WebEngage is a very solid software to achieve marketing consulting
What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to empower users to foster successful marketing outreach work. The interface is fluid and intelligent to achieve an interesting goal for my clients. The clients are happy with the results obtained. The support is impactful because they are very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the software has an inefficient way to visualize some functions, it is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make the program good management of marketing consulting, we are always willing to improve the quality of our customers and visualize a more productive approach in each management. In short, the software has been very influential to have more clients because of the great results obtained.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the email editor feature the best. The flexibility provided for designing rich emailers & dynamic resizing of images does the charm. You don't need to know HTML or coding to launch campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing Push notifications from Text to image-based ones deletes the entire content & requires configuring all the content again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting & Segmentation can be easily done using Webengage. We have multi-lingual users & the console helps us easily segregate the users basis their preferences. It further refreshes the data hourly so that we have almost realtime data for any updated user preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage helps us to create complete customer journeys on omnichannel platforms and maximize performances with a lot of delivery optimization features. This helps marketers to connect with the audience with the right messaging at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting part of WebEngage is left behind when it is compared with other competitor tools. This is the only feature that I feel should be improved to make it a perfect one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me in managing Omni channel campaigns, Creating customer journeys, Audience Segmentation, A/B testing, and Maximizing email performances. It has a friendly mobile app to check all marketing performances on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about webengage is that it helps to get deeper insights into audience behaviour
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely loved everything about the product. If possible try to decrease the pricing.

It's solving the purpose of making the audience re-engage with the brand & helping in overall revenue

WebEngage: The right way to engage customers for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Personalization. Yes, the software offers personalization for all sorts of businesses and I experienced the same. When I came across this software, I felt it was just another software for digital marketing; however, not all latest software allows email marketing & SMS marketing options with such detail as WebEngage does. Content is king but timely messages need to be shared with customers and WebEngage's scheduling feature allows just for that. It allowed my family business to grow 25% in 6 months which might appear insignificant but for a small business with 0 prior digital experience, it is just wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although WebEngage allows several marketing options, Instagram is a platform that is ignored by it. The software needs to focus and allow more features for Instagram marketing because it is the new hub for visually-pretty small businesses. I would've extracted loads more if only I got the right features for Instagram & Twitter on WebEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is not a unique software as it allows timely messages to be shared with customers on several digital platforms; however, the ease of use & scheduling feature helped me cater to the problems I faced for my small business. Some of the problems were understanding where my consumer is present (digitally), SMS Marketing & Email marketing helped me more than Facebook marketing and scheduling messages reminded me as well as my customers why they should come to my shop & purchase my products. It improved my customer acquisition strategy, helped me with remarketing, and allowed me to connect with my customers on time with minimal efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WebEngage shall be used especially by small businesses as it allows personalization with minimal effort. However, I used it while I was working with MICA and then used it for my personal business which is a small-scale clothing outlet. It worked wonders for my business but with MICA, there were a lot of variables to consider which made it slightly cumbersome to use the software because I was not adept at it. Maybe, I will be able to utilise it better in a few months.
Amazing platform to create targeted automations and engagements.
What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic event-based segment and journey to creating automation. We are able to use a lot of different channels like WhatsApp SMS email ads to communicate to users. We can run ad-hoc campaigns to quickly test our hypothesis. A/B testing is also one of the great features where we test the better messaging and send that to users. We don't have to take these decisions on our own. Data takes care of it. Other channels like push notification and advertisement retargeting cohort are also the feature that you don't get easily in one product. We are able to create segments and export them to ads if needed for retargeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good but sometimes it loads slowly, some more flexibility in viewing older logs and event history will definitely be a plus point. If journeys allow us dynamic if-else based on event attributes then it will make it more powerful. If we get more control over if and else conditions in the journey then it can be very helpful. Funnels are good but can be improved where we are able to see breakdowns.

We are able to use analytics module to quickly figure out user and event analytics, with these insight we create dynamic segment that we target from omni channel communications, by personalizing and sending right communication at right time.

You can target users in a very effective manner using dynamic segment and omnichannel communication.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is undoubtedly one of the most effective user engagement and retention platforms. Juicy Chemistry wanted to solve specific issues rapidly, and the team at WebEngage seemed ready and eager to help. WebEngage's analytics, segmentation, personalization, and engagement channels help businesses get a 360° view of their users, products, and campaigns. Their easy-to-use dashboard makes it simple to compare the impact of each channel of engagement. It helped us minimize efforts and maximize impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team, product and the experience are such that it leaves little room for complaints. I have worked with the team as part of two different brands and there's nothing negative that I can think of from a brand perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage solved a critical challenge that was the lack of access to data and metrics. While another service provider that the brand previously engaged with provided primary data and metrics, certain features remained absent such as the ability to create dynamic segments to target users better. The platform also helped us with a detailed analysis of conversions, such as the type of conversion (Click-Through, Send-Through, Open-Through) or user-level conversions data.

When used with intent, the platform has a transformative impact on a business' retention efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The features are definitely available at par with the Industry and even more than other competitors but the best thing that stands out is the support that the team provides. They are very quick and responsible. They help in setting up the tool, journeys, tech supports everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such in the tool. Email services can be improved and more features can be launched soon which can make it one tool for anything that the company has to do to for user engagement. The most important thing is that the clients should use it extensively to see the benefits.

Don't just go for the features, it's the people who make the company. You definitely need features but if the support from the company is good then you can use the tool even better.
WebEngage- Affordable, effective & simple
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is, in general, simple to use and understand. All marketing channels are provided in one place: SMS, App, Email, and Webpush. Creating a customer journey and targeting them across any channel is quite simple and clear. WebEngage just introduced the "Best Channel" feature, which has helped in determining which channel our customers are more active in. It has led to a significant increase in our open rates.
