The funnel & RFM model is really handy. also the triggered campaigns

correct upto 90%, user attribute related parameters.

It helped us automate our user engagement upto most extent, instantly analyse the results of our campaigns and it also made possible such different types of campaigns given the amount of features it offers

What do you like best about the product?
Open Bigquery access for whatever data we track via Webengage. It enables me to work and model the data as I like it to get more insights than that are available on their dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnels can have an OR option. (right now we are limited to choosing one hard path to analyse).
Analytics offerings can be a little better. Let me customize what I want / don't want on my own dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webengage offers all this in quite a simple format and they are overall cheaper than other alternatives, whilst being just as good, if not better.

I liked the after sales support and how seamless the platform works.
It has helped us improve retargeting customers and lower our drop offs in Buyer funnel.
We can customize journeys and automate the entire

We can improve the back end integration process and help client which doesn't have strong tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We Found the drop offs at the cart section and it was resolved by automating the emailer and webpush journey.
