What do you like best about the product?
Their feature of Journeys is fantastic. We had used that a lot while improving our onboarding experience or nudging the customers based on certain actions. We have solved some core engagement problems working with WebEngage journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product analytics part is something that can be improved. Though I understand the product is more focused on customer engagement but adding more features around mobile analytics would help a lot in getting user insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to solve improve the onboarding experience. We had identified that few users have downloaded the app, signup but never done the first transaction. We nudged them via push notifications and converted them.

The whole automation suite is superior product than competitors so it is not that pocket-friendly for small companies.
This product could have been better if it had a native integration with Shopify (Our company-specific use case)

Sending and automating personalised campaigns across multiple channels based on the insights recieved from the data.

2. Difficult to find the name of users without an exact email address or phone number

What do you like best about the product?
Customers Analytics was a significant trouble spot for us and Webengage truly helped us in organizing our CRM information to construct insight. Then, at that point it utilized that information to computerize work processes with an exceptionally direct UI. A splendid advertising mechanization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps decision making can be automated with the data it collects. WebEngage needs to upgrade itself and make direct recommendations to the business with the data it has collected. This may help with increasing productivity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a single tool for all customer touch points with the use of segmentation and easy tracking of conversions. One stop access, increase efficiency.

Journeys are very easy to create with different control by drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are not user-friendly. If custom report options are provided it will be more helpful.

Marketing communications are well organized and scheduled in WebEngage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is highly recommended to use webengage if an organization very frequent contact the customer either transaction or promotional purpose in various channels like SMS/app/web/email/whatsapp
