What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is undoubtedly one of the most effective user engagement and retention platforms. Juicy Chemistry wanted to solve specific issues rapidly, and the team at WebEngage seemed ready and eager to help. WebEngage's analytics, segmentation, personalization, and engagement channels help businesses get a 360° view of their users, products, and campaigns. Their easy-to-use dashboard makes it simple to compare the impact of each channel of engagement. It helped us minimize efforts and maximize impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team, product and the experience are such that it leaves little room for complaints. I have worked with the team as part of two different brands and there's nothing negative that I can think of from a brand perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage solved a critical challenge that was the lack of access to data and metrics. While another service provider that the brand previously engaged with provided primary data and metrics, certain features remained absent such as the ability to create dynamic segments to target users better. The platform also helped us with a detailed analysis of conversions, such as the type of conversion (Click-Through, Send-Through, Open-Through) or user-level conversions data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When used with intent, the platform has a transformative impact on a business' retention efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The features are definitely available at par with the Industry and even more than other competitors but the best thing that stands out is the support that the team provides. They are very quick and responsible. They help in setting up the tool, journeys, tech supports everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such in the tool. Email services can be improved and more features can be launched soon which can make it one tool for anything that the company has to do to for user engagement. The most important thing is that the clients should use it extensively to see the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement and Retention of users, Analyzing, Segmentation, Creating funnels, and automating it.

Even it helps customer care to resolve issues. Journeys are the best part and now the Inline personalization will change the game.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just go for the features, it's the people who make the company. You definitely need features but if the support from the company is good then you can use the tool even better.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is, in general, simple to use and understand. All marketing channels are provided in one place: SMS, App, Email, and Webpush. Creating a customer journey and targeting them across any channel is quite simple and clear. WebEngage just introduced the "Best Channel" feature, which has helped in determining which channel our customers are more active in. It has led to a significant increase in our open rates.

-Never faced any big issue with the third-party integration

-Excellent customer support

- User - friendly UI
What do you dislike about the product?
- Email scroll heatmap is missing
- Time taking process in making the segments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helps in retaining customers by sending them personalized communication
- Tracking user journey ( where exactly it ended, what time etc.)
- Based on the user's history, the algorithm determines the optimal time and channel to engage the customer.

WebEngage has an easy-to-use platform, which required very less training for the new users, Also comes with new integrations from time to time which makes the life of a marketer easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage should have a single view of users from the time users comes on any platform and what all things user do on the platform, omnichannel reporting which is not present that part can be improved.

For above Problems, we have used Webengage's seamless journey for our use cases. which helped us in better Activations, Rentation & Engamgnet of users on our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It being a one stop solution for all marketing channels - email, SMS and web notifications - it makes a marketeers life so so so easy. It helps you A/B test, look at data in so much depth and integrations with other data tools, help you make cohorts and strengthen your retargeting strategy. Helped me so much is user retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved and more transparency on data attribution is needed but overall they are doing great as compared to their competitors. Recommended for beginner app owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User retention and data analysis. Retargeting using cohorts has personalization visitor and user experience which improves conversion and retention. Helps my marketing team big time!

I can go all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
- It took too much time to set it up, although the customer support was very good, there were some bottlenecks sometimes. However, now that it's set up, i don't remember that anymore.
