A marketing automation platform with an amazing customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The service and support teams are really helpful and quick to close tickets. The service team has evolved over the last few years into a consultancy team, sharing insights and ideas to achieve overall company objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are outdated, namely the missing of new Whatsapp template types. Creating segments on the dashboard can be annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization of channel campaigns, Edit app and webpages directly from the tool without any assistance from product/tech, Retargeting, creating personalized segments, analyzing funnels

Excellent Automation CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about WebEngage are its comprehensive features, including event analytics, live segments, RFM analysis, funnels, and journey creation. Customer support and business consulting are also very helpful for resolving issues. We use it daily, and implementation is quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, creating live segments in WebEngage is too time-consuming, and a faster process would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage Tool at real-time user engagement and enables quick communication across multiple channels.

The clean UI and ease of use for segmenting customers and building journeys across multiple channels is what our team uses the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a learning curve - it’s a bit steep for new companies, and it can take time to unlock the platform’s full potential. More in-depth tutorials or better handholding for initial months might be needed.

Great tool for User Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
We are a fast-growing consumer tech mobile application, and have been using WebEngage for almost a year now during our rapid growth journey. We use WebEngage daily for our notification campaigns and across the funnel engagement.
Pretty easy to use and has all the right features we have needed. Definitely appreciate the ease of setting up user journeys.
We required a couple custom features here and there, and the Support team was very helpful with getting those to us in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Developers had to put some extra effort for the integration. Plus some of the documentation was not very straightforward, specially needed additional support with setting up notification channels for our Android App.

The customer support that it offers is outstanding. The account manager is just a message away.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to track the actual journey of our users, including what they do and where they spend most of their time, such as on the Product page, Collection page, or Offer page. It is also really helpful for us to create user journeys and segments, allowing us to easily extract the required cohorts from Webengage. Additionally, we can easily retarget our users, setting up journey channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and APN. We can access data for the last 12 months, and I can't imagine tracking my daily metrics without Webengage.

Need extend data range and more user friendly UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us build cohorts according to our requirements, our audience, or even by product. This way, we don’t need to spend extra effort studying user behavior; we just set a few conditions, and boom—we get all our user data.
WebEngage is powerful.

All the functionalities of this are really great, easy to send out campaoigns, journeys are easy to create & its easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit slow, & some more features can be added which Clevertap/MoEngage already has.

We use WebEnagage for all the Customer Rentention Activites, & it saves us a lot of time, since we have a unified interface.
