Blessing in disguise

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of all the journey we have created to tap on the real time customer engagement. The analysis of the report gives us a right vision to create more similar journey or to eliminate the non working ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only fact that we get some whatsapp delivered under "Invalid" through webengage.
We have tried getting it resolved and still, a few remains under failure always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the gap between the Sales team and the customer. Before our Sales team gets in touch with the customer, we make sure that we are keeping the user engaged to keep it warm.

The good benefit, to create a conversational journey through our portal in webengage. It has given us relief in saving a little manpower and cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool can solve almost all of your remarketing plans through automation which can save cost and manpower. The journey you will create here, will keep a track of all the steps which should be followed immediately as soon as we receive the submission of an enquiry!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of WebEngage is that journey creation is quite easy.
The conversion of users has been increased.
The design of the dashboard is neat and simple.
Customer support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard is working very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped in reducing long working hours
Visitors to the website have been increased.
Reached the website visitors through multiple channels.

Can add a feature that contains automatic updation of csv files with same format

What do you like best about the product?
In-depth segmentation and targeting that it provides helping us to reach the right intended audience. Having one platform where we can reach through all the channels is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign performance Analysis needs more clarity. Pulling off the data should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to understand what users were doing in the website and once Webengage has been setup it made us to easily segment and analyse the user journey, which in turn helped us to target across multi channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and user support from their very friendly team who is always ready to help and courteous
What do you dislike about the product?
A small learning curve which can easily be surpassed by few usage trials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automated journeys and recently, sending a survey. In terms of benefits, its simple to understand and create a campaign. The team is also extremely helpful.

To export report is li'l challenging & the segment brewing is slow, but overall it performs at its ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is very prompt and helpful.
Very effective tool for segmentation and create my customer personas.
The templates that they have for push notifications.
Easy to create email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to brew the segments and I would really appreciate if that can be reviewed.
The dashboard for on-site does not have a clear insight.
In-app notification panel needs to be more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to send the targeted communication and the panel is easy to use.
Customer segmentation and A/B testing to check what works best for us.

It is economical with great customer support so one can definitely go with this.
