Easy to use for Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
An easy-to-use, intuitive tool for engaging with our users. Its ability to extract data faster and update key metrics for our campaigns in real time. Not to mention how pleased we are with customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much about webengage that I detest, but there is always space for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing omni-channel approach for engagement and conversions by implementing user journey's with improved user experience.

Have been using WebEngage more than 3 years now and it's been amazing experience .
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience it has excellent UI, totally user-friendly. It is also affordable compared to other tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more advanced options in terms of reports. Also, a few more options in segmentation like using and & or at the same time will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation has been a plus point with WebEngage as it saves lots of time. The new features like sending intelligently and split the block in the journey are super useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning to start with automation, WebEngage is the go-to tool for sure. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of time.

- It's user-friendly and easy to use.
-What I love the most is the Analytics feature. It helps us to plan the automation easily and making it more target-oriented.

-The feature which restricts us from editing the journey, which is running.
-Custom Events sections sometimes show incorrect data.

User-friendly Omnichannel Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Journey and Analysis bits of the panel provide deep and meaningful insights in the campaigns and use cases being run and help take important decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Since RFM is still under development phase, and if you don't pass user level information completely, I don't end up using the overall feature to begin with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier segmentation and better customer experience by creating Journey for a customer to have a fulfilling and satisfying experience

A Great omnichannel platform, with ease of carrying out campaigns and a great customer support team to help you out
Awesome product - Webengage
What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is the best customer engagement tool and since we started our campaign can see a very good improvement in terms of conversion , customer satisfaction score. It also provide a good analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much but as no body can perfect even like google used to make changes. Quick changes as per customer need is the best way to make a product superb. Add more analytics could be add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can engage with my customers/users at any point. It helps us to increase our dropout conversions. Now we able to know our customer feedback via feedback form/survey form. Webengage help us automate few of our manual journeys, save man-hours, and many more.

What do you dislike about the product?
WE Can improve in terms of reporting. Reporting and attributions are not correct. From the client's view, reporting should be customized and easier to download.
I am giving an example: Suppose we want to see the report separately for journey and broadcast for all channels (Email, BPN, SMS) because after an accurate report we can optimize and scale up channel-wise.
Conversion attribution also a matter of improvement.

All clients have a certain database and they want to engage with the help of given channels whatever they have.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage personalises the journey experience on a user level, providing a sense of belongingness to the user and making their experience personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics of the campaigns is very limited, there are multiple steps where providing input at an event level/ splitting them as required is not possible. In conclusion - analytics can get better and more in-depth!

The focus is optimising the journeys - WebEngage helps in optimising those via funnels.

This platform helps in optimising your user experiences + the customer support is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX of it; it's so intuitive, even if you are a beginner with WebEngage. All the sections, functionality, setting up campaigns, using analytics, creating segments. All feels natural; there's zero effort in figuring out the platform.
You have all the freedom you want, and you can quickly validate all your hypothesis with analytics and setting up personalized campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes it takes too long to create Live segments, and if you are making one while setting up a campaign, periodically, it doesn't refresh acc. to the parameters quickly.
To give you some context, we have around 400k MAU, and I can understand that it can take time to create Live segments, but sometimes it's a bit annoying!
Also if you create segments while campaign setting, it by default creates a live one. One time I got confused and couldn't figue why was I not able to isolate a user for testing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to the full extent, setting up marketing journeys, setting up in-app notifs and PNs to nudge the users, and using the analytics to create segments that help in figuring out a hypothesis and restructure communications according to that.
Benefits as I mentioned before, you can do such powerful stuff with it, and yet the tools do not seem intimidating. As for business problems, we have seen
- Amazing open rates because we could set up journeys in such an easy drag & drop manner, and you can do all you want; WegEngage doesn't constrain you.

Extremely easy for anyone to learn! Very user friendly

Segment creation can be slightly slow sometimes

1. Highlight is the drag & drop journey builder, easy to use
2. Ease of segmenting the user's basis different attributes, geo's, behavioral and technology aiding to better targetting of users.

1. The events in the user section misses showing events sometimes, fixing it will help
2. SMS content editor is a bit cumbersome to use, a good text editor will better the experience
