What do you like best about the product?
The Segment, Journey allow us to dig deep to review our performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Webengage is one of the best tools used by me, hence have to think hard to come up with a dislike. However it is event based, which keeps evolving as we enhance our Product which takes time to implement to see the result using Webnegage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a clear view on the conversion rate, our users activities can be closely monitored to come up with solution to increase our engagement with them

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to segment users based on events performed or user attributes. Easy to create new campaigns and upload creatives. Tons of customisation available in journeys. Very useful for targeting or re-targeting customer depending on their activities. Good dashboards and easy to use. Easy to create custom events and use them in journeys
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is quite high. As Web engage doesn't actually send emails / SMS but has integrations with other leading companies for the same, the price is a bit too much depending on the number of active users and events you can log. Also, the event logs for users are available only for last 30 days and for earlier data you need to use a bigquery database which is not accessible by everyone on the team. It is also not possible to search for a user based on name or partial string match of email or phone number, the search just works for exact matches which can be improved. Customer support takes multiple iterations to resolve a query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is sending communications to leads and customers based on the activities they have performed on the website. We use this for sending promotional campaigns as well as transaction sends. The best benefit is the ability to put content like popups, events, banners and anything else on the website or run trigger based campaigns without dependencies or with minimal assistance from the tech team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool for managing communications and tracking user events, can use if fits budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Solution which is at par with industry standards. Webengage provides all options to retarget customers on all channels Desktop, website and app and personalize the experience for users.
They have a good responsive support system and also able Account/Relationship Managers

At time flexibility on some of their solutions are not up to the mark which pushes the work back to our development team.

What do you like best about the product?
This service has provided our company with a totally different point than what we are used to, the message handling and automation is much more optimal and better for us, so now we are better managed when conducting marketing campaigns are automated where we receive a response of clients that are potential or increase the traffic of the web, the system is much more complete because it allows a CRM so it increases the traffic to our website I am happy because its tools are very interactive and I have not had any negative points when In this regard, it has been very simple and intuitive to be able to create follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not received any point of complaint or negativity regarding the service from the work group, however I have seen that they should improve the analysis system to be a little more optimal to see it in a more general way and observe in a simpler way .

In summary the main problem was to automate emails in this way we can reach faster and many more people as well as an automation CRM system, the increase in traffic is notorious as well as sales, in turn, other features that they offer us is Its interface seems simple and useful for us, within the company Webengage is the ally automation systems that is a tool that belongs to it and improving digital marketing the platform for us has been incredible.

I must recommend it because it has worked for us and it is not just any type of marketing tool, it is a very complete tool designed to monitor and automate campaigns sent to customers, this service is much broader so it is essential for us to improve our capacity I am happy because it has been wonderful.
