The whole automation suite is superior product than competitors so it is not that pocket-friendly for small companies.
This product could have been better if it had a native integration with Shopify (Our company-specific use case)

Manging and Analyzing First Party Data and Customer Data in one platform.
Sending and automating personalised campaigns across multiple channels based on the insights recieved from the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers Analytics was a significant trouble spot for us and Webengage truly helped us in organizing our CRM information to construct insight. Then, at that point it utilized that information to computerize work processes with an exceptionally direct UI. A splendid advertising mechanization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps decision making can be automated with the data it collects. WebEngage needs to upgrade itself and make direct recommendations to the business with the data it has collected. This may help with increasing productivity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a single tool for all customer touch points with the use of segmentation and easy tracking of conversions. One stop access, increase efficiency.

Reports are not user-friendly. If custom report options are provided it will be more helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the best things about webengage are its dashboard - everything very easily navigatable and available on the sidebar, segments have a wide range of filters and it connects with a lot of 3rd partys if youre looking to do a lot of out of the box solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really hate about webengage is it lets me create a campaign on my mobile but doesn't let me publish it. But it fixes a lot of other problems other onmichannels have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing was to set up uniform journeys to segmented users and engage with them on a personalized level which it does perfectly, supporting multiple channels. Benefits being an excellent journey/ flow builder and access to multipe messaging channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The Most helpful thing about Web engage is it's easy to use and easy to schedule campaigns. Also, you can get 5-6 channels covered on a single platform like web push, Push notification, SMS, Facebook and WhatsApp Channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no pause button or stop button to pause or stop a running campaign because if anything goes wrong by mistake we can pause or stop the campaign.
and need a pause or stop button to make it more excellent and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEngage, you can easily create segments and track real-time data as well as the complete report on the next day whereas on other platforms creating segments and tracking real-time is not easy.
