It has been a rollercoaster ride
What do you like best about the product?
There have been ups and downs with using WE initially, but seeing how far WE has come, the drawbacks are a thing of the past. Like the customization part, with which we can add new attributes to database easily. WE is regularly adding new features and tweaking the original products as well, which enhances the end user experience, i had been initially skeptical of the platform, but now have grown accustomed to it. Good job of creating a awesome platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where I hope WE team improves, it can defintely be better with additional personalisation tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates most of our digital marketing channels, and helps us to analyse the users behaviour on variuos automated journeys.
Good tool for user engagement but not an excellent choice for analytics
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is easy to use for any newbie. Pricing is really good with respect to the competitors. Integrations with different tools are possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support is a bit slow and takes time to resolve queries. Feature depth-wise, their competitors are a bit ahead, but pricing wise it's much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is trying to make user engagement very smooth for companies which can directly impact their business. We are using it for user engagement and retention, and it's going smooth.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The journey to use the platform and the ease of the platform is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
CSM support and thesome part of the funnels and cohorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analysing the CAC for our organisation for our poduct and services.
Single tool to execute all marketing automation campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
To create a journey and reach the users in all the possible channels
What do you dislike about the product?
Google Ads & FB dashboard cant be integrated to run campaigns from Webengage

Earlier we used to use multiple tools for each channel like, push, email, sms, whatsapp - now we have everything running in single platform WebEngage
It is the best ever user-friendly platform i have used.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating Journey makes the long process very easy. Also web push is so effective and user friendly. Every other channel is also amazing , and targeting has become so much convenient.

The only thing i dislike about Web engage is that we can't set a limit for users that we are sending

Sending it to the users of particular state or country is very much easy here. Also the channel is convenient to use .

Its Webpersonalisation and Segments feature.

All are top classes, customer support and feature .

It personalises the website. It helps to show relevant information to only relavant customers. Which are game changer for us. That was unique and incredible feature.

What do you like best about the product?
its a game changer marketing automation tool, its reduce our manual Marketing team for the cost of approx 3L per month, web engage costing to us is 1L and increase retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
they have very less analytical features, they should work on to improve analytical feature

its solve many problems but specially personalization I like the most, event bases email & sms are also good feature

What do you like best about the product?
The real time update on customer intercation is cool, All the insights in the dash board and analystics sections helps business to boost up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service & Prioritising defects and customisation can be better. The onborading can be fastened.

Using five different aggregators before WE for upoad and dowload of data manually, now it's all in one place. Saves time improves analytics and focus on customer interaction.
