This should be the benchmark CRM tool for all businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I am a first time CRM user and WebEngage was the first tool that I have ever used. From the onboarding through Webengage Academy to the knowledgebase, I have never felt lost with this software and how things work. All features just make sense! The potential is unlimited as we are actively adding new features while implementing BAU requirements as per our requirements. The Manager support is great as well with multiple offline meets schedule for planning alongwith that a great technical support is also provided where issues are usually resolved within 24 working hours. I have been using WebEngage daily for the past 2 months and I am able to apply all of my marketing knowledge using the tools available on here.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have much nice things to say about the platform, I can still say that the server speeds can be a bit better(our database is way too big as well). But, apart from that I have had no complaints from the portal or the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping us automate and centralize all our communication in a manner that our user base is not getting un-personalized communication at random times. It is helping us reach revenue goals every month by providing us with the marketing tools for personalization, segmentation and centralization.

Easy to use and analize
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is easy to schedule broadcast campaigns, journeys and segmentation is also very easy. I can easily do segmentation as per my need. I can do segmentation on the basis of user behaviour, orders/product purchase history. Also, I can download reports easily. I can add customized UTM is email templates and track the data in GA4 as well. It's very easy to check campaign-wise reports/matrix like sent count, opens, clicks, unsubscribe count. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had 1 experience where the tool was slow and was not loading fast. Also, if I raise any ticket, customer support is available on email and hence, I don't get quick solution, which is possible on Google meet. But, WebEngage support team keeps Google meet as a last option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have huge user's data. It's very easy to upload csv file and create segments as per different data we have, like buyers of product A, product B. i.e. uploading offline data is very easy. Also, it's good that we can create different journeys like a welcome journey, abandoned checkout journey, upsell and cross-sell journies. Building drag and drop email template is very easy. So, I don't need HTML tech guy to create HTML email template. Also, steps of creating broadcast campaigns and overall UI of tool is simple and easy to understand. Process of scheduling SMS is also similar like email scheduling. So, it helps us and my team to do daily execution of broadcast and journeys easily.
Webengage is a very powerful platform to create a wholesome online shopping experience for them!
What do you like best about the product?
Their multi-channel support for campaigns and journeys, and seamless UI to make everything easy to set-up and intuitive. Their customer support is very agile and always eager to help improve our communication strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating WA templates is a bit of a hassle, as we have to create the template in both Gupshup (service provider) and then in Webengage.

Creating seamless user journeys and marketing across multiple channels, all in one platform makes is super easy to experiment, iterate and manage customer marketing efforts via Webengage

What do you like best about the product?
I am using WebEngage for over a year and I am really impressed with its product analysis and development. The WebEngage platform not only helps build strong relationships with customers but also provides valuable insights that have shaped our strategies and product developments at TutorBin. By using WebEngage’s journey flows and segments, it has proven to be one of the best tools for driving product improvement and engagement. There is not even a single thing that I came across on the WebEngage platform which has led to any issues while I used this tool for my product analysis and tracking various events for better customer engagement and retention. Overall, it has been a very smooth experience for me and I am glad to have been using this tool.

We are able to identify user behavour with the help of Webengege, based on that we are able to nudge them through various funnles. this has help us to improve our client engagement and retention for the orgnisation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about WebEngage is that it is easy to use with multiple features covering everything needed for retention marketing. Another thing is the super responsive Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike so far, overall it is a good platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Before WebEngage, I was in the dark-unsure of my progress, who my users were, or what was actually working. I didn’t have a clear direction on what to do next. But after using WebEngage, everything became crystal clear. With their insights, I not only found the answers I needed but also unlocked new strategies to accelerate my career growth!

It's Loading time to create segments 1 and only 1 issue which I found.

Useful platform with features to nudge customers at right place, time and medium
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the UI, as well as the intuitive features given. They have options like 'time to send, time not to send' for emails, whatsapp, notifications...The analytics are also 1-view, making it easy to deduce performance on a quick view
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the platform doesn't suggest or give recommendations on campaigns that advertisers setup. It should also suggest how I may improve a campaign for whatsapp either by creative or message, or audience or timing. Those would help

Best tool for marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is a powerful customer engagement platform that enables brands to create diffrent journeys across all the communication channels like web push, whatsa app and so on to target their customers and generate revenues. Customer support is really nice and once you get your hands on it becomes your go to tool that u start using it everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
without the basic knowledge of the tool it is little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to track all the events of the customers and help me to identify the stages where the customers are dropping and help me to create steps to retain them, also help me to analyse the channels reachability which help us to knw through which channel to target to generate the max revenue.
Experience with WebEngage services
What do you like best about the product?
Me at MyShubhLife had the use case of using WebEngage mainly for ruinning Ominchannel campaigns along with event tracking. I personally like using WebEngage for runinng hustle free SMS campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage lack the ability to run recurring campaigns, We personally had the use case at lot of times but had to compromise.
