We got issues regarding push notification or data fetching.

We have realized that this is the best tool for engagement via push, inapp pop etc.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Toll enable you to anything and everything you ever have thought off , from tracking, execution ease , reporting, and monitoring

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features which could have been there like
1. Copy paste of content block
2. Reporting from journey stand point on how to see unique and overall reach in one window . Currently you have to see channel and medium wise
3. Little more options on funnel creation and visualization
4. Recommendation s if things can move better vs camping conten and standard
5 .better creative reporting like day , month , channel wise visualization

Great product, easy to use, great tech support
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is about customer journeys. It's an easy product to use and to configure. The support team is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and eager to help. They even provide the best possible solution to help companies for there specific requirements which helped us to respond faster to our customers, comply with the regulations, and save on some costs and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when there is a delay or lag while uploading or fetching data however, Fortunately, almost all the bugs we find are transparent to the end-user functions and workarounds are always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using WebEngage to target our users in real-time and triggered campaigns through different channels as well as creating journeys, which actually saved our time and manpower at the same time.
It helps us in monitoring our numbers and individual campaign performance.

My experience has been quite good. The Account as well as Support team are prompt in their response

Multiple issues crop up at times which lead to delay in campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate a lot of customer journeys using WebEngage, and on different channels such as Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Web Push, surveys etc.
A very nice tool for collecting feedback!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using WebEngage for about five years. I'm not a power user; I use it for collecting feedback and surveys, but they have many other features. WebEngage makes it super-easy to gather user feedback and it's cost-effective for a small businesses. I highly recommend it!

Nothing comes to mind. Like i say, I'm not a power user but I don't have any complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
It's challenging to decide whether we like the complete flexibility of the platform or the service and advice we get from WebEngage. Both have been absolutely on par and extremely helpful to our growth strategy. Also, I appreciate that they are regularly deploying new products and features to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage is a relatively new product to market so at times you can feel their product is still maturing, but overall it's a very solid product that I would take any day to an old school enterprise platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many good platforms available such as Hubspot or Marketo to help drive engagement, but WebEngage really packages more omni-channel marketing strategies and testing into one platform than any others I've experienced.

I am a fan of Journey Builder, User Overview Builder via Event, Funnel, Cohort Plotting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big Problem Statement likes Automating Communication on User Behaviour to Small but critical problems like People who are close to Funnel, Converting them with Coupons.
Webengage has simplified my automation to a large extent, making my life easier.

The ability and intuitive journey builder which allows me to add detail in the customer journey.

Analytics and data visualisation is poor.

WebEngage is a good product for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage's platform helped us plan and execute personalised remarketing campaigns and customer journeys within a very short span of time with a good ROI. It was easy for the team to learn how to use the platform and adapt to it. The journey builder is the best feature of the platform. An increase in our MoM repeat orders to some extent can be attributed to an efficient use of WebEngage as a platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics and attribution are not the strong enough to rely on it completely and move away from traditional in-house/third party analytics tool. Thus for business insights we still rely on other tools. The conversion tracking in case of on-site notification is only limited to URL based tracking and not event tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helped us in making insights actionable with a very low turn around time. Majority of our drop-offs happened on our product description page. Thus to reduce it, we started on-site notifications for ongoing offers as well as remarketing campaigns through channels such as Push, Email, SMS, On-site Notification based on reachability. Because of features like customer segmentation, we are able to send out personalised communication to each segment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integration and the maintenance are the most critical parts. Do make sure that event tracking works correctly and it does not get affected by newer releases on your platform.
