WebEngage is powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
All the functionalities of this are really great, easy to send out campaoigns, journeys are easy to create & its easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit slow, & some more features can be added which Clevertap/MoEngage already has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use WebEnagage for all the Customer Rentention Activites, & it saves us a lot of time, since we have a unified interface.

Webengage is not just a martech tool but a marketing genius
What do you like best about the product?
Automation, support & academy handholding at webengage is super. The support is pretty instant for the queries and suggestions for improvement makes them the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost and a few automation are not possible considering we are a marketing website and not an ecom or regular business site. Data tracking duartion limitation, download data clarity, mostly data insights after a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is automating useronbarding and retention journeys, personalisation and experimenting A/B tests.
It`s good but download reports is difficult task on web engage

as such don`t have anything but as mentioned above reporting is difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Love the analytics and smart recommendations that help me make the most use out of the tool. I love using it because it is very easy to use, reduces dependency on me or my team for the execution and can be easily implemented. The CSM we have is also very supportive and helps with any issues we might be facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not available yet, but the team has taken up the feedback and started the dev on them so that is good.

It is helping me connect with my large userbase intuitively at the right time, based on the behaviour of our user.

Customer support needs improvement. Issues take too long to resolve via mail, whereas phone calls resolve them in minutes.

Nothing's perfect, there’s always room for improvement.
Sometimes the dashboard takes ages to load and just shows the loading screen forever, which can be frustrating. And while their support is generally helpful, but, if we run into a more complex issue that needs a developer's help, it can take quite a bit of time to get things sorted :(

WebEngage is helping us streamline and automate our customer communication across multiple channels like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Before using WebEngage, managing these channels separately was time-consuming and inefficient. Now, we can handle everything from lead generation to customer nurturing and promotions in one place, which has improved our response times and engagement rates. The platform's ability to segment users and create personalized campaigns has also helped us target the right audience, ultimately boosting our conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Best in terms of Omnichannel journeys
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has the best omnichannel journeys I have come across so far. They have done great job integrating various touch points of user journey into one platform so you don't have to manage and navigate multiple platforms.
The number of segmetation options also let you deep dive and find the audience that actually work for you.

The intial setup is a bit of hastle with custom building logics catering to specific requirements.
Reporting can also be improved as to see breakdown to revenue from sends, opens and click a whole report has to be downloaded rather than data being visible on dashboard.

We were using separate palatforms to manage our whatasapp, email and push notification not it has become easier for us to manage everything at one place.

There are no dislikes as such but this tool has quite more options where sometimes I get confused. so sometimes we need to dig up little bit and go through all options and need to experiment a little bit.

Whenever we run a campaigns, we want to see all the stats of that camping which has been sent. This helps us with all the stats where we can refer the stats and come up with the other new plans which helps our campaigns to work out so well. This also helps our business where we can automate the journey and be in touch with every user. This tool helps to be in touch with our users.
