What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automatically move people from 1 segment to another based on their behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
noting. The platform is splendid. All the features are valuable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made life really easy to target customers. We just set the logic once and then forget about it. Web Engage works like a charm and helps us re-target existing customers and in acquiring new customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing Product and will surely help you enhance your sales. Super fast support and staff to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
1- User journeys are really effective in terms of engaging customer sending them different types of messages and targeting them through different channels.

2- Web/APP notifications is such an powerful feature generating realtime traffic instantly.

3- Funnels help us in creating different flows to track users actions they are perfoimng on each step.

4- Current LIVE feautre is really an amazing addition to the Web Engage dashboard where you can see the realtime users interacting with each campaign/channels individualy.

5 - Addition of Geo-Fence is what i really an amazing feature got a lot of ideas how we can use location based targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislike that much about Web Engage, it would be great if recommended Web Push & Push notifications can be added which really helped in terms of conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has really helped in enhancing the way that we, as an organization, are able to engage with our customers on a broader level. Although there are plenty of benefits that have been acquired through WebEngage from different channels. User journeys really helped us to re-engage customer efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1 - Email templates should be more user friendly drag and drop of blocks would be really helpful in creating fast templates.

2 - Recommended Web/App notfications should be added

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about WebEngage is the simplicity of their user interface, which makes customization, customer engagement, and other things, a lot easier to do. They also have amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much templates for email. We need to HTML email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has really helped in enhancing the way that we, as an organization, are able to engage with our customers on a broader level. Although there are plenty of benefits that have been acquired through WebEngage, the main advantage of the tool is that it helps improve customer relationship and the levels at which we are able to engage with our consumers.

It’s very user friendly. It has a wide range of feaatures that can be accessed easily. Target retention marketing strategies are useful. This is a great tool for digital marketing.

Personalisation tab could be more expansive.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is designed to deliver solid non-intrusive experience to web and app users all the while increasing the client's ad slots and exposure to potential buyers, want more? You Get to segment an audience and tailor your notifications and set up landing pages and excludes ones from funnels, all this is done in mere minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really comes to mind, except maybe create a gallery button to store and edit creative live, also maybe quotas need to increase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A clear benefit is having a tool that can produce relevant product ads in a non-intrusive packaging all while requiring minimal maintenance and integration that can be done by regular Joes in marketing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to really scale and make use of your website white space then i highly recommend using this tool but also i advise to A/B test all formats from On-Site to In-App to Email to ascertain to the impact of each and the channels that yields the best ROI for your business. One key point is to test GIFs in addition to the regular static images, and if your website supports multiple languages then you're sure to capture the audience attention without to avoid low CTR and users ignoring the widget content, also try to analyze product ad performance to understand which ones work best with Web Engage that way you'll save your quota from depleting on irrelevant and lower performing product types, from there you're sure to master the tool and gain top notch results

Must-have tool for any serious marketer with almost zero dependency on in-house tech

What do you like best about the product?
The journey feature. It's absolutely amazing and it gives a marketer flexibility to hand-hold and manoeuvre as desired. All of this without your in-house tech not being involved much. This is a critical point as most of us struggle with limited bandwidth internally and want so much to be done. This is exactly where WE comes in solves almost every single problem you can imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of learning but their in-house team steps in every single time to help you implement it. The TAT from them will blow you away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing conversions, cross-selling, farming, Feedbacks, NPS you name it !!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are serious about scaling fast then do not look any further. Do not waste time trying to build this on your own. The only time you should spend is figuring out how to integrate it and what all use-cases you want to build it for. The team at WE will help you navigate in that journey. Trust me, take the deep dive right-away.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with an easy set up. It has helped sales conversions greatly. Everyone in the office seems to like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is on the pricier side but I if your company pays then I do not see any major issues.

Excellent Marketing Automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is fairly easy to use. It is extremely reliable. After the initial set up we did not need any developer involvement and the marketing team was able to handle setting up of the various journeys pretty easily. I really like the omnichannel support here and we are able to target customers using channels that work for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting dashboard could be more intuitive. It is currently not that user-friendly and we have to do a lot of back and forth with our systems to have reports generated in the format that we can use for internal reporting. We are also not yet able to integrate with Freshsales (our CRM). Ideally would prefer to have that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Webengage, to push users through our funnel.
We also use Webengage for customer engagement and retention purposes.

This tool has helped us with not just customer acquisition but also customer retention and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a great marketing automation tool. We have evaluated several tools out there and are definitely happy with the choice of going with Webengage. The onboarding and support team are simply awesome and very prompt with their response and solutions. Highly recommend Webengage to anyone considering a solid Marketing Automation Tool.
