Journeys are very easy to create with different control by drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are not user-friendly. If custom report options are provided it will be more helpful.

Marketing communications are well organized and scheduled in WebEngage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is highly recommended to use webengage if an organization very frequent contact the customer either transaction or promotional purpose in various channels like SMS/app/web/email/whatsapp

WebEngage is a really awesome automation tool for digital marketing. It will help with segmentation, audience engagement, reporting, etc...

In reporting section need some optimization.

- Time taken for the segment creations and also loading the dashboards at times
- Limited access to the detailed user-level data would help with deeper analysis.

A Marketing Automation tool that has almost everything you need!
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the best things about webengage are its dashboard - everything very easily navigatable and available on the sidebar, segments have a wide range of filters and it connects with a lot of 3rd partys if youre looking to do a lot of out of the box solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really hate about webengage is it lets me create a campaign on my mobile but doesn't let me publish it. But it fixes a lot of other problems other onmichannels have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing was to set up uniform journeys to segmented users and engage with them on a personalized level which it does perfectly, supporting multiple channels. Benefits being an excellent journey/ flow builder and access to multipe messaging channels.
Working on Web engage is Super easy and Super cool
What do you like best about the product?
The Most helpful thing about Web engage is it's easy to use and easy to schedule campaigns. Also, you can get 5-6 channels covered on a single platform like web push, Push notification, SMS, Facebook and WhatsApp Channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no pause button or stop button to pause or stop a running campaign because if anything goes wrong by mistake we can pause or stop the campaign.

With WebEngage, you can easily create segments and track real-time data as well as the complete report on the next day whereas on other platforms creating segments and tracking real-time is not easy.
Easy to use for Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
An easy-to-use, intuitive tool for engaging with our users. Its ability to extract data faster and update key metrics for our campaigns in real time. Not to mention how pleased we are with customer service!

There isn't much about webengage that I detest, but there is always space for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing omni-channel approach for engagement and conversions by implementing user journey's with improved user experience.
Have been using WebEngage more than 3 years now and it's been amazing experience .
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience it has excellent UI, totally user-friendly. It is also affordable compared to other tools in the market.

I want more advanced options in terms of reports. Also, a few more options in segmentation like using and & or at the same time will be helpful.

Automation has been a plus point with WebEngage as it saves lots of time. The new features like sending intelligently and split the block in the journey are super useful.

If you are planning to start with automation, WebEngage is the go-to tool for sure. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of time.

User-friendly Omnichannel Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Journey and Analysis bits of the panel provide deep and meaningful insights in the campaigns and use cases being run and help take important decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Since RFM is still under development phase, and if you don't pass user level information completely, I don't end up using the overall feature to begin with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier segmentation and better customer experience by creating Journey for a customer to have a fulfilling and satisfying experience
