Awesome Product for Marketing Automation and track Customer Behaviour

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can create customer journey and the way it tracks each users activity, that's great. It is good to use the same tool to reach each user via different channels
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so I faced any challenges on the same tool. As said we can use the same tool effectively by seeing its analytics and tracking users and then create the flows accordingly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to track each users from where they are coming and where they are dropping of. It helped to track the same users and covert them from unknown to known users

What do you like best about the product?
The infrastructure and the ability to connect multiple channels in one streamlined alignment, along with the multi-outcome feature, are the aspects I like most about the WebEngage platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support and responses provided by their tech and onboarding team are the main aspects I dislike about the WebEngage platform. Additionally, there are a few features that are lacking on this platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using multiple panels for various channels, WebEngage allows us to work on a unified platform with multiple outcomes. This greatly aids us in marketing automation.

The Push Notificatios & building customised journeys has been really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to use live recurring segments in Journey should be enabled.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is creative live segmentation. Using the live segmentation you will be able to make multiple user journeys which help to utilize the customer data to rightly target what actually customers wanted to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there isn't a specific to dislike WebEngage but rather you really should improve in terms of integration with WooCommerce. I faced the challenge of implementation. There should be a self-serve doc that can help us to integrate by ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage solves the problem of cart abandonment for our use case. We create customer journeys and link to our internal product in order to understand the customers who has abandoned the cart. This will help us to recover lot of revenue which we missed and also this helps customer keeps in continuous engagement.

Best engagement platform

What do you like best about the product?
The complete dashboard and one stop solution for the engagement campaigns be it a whatsapp notification, push notification, emailer and SMS campaigns. Webengage has been designed in a very simplistic way so that every teams be it product, tech, marketing, community can use it and one can hold of the platform fairly fast as compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are couple of features on the platform which can not be used extensively due to UI restriction being imposed on them, one such feature being In-app notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consumer centric company, performing marketing is a tidious task managing different platforms at the same time. WebEngage has made it possible to do all type of marketing communication from a single place. We have been actively using WebEngage for sending out various type of push notifications and whatsapp campaigns related to multiple events, special products for seniors and travel packages.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has almost all the channels that are required to keep our customers engaged. The journey builder is easy and fun to use

Post-purchase customer support could be better. We are on the paid customer success plan and more often than not we feel that the team could be much more responsive
