Easy & automatic push marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to push messages to users depending on their actions on our app

We haven't found any problems as such with the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send relevant messaging to users depending on which part of the user journey they are in. We are also able to send this messaging via multiple channels.

Go for it! Its marketing on steroids and without hassle!

Journey creation is something I like a lot. It is very helpful to interact with customers on different touch points

Not so user friendly and doesn't have quick report feature. You may include it.

Acko General Insurance have been using webengage for over a year now and we have been having a great time together.
The features that webengage have been providing us over a year including tracking user activities, running lead nurturing campaigns with personalized communication have allowed us to run the day to day operation with ease.
The best part about the entire team is that the work around time for any issues are really short with a great support team who is always there to help you out with any concerns or doubts too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the product is great and they release a lot of updates at par with global brands, there are no proactive suggestions, implementation of use cases or handholding in implementing latest product features. We would be glad if the success manager comes up pro-actively provide us with the past learnings. Maybe automated AI based insights via Email will also help.

We were able to create a unified platform for all marketing communication.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage as a tool is quiet simple to use, I, as a novice was able to understand the ins and outs in 30 days. The promptness, patience and the support by the integration team was very helpful. Post integration, the insight and the support by the customer success team is very encouraging. They, in the last 6 months have developed 2 unique solutions for us at Sulekha. Those solutions are helping us convert users at a higher percentage than expected. Their support team is always available to solve any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the portal can be a tad bit slow to run queries or while segmenting users.

We've helped bring back dropped off customers, we've created journeys to sell related needs to users. In all, we use WebEngage to influence repeat users.

Creation of Personalized Journey's. It's very easy to create all our CRM need base triggers for customer retention through WebEngage system

Cutrently Reporting Structure is quite time consuming & doing same tasks multiple time

The Best Feature is a Journey Designer. It is so easy that any non tech also can understand and work with that easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have much type of reports or filters. Webengage should create a excel export of every report and save as png to every graph.

We are sending all our campaign email to client as per event on perfect timing with help for Journey Designer.

The design is pretty straightforward and easy to use.

It can't support if a user has multiple parallel journeys. This is a common case in EdTech. A learner will have access to multiple courses at the same time and Webengage can't help if you want to trigger engagement notifications at a course level.

User Engagement, Engagement/Activity Analysis, A/B Testing, Marketing Analysis, etc

The support team is really helpful in helping us meet our business requirements.
They help us with customized solutions that are not supported by the existing product.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things we should definitely look into:-
- Integration of journeys with Surveys
- Having the logic of AND as well as OR configurable in the same segment creation. Currently, we do a lot of workarounds as at a time it only supports one logic.
- Improve our analytics metrics
- Events registration in the user journey path dashboard is not consistent and misses few events now and then
