Automated tool which makes the journey more specific
What do you like best about the product?
Creating journeys and making the campaign flow more engaging and specific for each and every customer
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot update the data manually , some specific fields are required in order to update the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the user visits the website, automatically the mail get triggered and also helps us in analyzing things in a better way . We can go up to depths and analyze the things for better performance.

Capability to track a customer from initial engagement up to when they become a paying customer. Boosted our productivity, conversion and retention f clientele.

The best part about Webengage is the automation and its UI. Makes it really easy to onboard and use

Bit of a legacy-looking UI, but I'm just nitpicking here

There is nothing to dislike leaving the pricing, it could be more affordable

Complete marketing automation was easily done. Also retargeting users on all the channels they are available is easy and automated.
Well-built integration with some missing functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage offers an amazing set of integration with multiple platforms. The tool is well-designed and intuitive to use. Makes designing, tracking and analysing campaigns really handy in just one tool. Super powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage can build more the the integrations they have with other platforms even better in terms of functionality. But overall not much complaints as basic requirements are always fulfilled.

Webengage has become the one tool for all our communication, marketing and customer journies. It gives the power to design journeys and helps increase funnel conversion. Its a one stop place for my WhatsApp, Email, Push notifications.

Useful for automating personalised costumer communications, the UX is also great, very user-friendly interface

Some of the data within analytics seems to be based around events and not users

What do you like best about the product?
After using the WebEngage platform for our business growth, I personally share it is the best customer engagement and marketing automation platform. Its notable features such as in-app and push notifications, email marketing, surveys, and feedback forms let us communicate with users and gather insights to improve the customer experience. The platform's capability of customisation includes the ability to personalise messages based on customer behaviour and preferences and to create targeted campaigns based on user segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using WebEngage for the last eight months, and I found nothing much to dislike about it. However, I would like to add a suggestion that it sometimes get slow when heavy traffic is coming to the platform.

The platform has successfully enabled our business to communicate with our customers effectively and gather insights to improve our customer experience. Webengage key features integration to our app, including push notification, in-app, email, SMS, WhatsApp really helped us scale our business and generate more revenue.
