The User Experience compared to other Marketing Automation software's is really good.
What do you like best about the product?
There are always new updates in WebEngage and their team always keeps webinars on strategizing and understanding different communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few things that I struggled to understand but our CSM helped me solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The User Journey creation is just very easy. Executing whatever I am thinking with the drag and drop blocks feature makes it easier to analyze and act upon.

What do you like best about the product?
Most complex automation journeys and workflows can be easily built in no time with just a couple of clicks. The feedback/product feature requests are taken very seriously, and they actually work their toes to give the best experience to their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Every concern that we raise gets resolved in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps create and optimise email, sms, whatsapp, webpush, notifications easily and it also provides complete reports for analysis

WebEngage updates with time and keeps coming up with new things for its customers.

I need to upload segments before sending SMS or push notifications that part can be more easily and sometimes test SMS and push notifications do not work properly.

We are in an industry where we need to nurture leads a lot to get them to enroll to our programs. WebEngage helps us do that by sending out journeys to leads.

1. Easy to operate. I had been using WE for a very long period now and can say that it's really very easy to operate from a Product pov. I had been able to enable my operations and customer support team with WE in a very shorter period because of its easiness to the naive audience.

Why webEngage is important for a Business whether it is B2B or B2C
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Dashboard and the Personalization and Analytics feature very much, so you can target the consumer very deep and analyze your campaigns and journeys better from the dashboard, you can message on-site through personalization and in-app Which is some limitations in other tools but not in Web Engage
What do you dislike about the product?
When you create a live segment, the time taken in it is not suitable for segment creation, it slows down the speed of your work because your journey and campaign are segment-dependent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on increasing the maximum reachability to the consumer because it is very important because reaching every consumer is the objective of our campaign, this helps in growing our business and also helps in understanding the behavior and mentality of the users. When we reach the user by breaking the consumers into segments and cohorts, then we can target the right consumer with the right communication, which increases the chances of converting the consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is smooth and it is fairly intuitive to marketing users. The test campaign failure management could be much improved to instruct the user as to what is going wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some missing key metrics like DAU/MAU ratios for key growth businesses. User drop-out funnels automation and views to tap onto weak areas of the application as a product manager. The integration touchpoints with SSPs are very troublesome if things go wrong and collaboaration is very cumbersome between the WebEngage tech and SSP tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is the key message communication platform and journey designer interface for us. However, re-targeting of users is very manual and there are no simple business rule composition techniques, mostly import CSV-driven processes have to be undertaken with strict knowledge of format and specificity.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is fairly simple to use. Creating multichannel campaigns, automated marketing campaigns, integrating multiple data sources is possible in Webengage. In addition, it allows some level of personlization on website through pop ups etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using webengage, we did face a couple of challenges. The initial integration using APIs with our website and inhouse application wasnt very simple and was indeed time consuming. Second, while webengage allows website personlization through pop ups etc, it doesnt allow for on-site page personlization within the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage was the first marketing automation product we ever used. It was very intutive and we extensively used it to create on-site campaigns as well as campaigns through emails, and other channels through their jourbeys feature. Overall, our marketing automation was completely taken cafre of using webengage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness of journey creations. The interface is easy to navigate. More helpful in segmenting and targetting our users. I can customize my email design better than I was able to in Sendgrid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available of the pre-built (Cart abandonment / Product recommendation, etc.,) customer journey. If we have a readymade journey we can easily customize it according to our requirements.
