An Amazing Marketing automation product that takes away your hours of manual work.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part that I like is funnels and event based journey that reacts to real time event and help us to organize our marketing engagement pipeline interactive at every stage the user is on. There are lots of tools that are available on webengage that makes it so flexible to shape very engaging journeys for users and its highly targeted personalization helps to make campaigns and journey so elegant and beautiful for users that they get sense of importance. Other best part about webenage is its engagement channels, webenage provides a wide range of engagement channels like sms, push, in-app notification, push, whatsapp, email, facebook, on-site. When you such great engagement channels then you can craft your journeys very smartly to make sure you are reaching your audience in a very impactful and engaging way. Also it provides extensions with the help of webhooks and rest api so you have access and control over that level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any such things but it would be great to see new features like analytical dashboards and views to help us look data from a single view so that we can analyze things on a very high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the engagements and automation problems with webenage as we have a whole arsenal of tools that makes it very flexible to use and also gives us full control on the flow. It is helping us automate acquisition campaigns and engaging users throughout their life cycle based on real time events happening.

Great turn around time on integration and exceptional support from the success and tech managers. I loved the flawless of data flow and uninterrupted workflows and triggered communication. Worthy of saving me 1000 of dollars on outsourced task otherwise. Their professional services team are a bunch of genius who get custom request also addressed which is not possible in regular stack. They value to their customer's business is just too good. I get update on regular product improvisation notification as all the teams works very closely. Their dev and analytics team is great to go over the milestones to cater any specific communication implementation and reporting.
I would love to work with them again in future as they personally believe to make/save you money by using their solution. Kudos.

This platform allows us to segment and interact with our clients in various ways such as SMS or email, we create campaigns that allow us to have a greater reach of users. Our marketing has improved like never before with this automated system, in addition to the time we save we use to improve other areas of the company, the tools are nice that allow me to do marketing in a different way and it fits perfectly to the company allowing employees can use their tools.

We have not had problems, but if they should improve their interface, it is already a bit slow so that the user has a better experience, the notifications sometimes are not working correctly, it has certain errors. It does not mean that it is not a good platform or that users should not use it, quite the contrary. It was a very good choice on our part.
