What do you like best about the product?
Being able to setup custom journeys is definitely the best part for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has sometime been hard to get in touch with the support team to resolve queries

Easily send out personalised journeys to users on our mobile application based on user actions.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Customer realtionship management tool to use in the market. It is also very economically priced which makes it good forsmall and mid sized companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a very convenient to use but the report are not very detailed as compared to the other platforms. It would be better if we could track customer journey in a more deeper manner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting a top-notch product at a very convenient pricing. Secondly it has seamless automated end-to-end customer journey management system which makes it user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
First off, the platform's user interface is so intuitive and easy to navigate. I was up and running in no time, creating personalized campaigns has never been so straightforward!

One of the standout features of WebEngage is its robust segmentation options. It allowed us to segment our audience based on various criteria, such as behavior, demographics, and preferences. This level of precision helped in tailoring our messages and offers, leading to higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

The ability to track and analyze the performance of our campaigns in real time is invaluable. WebEngage provides detailed analytics and insights, allowing us to fine-tune our strategies and optimize results continually.

But perhaps the best part of using WebEngage is their exceptional customer support. Whenever we faced any challenges or needed guidance, their team was there to assist us every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
While WebEngage offers several customization options, I found some limitations in the templates and designs. It was challenging to achieve the exact look and feel we wanted for our campaigns, and the customization options felt somewhat restrictive.
Majorly the drop in WebEngage segment brewing capacity and journey trigger time is always a hurdle.
But overall benefits surely outweighed the issues we have from using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. The ability to track and analyze the performance of our campaigns in real time. - Solves our hardship of data tracking
2. WebEngage's robust segmentation options - help us better bifurcate our bases - resulting in better CTRs and cost saving
3. Hyperperosnalization of comms has helped us in improving our customer experience.

WebEngage is an easy-to-use tool and is a one stop solution for all marketing issues. Web engage support team is very quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webengage is a great product, but is a bit pricey

Web Engage has helped me save a lot of time by allowing to automate 80% of the task that I used to manually do on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Wenengage is quite helpful when it comes to journey curation, it provides a lot of options for the marketer to execute journeys/campaigns as per different logics. It also helps with analytics so that further decision can be data backed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webengage can improve a bit on their analytics, certain more options can be added while looking at the data. Flows, funnels can be made more optimisable for marketers to see a better picture of their journeys and campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is solving a major issue of marketing automation for us. It makes our life easy while we try to get hold of the user on different platforms. It helps us build an omni channel marketing approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Using webengage as a marketer is the best tool because the may it be segment creation, different communication channels, or analytics.Everything at a place and very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment creation process sticks with few limitations which can be sorted, like in user behaviour section, I have to choose any one option between 'and' & 'or' which makes my user lists with limitations. This can be improved with making a choice on both 'and' & 'or' on all events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For every problems, like one for campaign report with 'end-date' had been an issue for us, team webenagage took some time and then they helped us with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is very easy to use. It is handy and we can easily set up journeys and automate most of the stuff right from the beginning! The variety of triggers and conditions really helps us in optimizing the whole flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Majorly I face issues while creating live segments. It really takes up a long time to get created which further causes delay in the comms to be sent ad hoc basis.

Webenagage is helping me delivering right messages at right time. It helps us optimise various metrics across the funnel and helps us reactivate & enagage the users.
