Makes automation great again

What do you like best about the product?
There are all kinds of automation tools out there - rule based, trigger based, segment based, journey based, AI-ML driven, customer preference driven, and the list goes on. Some are developer first, some boast of no-developer-required integrations.

There is no one solution that fits all.

We wanted a product that helped us create manageable journeys and gave us freedom for a lot of testing. WebEngage fits that bill perfectly. When it comes to automating customer journey's - I can't think of any other tool that does it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their 'Survey' module is a bit dated and lacks ease of use, when compared to other tools like OptinMonster, SumoMe or GetSiteControl. But of all the features WebEngage offers, Survey is like a Bonus that they are giving out of good will.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in insurance industry, we send a lot of emails and messages. Previous products we used had a flow-chart based journey builder that used to take up lots of nodes when the journey became complex. It was unmanageable after a certain point. On WebEngage we were able to implement the same thing with 1/4th the number of nodes, owing to their UX.

Better management of states and clear reporting helped us improve upon our efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a journey based orchestration then this is the right tool for you. It does what it says it does, and does it well. You'll be extremely satisfied if you use it to solve your communication hassles.

If you are looking for full-blown automation tool with analytics, attribution, on-site optimisation and everything that comes along, then you might be a little disappointed.

Powerful Multi Channel User Engagement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Drag & drop journey builder is really helpful - "Key is one can use multi channel at a time". With data accuracy it gives me more confidence in taking decisions. Cohort & Funnels are next best thing which comes handy. Flexibility of playing with user event and attribute makes the communication very contextual which leads to higher engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's is actually a powerful and easy-to-use tool, however I wish WebEngage team should not restrict this superb product for user analytics and engagement WebEngage should incorporate "Product Analytics (Both App and Web)" I am sure with hybrid of user engagement and product analytics it will not only empower the marketing team but also as a product it will dominate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving user engagement, wining back the churned users and improving the LTV are the key problem I am working on and trust me WebEnage made it super easy by felicitating me take data and insights backed decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must have tool, it will actually help you and your team taking data and insight based decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Journey Designer Is So Easy To Use And Very Helpful With Event-based Marketing. WebEngage is constantly adding communication channels through their platform, widening Marketers reach to respective clients, which we are big proponents of!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting features between events and lead data would be nice to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more capabilities with WebEngage than ever before allowing us to communicate with students in was we thought were not possible through automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and customize the journey based on the user behaviours. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Marketing Automation tool. Excellent onboarding & support team to achieve the various use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Event reports can not downloadable from the dashboard directly.

The amount of time that users can be tracked 45 days, it could be a feature to download/track the data of 90 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Captured and retarget the users who abandoned the lead capture form (LCFs)

Increased engagement radio with the service partners

Helps to run yearly/monthly highlights campaigns with the personalized tokens features.

It has also helped us personalise our communication across the channels.

Easy to deploy the marketing campaigns without tech team helps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WebEngage is easy to use and set up the journeys without developer helps and easy to track web-pages they visit/abounded.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Journeys have been the saviour when it comes to targeting all out users from different time zones and different locales.
2. Segmentation on the basis of Geo-location, behavioural and technology have helped us in finding the right-fit campaign for each type of users.
3. The support team is quick-to-respond and have solutions and services for every requirement. Over last one year, Pritesh has been persistently helping us in resolving all campaign related issues we face from technical point of view.
4. New templates for On-site and surveys are very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
WE has some room for improvement when it comes to reporting and email editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage allowed the team to not only improve engagement but also measure and correlate user behavior with campaign performance. Our team is constantly discovering better ways of engaging users. We have re-prioritized campaigns that were more effective in saving users time or fetching more conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automatically move people from 1 segment to another based on their behavior.

It has made life really easy to target customers. We just set the logic once and then forget about it. Web Engage works like a charm and helps us re-target existing customers and in acquiring new customers.

What do you like best about the product?
1- User journeys are really effective in terms of engaging customer sending them different types of messages and targeting them through different channels.

2- Web/APP notifications is such an powerful feature generating realtime traffic instantly.

3- Funnels help us in creating different flows to track users actions they are perfoimng on each step.

4- Current LIVE feautre is really an amazing addition to the Web Engage dashboard where you can see the realtime users interacting with each campaign/channels individualy.

5 - Addition of Geo-Fence is what i really an amazing feature got a lot of ideas how we can use location based targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislike that much about Web Engage, it would be great if recommended Web Push & Push notifications can be added which really helped in terms of conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has really helped in enhancing the way that we, as an organization, are able to engage with our customers on a broader level. Although there are plenty of benefits that have been acquired through WebEngage from different channels. User journeys really helped us to re-engage customer efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1 - Email templates should be more user friendly drag and drop of blocks would be really helpful in creating fast templates.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about WebEngage is the simplicity of their user interface, which makes customization, customer engagement, and other things, a lot easier to do. They also have amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much templates for email. We need to HTML email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has really helped in enhancing the way that we, as an organization, are able to engage with our customers on a broader level. Although there are plenty of benefits that have been acquired through WebEngage, the main advantage of the tool is that it helps improve customer relationship and the levels at which we are able to engage with our consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user friendly. It has a wide range of feaatures that can be accessed easily. Target retention marketing strategies are useful. This is a great tool for digital marketing.

Personalisation tab could be more expansive.

Valuable insights about your customers. Ability to measure campaigns to maximise outreach strategy.
