Excellent Multi-Channel Platform - Capable Of Handling Hyper Growth

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with the drag and drop canvas and excellent customer care team for all queries and product strategies to best optimize processes.
It really is a very useful and fast tool to set up journeys. It also supports pop-ups and desktop push notifications built in which is a nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more functionality with AB Testing and the ability to build in a notifications management center for users to manage all communications channels opt in/out's would be good but overall very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex customer journeys running over 50,000 webinars a month to have it all automated with the rest of the entire student journey.
We have reduced the level of manual work by 30X with WebEngage automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Obviously do your homework but overall I couldn't recommend WebEngage more, its a fantastic platform that will most likely be playing with the big boys very soon as its growing fast and in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has helped us to distribute our campaigns efficiently. Push, web-push, and email in one platform and no confusion at all since they have a clear and simple dashboard. The support team very helpful, especially our CSM - Azra.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The segment for journey needs to support multiple segments too.
2. Sometimes the dashboard works very slow, especially while creating a segment.
3. In our case, we sometimes have an issue in launch campaigns for IOS users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Personalised communication to our users
2. Customer journeys have helped us to automated several campaigns
3. The one-time campaign has increased our conversion

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is you get all your marketing channels integrated under one roof and tied together. The users journeys can tie up with all possible touch points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think once they make all CS touch points part of the campaign then this will be a tool to beat

We wanted to have a centralized tool for marketing which can tie up all communication channels and make it easier for a marketeer to focus on campaigns rather than tools

What do you like best about the product?
1. The WE support team is helpful.
Azra has been always there to help with new ideations to uplift our revenue growth and the way she takes things is very fruitful.
3. Designing a Journey is also easy and very helpful for growth and Azra has helped at every step.
2. Reporting is very good at WebEngage also it has specifically category and channel-wise reporting which helps in tracking the metrics with less effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I think so far the best thing has been the ability to come in front of the right audience at the right time with super relevant content and that too using visual workflows in no time.

Another aspect is the phenomenal support my CSM (Taffy Gill) provides, he always makes sure that we are not stuck anywhere and very smoothly helps us proceed our way to more advanced features that Webengage has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such so far, the tool has been unlocking great potential for us consistently, still a lot to explore and master, but yeah it's on a little expensive end, that could be one factor otherwise!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Couple of benefits:
1. Understanding the purchase patterns and behaviour of our customers and optimizing campaigns for better conversions.
2. Leveraging the pop up builder to capture all website visitors.
3. Maximizing repeat sales by offering codes in the emails.
4. Connecting with our existing customer base with a very targeted approach.
5. Generating repeat sales by automating reminder and miss you journeys.

A no brainer if you wish to level up your customers experience and keep nurturing them to make them loyal to your brand.

What do you like best about the product?
24x7 support from the team, specially our Customer Success Manager - Taffy Gill,being available on calls/mails at any point of day.
Targetting users effectively through automation at right time - has always been a challenge.
Web Engage helped in tackling this, and through help of Taffy we were able to see difference within a month. A cost-effective and user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little complex at the start, but the team is available to tackle any doubts/issues through video & voice calls. Taffy was available to sort our issues in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Its very intuitive and simple.
It is very easy to create user segments, plan communication, create user journeys and marketing automation. We have seen clear growth in user participation since we started using webengage. It has also helped us in managing communication costs with usage of free channels like push etc.
Timely intervention on website by notification, or sms or push has also helped us in capturing sales lost in cart, or improve user engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably more data analytics with respect to user's activity on website. As of now it provides lot of analytics with what has happened with communication and how the users have responded.
But in case we need to know what users are doing on the platform, irrespective of the communication, it has scope to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, personalised communication to users.
Managing for communication channels and creating a balance.
We are also using it to clearly drive our objectives. From curated journeys to user registration to first purchase to repeat purchase, to revival,there are several journeys to drive user's behaviour.
Without webengage, we couldn't have achieved the kind of results. And we have just one resource managing the communication. That how easy and simple webengage is!

- Creating journeys of anything is easy
- User interface in amazing and can be easily understood
- Functionalities available are amazing within one panel
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few:
- visibility of revenue at times seems inaccurate
- reporting format needs to be changed and should comprise of more relevant information
- In overview section, one should be able to select date range more than last 30 days.

1. Minimalistic UI.
2. Compatibility with GTM (Love this feature).
3. Easy to configure 3 rd party service providers.
4.Powerful event-based analytics dashboard.
5. Easy to create customer journies & in-depth analysis.
6. Unique conversion attribution system.
7. Reflective campaign analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's is nothing to "dislike" in WebEngage, but I would like to make some suggestions,

1. Add RCS on UI.
2. Add click-through conversion reporting on UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helping Cashify to solve various problems across departments,

1. The marketing operation team can plan, deploy & test customer journeys in a minimum time span.
2. Content team can A/B test their content & easy personalization method helps the team to test better.
3. Illustrative customer analytics help the product & analytics team to decide better.
4. GTM compatibility helps the data engineering team deploy tags independently without being dependent on the dev team.
5. Data collected via Webhooks helps the data science team to build better models & helps taking better business decisions.

By all accounts & proven results, I must say that WebEngage is easy to use & highly useful SaaS an organization can use to streamline their marketing automation & customer analytics process.
