WebEngage is easy to use and its quick action is an attractive feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data analytics and the user segmentation section need to be improved.

It helps connect the product's with the user, easy to analyze the user journey and to understand the churn rate.

Easy to operate,it's help me a lot to re-target the customers on personalised level.
What do you like best about the product?
Personalised level user targeting is very easy via different journeys, PN's and other communications. you can create PN and WPN, SMS , Whatsapp in a single journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should add more options to get data from funnels. means if i have created a funnel of 7 steps and i want the data of users dropoff at 3rd and 5th step, there should be an option to get those user's data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User targeting, marketing, drip campaigns. and this help me a lot in user retention. Here we can target the users via multiple channels in a single tool as per the user's reachability.

Could have a more DIY form of editing templates to create campaigns at a faster pace without need design or tech intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is how it helps you understand your users on the web or app platform by creating unique events and the analytics feature they provide. The flow of real-time data is what makes it stand out from other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been very less thing to dislike as the product has been evolving by taking our suggestions but the pricing is way too high which I think they can reduce for the startups like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So the main issue that this platform has sorted for us is that It has WhatsApp and IVR included in the platform along with other communication methods like SMS or Email or Push notifications. Now with better analytics, we can segment our user base as to how and with what communication method they are engaging and it helps us to increase our productivity.

Webengage allows for the creation of journeys, website personalization, drip emails, social media messaging, SMSes and many other means of communication for marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, WebEngage is a very intuitive tool to use. However, we had faced initial challenges with the Webengage team to get us started and do an initial setup. Moreover, the primary key for each user is the ID webengage generates rather than the email id or phone number of the use which may create duplicate users in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated system to send out transactional emails/notifications as well as marketing communication to our end clients based on their behavior. Webengage helps us in doing exactly that.
