What do you like best about the product?
Behaviour based communication is best part , I haven't seen such platform doing this so effectively

UI is not so easy for new users , you need to spend enough time to get hold of it

Quick to use, easy to setup. Helps a lot in quick experimentation.

Best engagement platform

What do you like best about the product?
The complete dashboard and one stop solution for the engagement campaigns be it a whatsapp notification, push notification, emailer and SMS campaigns. Webengage has been designed in a very simplistic way so that every teams be it product, tech, marketing, community can use it and one can hold of the platform fairly fast as compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are couple of features on the platform which can not be used extensively due to UI restriction being imposed on them, one such feature being In-app notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consumer centric company, performing marketing is a tidious task managing different platforms at the same time. WebEngage has made it possible to do all type of marketing communication from a single place. We have been actively using WebEngage for sending out various type of push notifications and whatsapp campaigns related to multiple events, special products for seniors and travel packages.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has almost all the channels that are required to keep our customers engaged. The journey builder is easy and fun to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Post-purchase customer support could be better. We are on the paid customer success plan and more often than not we feel that the team could be much more responsive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a digital business in which engaging with our customers in a time-bound manner with personalized content based on customer action is critical for our success. WebEngage helps us with events driven digital intervention that helps us achieve business goals

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of doing things, everything is there in simple manner which helps us in managing the customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such no big downside, but every report should be there on the dashboard but in some cases we have to take help of support team, which is always active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is helping us in managing large set of user data by recording all of there details, we can use customer behaviour and all that to get the output that we desire.

Good interface to create journeys and get the best cross sell from users.

It's prett expensive, specially when a startup scales.

Setting up user journeys is easy on webengage and enables anyone without query writing skills to create cohorts.

The analytics dashboard of email and SMS campaigns give a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There is no option to filter events under a user's profile.
- There is no search bar for email templates

What do you like best about the product?
Has the best customization for creating Journeys. It is ver user friendly. All my clients use the same tool, due to this i never had the opportunity to explore other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time in creating segments.

Sometimes, the events for the tool appear very late than it has occured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very user friendly. We can easily create any automations without any trouble. It has facilities like Frequency capping,Control Grouping, A/B testing, Coversion Tracking.
