What do you like best about the product?
The analytical part is helpful to understand the data. there are many tools which we can analyze the data we have different views. It's very friendly to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking more time to generate the segments. Also, there are some customizing campaigns tools that are missing compared to MoEngage. In survey part there are no eye-catching templates that we can select
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is the journey. It simply automates the manual work & its works well. It helps to increase the reinstall rate, cart abandon rate & repeat purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage comes with excellent Analytics feature. We data to check deep insights and can analyze for creating marketing Strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found difficulty to create dynamic email templates. Very few pre-built email templates available in Library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation, Time take to create segment is pretty high

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the instant flexibility and ease of use that WebEngage offers. It is so accessible that even new members also find it easy to pick up. I also like the functionality it offers to conduct more experiments and scale faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more instant support, feedback, and guidance on various businesses' campaigns that are executed via WebEngage. This would enhance my customer satisfaction!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase user engagement, retention,and onboarding via WebEngage. Two key benefits of WebEngage is that it helps optimize metrics for different cohorts with ease and the time taken to launch is super short!

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use interface, accommodates both straightforward and complex marketing automation initiatives with intricate logic and use cases. The team is very open to feedback and willing to continuously optimize the level of support they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Segment creation can take a while, even if the number of eligible users is rather small.
- Reporting and conversion attribution can be improved - we had to rely on custom-built reports or BigQuery in order to be able to access mode sophisticated user insights
- Sometimes it takes a while between in-app user registration and the moment the user becomes visible in WebEngage
- Would be useful to be able to set some triggers/alerts whenever something isn't working as expected
- Adding annotations to the journey builder screen would also help tremendously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activating newly registered users, driving engagement, monetizing existing users, and reducing churn. WebEngage helps reduce man-hours, automate our marketing efforts, and offer an omnichannel experience to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
- Thoughtfully designed platform for creating end-to-end user journeys & campaign targeting
- Best part is the level on which you can segment your different user personas
- Must appreciate the customer onboarding team- no question remains unresolved
- The dashboard itself is self-explanatory and easy-to-use
What do you dislike about the product?
- Time taken for integrating the system with the clients', majorly on the tech side is a little long and I'm sure it's improving
- Google ads data import feature to be more efficient
- The error message that displays at a certain time is not so very clear

- End-to-end campaign management- setting up, executing to analyzing
- Getting a complete view of my different kinds of users on a regular basis

What do you like best about the product?
The journeys feature and it's ability to integrate with other no code tools to power experimentation as well as on-scale production. It has the right set of other features and is commercially viable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have actively used Segments on WebEngage, but it takes a significant time to brew the segment, and add all the users to a segment as per the filters. If the brewing could be made faster, it would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building engaging loops with the users, increasing conversions across different steps in the funnel, reducing time to experiment features and also increasing retention.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is well made, the on-boarding team is excellent. All the events, users and attributes were set as per the business requirements. We are able to check from dashboard whether events are working or not. Makes it so easy to use. Journey builder is one of the best in the class!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such, the csm is always there to do the customized requirements based on campaign ideas. Personally, I would like to see drag and drop Cart option for e-commerce customers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retention Marketing is the main objective, however the tool provides so much more than that like customer cohort analysis, funnels, surveys, Feedbacks, On site notifications etc.
