What do you like best about the product?
It being a one stop solution for all marketing channels - email, SMS and web notifications - it makes a marketeers life so so so easy. It helps you A/B test, look at data in so much depth and integrations with other data tools, help you make cohorts and strengthen your retargeting strategy. Helped me so much is user retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved and more transparency on data attribution is needed but overall they are doing great as compared to their competitors. Recommended for beginner app owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User retention and data analysis. Retargeting using cohorts has personalization visitor and user experience which improves conversion and retention. Helps my marketing team big time!

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
- It took too much time to set it up, although the customer support was very good, there were some bottlenecks sometimes. However, now that it's set up, i don't remember that anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
When it works at its best their are some some top notch ways to streamline customer retention via this automation software and the support isn't bad either - other software is available but for the cost it's worth a look in for sure
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as feature rich as the likes of HubSpot and even less mature software, but this is a minor criticism for the price. I would like to see more frequent updates in truth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truly exploring how to improve every stage of the customer journey is key for us. WebEngage is part of that and it makes working like this a lot more seemless and supports our wider team too

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way i can use Webengage to target the prospect in a very holistical way. It has helped me in sending personalized SMS push,Email and Whatsapp push and target my customers.Helped me create personalized campaigns and journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no negative point in Webengage, but specifically the UI can be improved. Also it would be great if it could easy for intergrations with other marketing automations and reporting tool. to increase my reporting capability

I used Webengage to send in personalized Campaigns and personalized push on various channels through various cohorts. It has increased our conversions.Helped us gained awarness. And increase our productivity

Its interface is very user friendly. Easy to use SaaS. Very smooth integration process.

Sometimes, it works very slow. Downloading reports takes a lot of time.

There is nothing specifically negative about WebEngage. Adding some of the pointers that can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
For any Growth Hacker driving in-app engagement is absolutely critical for improving app session time and generating revenue. Web Engage lets you as a Growth Hacker to define user journeys and drive app engagement via strategic push notifications. Further more it lets you analyse what's working and what's not so that you can take data driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall product is really good and to be honest, there is nothing to be disliked about the product. Maybe the interface can be a bit better so that the learning curve can be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is that of app engagement. The benefits have been improved DAU, an increase in returning users, which has a direct positive impact on the ARPU of the app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a growth hacker, it's critical to have a product that can give you in-app data analysis and lets you take actions at run time. WebEngage helps you achieve both and would highly recommend fellow growth hackers to consider WebEngage when you are looking for a solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and intuitive so saves on time. also, the unique features like user tracking, competitor analysis really works wonder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attributes for reporting and monitoring social campaign data are a little less effective and customizable. More detailed data is needed for exact reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking our customers and preparing competitive analysis reports. We save a lot of time since everything on the platform is easy to find and retrieve.

A very useful marketing automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
We adopted webengage in 2018 to automate the marketing process for our brands. The integrations to the site and other tools like ESP and other tools were fairly straight forward with a plug and play approach with their APIs. We could also easily upload legacy data to their backend through CSVs files, which made the setup very easy. Marketing automation such as email drips, popups on the website, automated API hits, etc makes the whole process very easy to manage without much training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webengage, as such, is fairly feature-rich. If I do have to point out something, it would be that 1) it doesn't have a feature that allows dynamic text to be directly displayed on a webpage, although this can be done through a popup, and 2) it uses external ESPs to send emails. It would be great if they have their own ESP service which also verifies emails to prevent unnecessary bounces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage solves the marketing automation gap with most legacy businesses like ours had. It brings in almost all features to get in touch with your client based on the interaction you had with them and helps improve enagement.
