What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it guides clients to have sound decisions in web trigger processes with well related technical specifications. It has been exceptional in indicating a well-done work method with the necessary ease in terms of campaigns and increasing clients in the market. It has a significant list of social clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the software has been behaving in the most efficient way possible, I hope it can continue to offer this great service to the whole community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undoubtedly the program has been very solid for our customers to feel satisfied and comfortable to optimize a service of great simplicity and quality specializing in web traffic with marketing automations in business processes or campaigns. Undoubtedly it has been very important to activate centralized information bases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is very easy to understand and with a high capacity of development in its functions, I recommend it because it has a significant reach in the industry. It is simply amazing and gives a breakthrough in marketing campaigns and event distribution to solid clients.

Amazing product for automating communication

What do you like best about the product?
- Helps us to create & send personalized SMS/Email/Whatsapp communication without any effort. No developer intervention is required once events are configured to create these communications
- Journey is the best feature of WebEngage that helps us to create multiple logic-based communications
- Funnels can be set up easily that helps in tracking the performance of the user journey
What do you dislike about the product?
Insights module can be improved
- Dashboard to track all metrics & funnels is missing
- Events for each user is shown for only the last 30 days

- Helps in retaining customers by sending them personalized communication
- Setting up communication without the intervention of the development team and without any deployment

A powerful, easy to use product for marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
I always spend couple of hours everyday in WebEngage panel or look into the documentations. Have to admit as much as I work with it, I find new usecases & it is exciting. Even with the scale of our company, the performance is good enough.
We have a direct communication with our contact person, Jesse George, and he is always responding to our questions or checks the solutions we have in mind for different use cases. This helps us to reduce errors and find the best solution in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time of the support team through Email is high for some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is our main CRM tool to communicate effectively with users. Easy integration through SDK & REST API, wide options in creating journeys, Analysis features like Path & RFM, and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
There are some really amazing features & services available with WebEngage.

- You can quickly learn & easily use the tool, their user guide is very clear & informative, It helps you learn some Marketing tweaks as well, which is a big plus.
- The Revenue Mapping is clearly one of the finest features they have.
- The User Journey can be constructed very easily, with their drag & drop action triggers.
- Customer support is always active & they support you within a day, they keep taking updates if the issue is resolved or not which shows their focus for Satisfaction.
- Awesome Account Managers - one of the finest account managers I have worked with, always listens to customer needs & always rides the Journey with their partners. Working as a team to achieve your milestones.
- Finally the funnels, great!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really much I dislike about the tool, but of course, there is always room for improvements.

- The Analysis system can be improved, i.e data comparison, funnel filters.
- On-site notifications do not have clear insight, it's not at its best & easy as creating a push notification.
- Creating a segment takes some time, maybe this is something to look at.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company noted the great simplicity that this software has for both customers and us, especially when segmenting customers with respect to their web activity, it also has an excellent data flow aimed at travel with specialized assistance for that the clients make the best decision. In short, by using this software we had better communication with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have the value for money that we seek to offer our customers since the cost is high and would cause a discouragement in all our users, in addition to realizing that the response times with respect to the interface are relatively slow Compared to other software, they will not want to have this tool either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we saw in our company was wanting to carry out a campaign at any time without having to depend on the help of a technical team in order to contribute new ideas, with the help of WebEngage this problem reached its end since all the supports, tools and implements that it has make it relatively easy to use, achieving the creation of a campaign in minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our customers like to make price comparisons before choosing their option, which is why this software is vital in this regard, in addition to providing users with notifications about constant product updates. WebEngage is aimed at companies of all sizes and therefore we invite their use and decision if they want to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is simple, effective, and right to the point. You can design complex user journeys with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if WebEngage provides more analytical options, including more informative dashboards and more customized data exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting the users at the best time was always a challenge. WebEngage is helping us monitor the behavior of the users and reach out to them whenever needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and the tool can be learned quickly.

Customer support is very supportive.

WebEngage has great dashboards that help you in understanding the effectiveness of campaigns. You can automate campaigns and also automate the reports on a daily or weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segmentation brewing is slow.
you are not able to schedule journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved most of our plans through automation which can save cost and manpower

What do you like best about the product?
- Straight-forward and very easy to use
- Multi-channel integrations possible Push notifications, emails, SMS, in-app popups and even Google and Facebook retargeting can be triggered within a single platform
- Data and event integrations via various ways like API or client-side triggered events possible
- Customer support readily available
What do you dislike about the product?
- Predictive and AI-based personalization not possible within the platform
- Sometimes a bit slow in curating and triggering notifications
- Data visualization and analytics still a bit weak. Though it has introduced AB and multi-variate testing and control group modules etc which are very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We are running CRM and marketing automation, transactional comms, and omnichannel journeys through WebEngage.
- It has helped us improve the user conversion funnel with triggered notifications like installs to sign-up, sign-up to the first ride, re-install journeys, etc
- Integrations have been very flexible considering we have integrated various data sources with it for each of our different services

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use with a simple User experience dashboard with many features.
- Helpful customer support can guide you on which best journey you can create.
- After comparison with big companies like a clever tap I find it better for me as targeting Arabic users especially in the Gulf.
-Live stats look like google analytics but more accurate that gives me Insights into users who are currently active on my app and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs 3rd party tool like AppsFlyer for knowing some metrics like how many uninstall my apps.
||-Update* I found that I can track them from the platform directly ( INSIGHTS >> Uninstalls )
Needs some HTML, CSS experience to create a unique on-site notification.
||-Update* I found that they have a dynamic (Drag and drop feature) that I can design any template without any knowledge of HTML or CSS.
Not yet integrated as per my knowledge with google ads that would help me more.
||- Update* They now integrated with Google ads and I'm testing it now ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to announce for anything on the website without any involvement of developers with great segmentation capability with easy UX any one of my team can create.
Journey designer is a great tool that helps me to build user lifecycle campaigns.
Ability to segment users for each campaign especially influencer's campaigns.
an on-site survey is a good tool that can help me use it with other features instead of using other tool like hotjar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you decide to buy a product as Web engage I would advise you to check other competitors then decide like me I compare it with many other companies and I meet them know each feature and pricing then I decide.
