Creating segments based on first-party data, using similar data for social media remarketing campaigns is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like catalog, customer journeys based on RFM have an additional price structure. I think it should be a part of the basic journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining first-party data from iOS users and retargeting them is possible after the iOS 14 update, which is very helpful and addresses the issue of data loss.

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from the previous responses, I like that whatsapp template approvals can be done directly from webengage, which was not the case earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface can be made much more intuitive. Currenly we tend to get on weekly calls with their service expert to understand the platform. Having said that, the UI is still better than other platforms like Clevertap

What do you like best about the product?
create journeys based on the event triggered by the user. That's really helpful to reach them at their point of intent and personalize message as per the event.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are still in beta phase. I hope they get developed soon. That would make it even better.

I can do data-driven experiments, create event-based journeys which are helping me to drive users to the purchase funnel, and then making them a loyal customer.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage enables a marketer to use multi-channel approach to target and nurture its user base. The interface is easy to use, and one can set up, execute and monitor campaigns with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage is able to provide campaign level details but does not provide top-level insights on the efficacy of campaigns and the need for full measures to be taken to reach out to the target audience.

WebEngage is a one-stop shop for all the necessary channels required to nurture the existing user base and acquire new users. With a multi-channel approach, a marketer can nudge a user to the right place in the funnel to drive business outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface makes it very easy to adapt to new features. It also helps with reporting of the campaigns which gives a much clearer picture and helps in planning our future marketing campaigns based on them. Personalized communication and predictive segments also help us target our audience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can sometimes be inaccurate when downloaded, so they must be corrected manually with a formula. Other than that, the conversion tracker feature on the on-site notifications particularly can be difficult to set sometimes as it usually ends up in error.

WebEngage has helped us reach our audience via various mediums and garnered effective results. WhatsApp has had a high conversion rate and has helped us reach our targets more efficiently. The campaign reports have also helped us make better data-based decisions that help us plan our future campaigns. It also has a feature of predictive segments, which has benefitted in targeting the warmer leads more effectively. We were previously reaching out to our audience via email. WebEngage has helped us expand our ways of communication much further.
