It is the best ever user-friendly platform i have used.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating Journey makes the long process very easy. Also web push is so effective and user friendly. Every other channel is also amazing , and targeting has become so much convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about Web engage is that we can't set a limit for users that we are sending
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending it to the users of particular state or country is very much easy here. Also the channel is convenient to use .

It personalises the website. It helps to show relevant information to only relavant customers. Which are game changer for us. That was unique and incredible feature.

its a game changer marketing automation tool, its reduce our manual Marketing team for the cost of approx 3L per month, web engage costing to us is 1L and increase retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
they have very less analytical features, they should work on to improve analytical feature

its solve many problems but specially personalization I like the most, event bases email & sms are also good feature

The real time update on customer intercation is cool, All the insights in the dash board and analystics sections helps business to boost up.

Customer service & Prioritising defects and customisation can be better. The onborading can be fastened.

Using five different aggregators before WE for upoad and dowload of data manually, now it's all in one place. Saves time improves analytics and focus on customer interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is constantly evolving. The welcome changes come from the constant feedback they get from their customers. The customer success team treats you as their own and helps in every way possible. The support tickets are also looked at and resolved very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution system can be a little deceiving. However, if you dig in deeper, you can find the exact numbers you're looking for. Stay in touch with their team for quick clarifications and resolutions.

We wanted a solution where we could send all our user events and then create personalized user journeys. The aim was to increase engagement and retention with the help of automation. WebEngage helps us do exactly that and more. Plus, getting a Customer Success Manager - who assumes responsibility for making the whole working relationship with WebEngage a success is a big game changer. We were able to start automating with adequate hand holding from Day 1!

Custom event-based journeys enable richer integrations with cross-platform platforms as accurate real-time data can be tracked and shared with many third-party integrations such as CRMs and chatbots. A simple integration solves a complex problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it almost has every change and variation I can think of. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back button is not in built. Have to use the chrome back button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage helps me solve various problems like creating templates for Email etc. This has made my work more convenient.
