What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement API, it has good reporting panel and scheduling features, it has segmentation of users, notifications on the site are very attractive, segmenting is easy, you can create activities and set rules which is really easy, this tool has great technology integration, it has very useful and unique features of our customer journeys. We automate our marketing by defining rules like sending a push notification, this tool is not required technical knowledge, the journeys that are made through our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model discourages experimentation and create hurdles in terms of on boarding, any level of user can have access to our customer data , this tool is too expensive compared to the features it has, it could improve the user interface for notifications for our apps, the SDK is heavy to integrate with the customer, segment integration can take care of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has CAN SPAM compliance, it has been implemented for event based activities , it has automatic responses , it has allowed us to make reports and analysis of our products and services, it has template management for marketing, it has a great omnichannel cloud based communication to our companies to be able to reach our customers and be able to in that way increase our sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very useful to us for the scale and development of our businesses, which is very useful when they help us target our clientele to provide the right offers, it increases us the chances of transaction or desired action by our customers. Automation saves a lot of time and efforts to our merchants for their negotiation, which are driven for their operation.

The Ux of Webengage is awesome. Its Very User Friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to Use, Integration with the website is very simple, From data segmentation to Creating Template to real-time A/B testing to scheduling is done with great ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting Can Be Improved a bit, Template heat Map report is missing. I think this should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing Day to day Campaigns, Creating customer Journeys for better User experience.

WebEngage is an awesome marketing automation tool. What I have liked it is the drag and drop journey creation feature which helps non technical persons to manage email campaigns.
Personalization and Drop Cart mailers makes it a complete marketing automation tool.
Along with the overall system, the WebEngage as a team is ready to help 24*7.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be download for a limited time. This has to be increased to account lifetime, meaning users should be allowed to download reports as per their requirement between any given time frame and not restricted to last 45 days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation and regular mailers.

Ease of use and support team, drag and drop feature is user friendly

Sometimes there is some lag while sending emails but I believe this has to do with the ESP/SSP provider!

The easy navigation and using the product.
The CRM is quite comprehensive and easy to use with being new user-friendly too. Certain nomenclatures if standardized would enhance the experience further. Everyone from the Sales to Onboarding to the Customer Success Managers has good knowledge of the product and assist you to solve not only help with product understanding but assist you in a way to solve business challenges and help scale.

- The CRM needs to be made more compatible with Shopify
- The Customer Care team can be made more well-versed with in-depth product knowledge to help solve client queries more proactively.
- Different nomenclature like 'Email Accepted'. Some of the rules have to be applied on Email - Accepted and not on Delivered or Opened though that would be the usual understanding.
- The Drag and Drop Email can be enhanced a little.

A great partner to pick for your customer retention experience. I have used a couple of other CRMs too. This is quite comprehensive even with its basic plan. I have used WebEngage while working in a company with Lakhs of visitors and with 100s of visitors as well and the product serves both the requirements equally well. The product has gotten better while the team delivering it has continuously been proactive and helpful.
Product Specialists are extremely helpful in finding innovative solutions to Marketing Problems !

The product is easy to use for beginners. The knowledge base is vast and self sufficient to learn and implement. It's user friendly and caters to most of the marketing requirements.

The gaps which I felt could be addressed in a more efficient manner are
1) Tracking results - Conversion, ROI etc
2) Mobile app for tracking analytics of campaigns.

I like it because it guides clients to have sound decisions in web trigger processes with well related technical specifications. It has been exceptional in indicating a well-done work method with the necessary ease in terms of campaigns and increasing clients in the market. It has a significant list of social clients.

A powerful, easy to use product for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
I always spend couple of hours everyday in WebEngage panel or look into the documentations. Have to admit as much as I work with it, I find new usecases & it is exciting. Even with the scale of our company, the performance is good enough.
We have a direct communication with our contact person, Jesse George, and he is always responding to our questions or checks the solutions we have in mind for different use cases. This helps us to reduce errors and find the best solution in this regard.

The response time of the support team through Email is high for some cases.

Webengage is our main CRM tool to communicate effectively with users. Easy integration through SDK & REST API, wide options in creating journeys, Analysis features like Path & RFM, and so on.
