What do you like best about the product?
The best part is we can create any type of segment & we can target those users through different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page loading speed is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to target any users who are visiting your website through different channels like SMS, Push Notifications, Emails, etc

What do you like best about the product?
This service has provided our company with a totally different point than what we are used to, the message handling and automation is much more optimal and better for us, so now we are better managed when conducting marketing campaigns are automated where we receive a response of clients that are potential or increase the traffic of the web, the system is much more complete because it allows a CRM so it increases the traffic to our website I am happy because its tools are very interactive and I have not had any negative points when In this regard, it has been very simple and intuitive to be able to create follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not received any point of complaint or negativity regarding the service from the work group, however I have seen that they should improve the analysis system to be a little more optimal to see it in a more general way and observe in a simpler way .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In summary the main problem was to automate emails in this way we can reach faster and many more people as well as an automation CRM system, the increase in traffic is notorious as well as sales, in turn, other features that they offer us is Its interface seems simple and useful for us, within the company Webengage is the ally automation systems that is a tool that belongs to it and improving digital marketing the platform for us has been incredible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I must recommend it because it has worked for us and it is not just any type of marketing tool, it is a very complete tool designed to monitor and automate campaigns sent to customers, this service is much broader so it is essential for us to improve our capacity I am happy because it has been wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of WebEngage is very easy for us to target the users through various channels like push notifications, surveys, emails, SMS etc.

System takes too much time to create any segment which ultimately increases our overall execution part

With the help of WebEngage we can run real time survey and get the user experience which further we can use for our future marketing strategy

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of all the journey we have created to tap on the real time customer engagement. The analysis of the report gives us a right vision to create more similar journey or to eliminate the non working ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only fact that we get some whatsapp delivered under "Invalid" through webengage.
We have tried getting it resolved and still, a few remains under failure always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the gap between the Sales team and the customer. Before our Sales team gets in touch with the customer, we make sure that we are keeping the user engaged to keep it warm.

The good benefit, to create a conversational journey through our portal in webengage. It has given us relief in saving a little manpower and cost.

This tool can solve almost all of your remarketing plans through automation which can save cost and manpower. The journey you will create here, will keep a track of all the steps which should be followed immediately as soon as we receive the submission of an enquiry!

What do you like best about the product?
In-depth segmentation and targeting that it provides helping us to reach the right intended audience. Having one platform where we can reach through all the channels is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign performance Analysis needs more clarity. Pulling off the data should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to understand what users were doing in the website and once Webengage has been setup it made us to easily segment and analyse the user journey, which in turn helped us to target across multi channels.

A small learning curve which can easily be surpassed by few usage trials
