Friendly-User Interface and an AMAZING customer success team!
What do you like best about the product?
As a relatively new user of GTM Buddy, having extensively used the platform for about two months, I can confidently attest to its exceptional customer support and user-friendly interface. The platform has seamlessly integrated into my workflow, and navigation has been effortless. I particularly appreciate how the team is always receptive to feedback, continuously enhancing the platform. The ability to fully customize competitor page layouts and the homepage builder for different teams has been a significant advantage, streamlining our access to relevant information.
I would also like to extend a special thanks and shout out Uvashree and Vipul. Their diligence and proactive support have been invaluable, ensuring that our team is well-informed and able to leverage new features effectively, enhancing our overall experience with GTM Buddy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely, there is nothing I dislike about GTM Buddy. The team is consistently proactive in releasing new features and updates, which keeps the platform evolving and improving. Their commitment to continuous enhancement ensures that any potential issues are promptly addressed and that the platform remains aligned with user needs and industry trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is solving several areas for my team and I, particularly in terms of ensuring the organization and relevancy of content across various teams. The platform excels in enhancing our competitive intelligence, providing us with streamlined access to competitor information. As I am in the process of building out those competitor pages, I can see how this feature will help us in improving our strategic decision-making and allow us to tailor our approaches more effectively. Additionally, GTM Buddy's AI Chat have made it easier for each team to quickly find and utilize relevant information, thereby increasing our overall efficiency and productivity.

GTM Buddy it's a great tool to analyse and understand how hot is your lead.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is beeing able to keep track of my lead's interaction and understanding how interected they are about the contentes that I'm sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it should have a feature where I can filter who has seen the email I send. Sometimes we send emails to clients and internal team members, so if someone from my company opens the email, I would prefer not to receive that notification, only if my client opens it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the biggest help is knowing when my lead is interacting with the content and emails sent, as this way I can determine the best time to contact them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to find content without having to go and search for it. I can click into GTM Buddy, directly from an email I'm writing, and search the content I need. I have found many pieces of collaterall that I didn't even know about prior to using GTM-B. I also love the ability to put a pricing PDF as hyperlink, so that I can see how long somone viewed a quote for. The notification are also great to know when people are opening your emails or links. It helps a salesperson stay right on top of their deal, ensuring the best chance at closing a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your company doesn't put any information in GTM Buddy, then there is nothing to search for, and then the only value is notifications, which is good. The real bang for your buck is putting a lot of information in the system, so reps can easily grab it when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to find company collateral, and finding it extremely quickly.
Not knowing how long someone is viewing a document, and now having an idea of how legitimate your deal/where you really stand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just sometimes it does not work as it should be. For eg. sometimes it failed to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy basically helps solve problem of not having right kind of content to share with Clients at the right time. With the help of GTM buddy, all the necessary Documents, Content, Case studies, everything can be complied in a single platform and then it can be accessed by anyone to share with their potential client.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has been an asset to our GTM Organization. From demo to hands on implementation to consult, my experience with GTMB has been wonderful so far. It's so easy to use that I've had Sales ICs and Leadership tell me they've been able to use it with little to no instruction. I personally love the AI that's been built in; the Ask Buddy feature has made it so simple to collect information and spit it back out to the end user in a clear, consice manner with source files for validation. I also really like the CSM team. They've been extremely helpful and proactive in getting our org set up and are always adding value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the LMS was a bit more robust, but I've been told it's coming soon - which I am excited for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it is the ease of searchability for content across our entire GTM org. As we mature, it will be more around reporting on what content resonates best internally and externally, which content should be retired etc.

A great product for product marketers and sales teams alike
What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy is a product marketers dream
1. Provides a comprehensive content repository for the sales team to use. The option of version controlling ensures that the sales teams only use the latest/updated collateral
2. Ability to track usage of assets and get feedback on them. PMM can track the usage by frequency, team, specific team member which gives valuable input that is usually hard to get. Sales teams can also share their rating on any asset which helps track usefulness
3.Digital Sales Rooms (DSR) - Sales teams can create bespoke links for specific accounts with curated list of content with usage tracking.
4.LMS - A really cool feature that allows PMMs to upload training materials and courses for new feature launches, and pitches for sales teams to consume.
5. Great support - Queries are answered very fast in their internal chat window and the team is also ready to come on calls for slightly complex issues. Special shoutout to our CSM - Harish V for always being prompt to solve any queries we throw at him

What do you dislike about the product?
While the support from the team is really great, there is a lack of proper support documentation (text or video) that unfortunately forces us to reach out to someone on the other end. A comprehensive knowledge base with self help articles would be great for those who dont want to keep pinging someone else for minor problems.

Couldn't be happier with the transition from Highspot to GTM Buddy
What do you like best about the product?
The AI-driven technology is incredibly powerful. Its quality definitely depends on the quality of what you put in it, how it's tagged, etc., but with some upfront work, the recommendation engine is great. My reps are thrilled they don't have to go to a web app and can do 99% of their tasks from their Gmail or Gcal. We switched from Highspot, which was essentially serving as an expensive content management system for us. Our entire organization was extremely frustrated with that solution, had trouble finding what they were looking for, had very low confidence in the search results, etc. Now, one month into our implementation with GTM Buddy, we've already cleaned everything up, applied tags and categories, and are moving on to the more advanced functionality. Feedback from our users has been phenomenal so far, with several reaching out to say they'd gotten more value from GTM Buddy in the first hour than they'd gotten in the last year from Highspot. We definitely still have more work to do to take full advantage of GTM Buddy's functionality, but it's been a great start and I'm very excited to work with our CS team to continue the process. They've been extremely supportive and (almost ridiculously) responsive throughout the process so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor UI nuances or limitations that have surprised me, but each time I've questioned something, it's immediately been shared with the Product team and added to the roadmap. Time will tell, of course, but they appear to be an extremely responsive, agile organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're primarily using GTM Buddy for sales/GTM enablement. We needed a place to organize internal and external GTM resources and make them easily accessible for sales/CS. The fact that GTM Buddy can also make contextual content recommendations is icing on the cake, and something our entire org is excited about.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of the tool is just great. After 1 or 2 enablement sessions internally across teams, we've recorded extremely high adoption. In under 1 year we've achieved more than 3X adoption as compared to when we were on Paperflite.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like an option to keyword search within docs across all docs in cases where there are no results. I believe they have good reasons to not do it but I hope this changes in the future. They also take proactive feedback which is reflected in their product enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing organization with global offices and sales teams, having solid, centralised and localised content available at every stage of a deal was very important. While we figured out how to create this content, driving easy access and adoption for all our assets across teams was our main challenge. Accessing content on Paperflite was not intuitive and we were struggling with low discovery and usage of content.
GTMBuddy has more than tripled our adoption rates in under a year and our sales and presales teams are power users now.
