big size of ppt email used to get rejected but through GTM buddy you can make it available.
4- Alert after content opening, it helps a lot for sales for follow-ups. you will get details of all insights like the name of the person, and how much time he/she spends on it.
5- Dashboard with analytics like weekly, monthly how many contents you sent , how many buyers viewed it and many more details

Before GTM buddy there was a restriction on email size, most of our presentations are loaded with animation and videos so the email used to get rejected. Now with Gtm buddy, I can send as much as more information.

The navigation across pages is very easy and the search is also very accurate. It always throws the right assets on every search.

Nothing to dislike as such, maybe a few more features on the competition side would help

Mostly GTM Buddy helps us a central repository system for all our documents and assets...it helps us with competition analysis and also the interaction between buyers and sellers. It helps us with all buyer data which is really helpful while closing deals

What I like about this solution is that we were able to implement it in less than a month, without unnecessary grunt work.
Additionally, sellers have adopted it immediately as it integrates seamlessly into their workflow (which was not the case with Seismic even after a year of implementing it). This, in turn, helps us track what's working in terms of our revenue enablement efforts.
As an example, the Customer Name Drop feature is a favourite among our sellers as it gives them a handy way to drop social proof to their prospects without leaving their workflow.
Additionally, sellers have adopted it immediately as it integrates seamlessly into their workflow (which was not the case with Seismic even after a year of implementing it). This, in turn, helps us track what's working in terms of our revenue enablement efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
If anything to be improved it is the Assessment function, which understandably provides the basic features necessary for an ENablement tool, but would require more automation to be feasible as an LMS.

GTM Buddy has provided us with an easy-to-use tool for Sales Enablement purposes and provides sellers with an easy-to-use and accessible solution.
