WebEngage has been a gamechanger for Customer Engagement and Retention at Bold Care
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's robust customer segmentation and automated workflows have allowed us to create hyper-personalized campaigns, resulting in better customer engagement and higher conversion rates. The implementation of Campaigns is very easy with the interface. The analytics and insights have been crucial for understanding our audience's needs, enabling us to continuously refine our approach. Overall, WebEngage's intuitive interface and powerful capabilities make it an invaluable tool for building long-term customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many features, new team members can find the platform a bit overwhelming at first, requiring a steeper learning curve to fully leverage WebEngage's potential.
Although there are built-in templates, the customization options can feel limited at times, when you want to use interactive campaigns that require Add-ons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping Bold Care solve key CRM challenges by enhancing our customer engagement, personalization, and retention efforts. Through its segmentation and automation features, we're able to target customers with tailored messages based on their behavior and preferences, which leads to higher engagement and conversion rates. The platform’s multi-channel capabilities (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messaging) allow us to maintain a consistent, personalized experience across touchpoints, keeping our audience engaged at every stage of the customer journey. Additionally, WebEngage's analytics provide deep insights into customer behavior, helping us fine-tune our strategies in real-time, which ultimately drives better retention and long-term loyalty for Bold Care.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It doesn't recommend what clients should use to improve their campaign performance. How can we do things differently? What can we innovate further?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automated nurturing journey for identified leads. It helps in reducing manual efforts in setting up email campaigns. More importantly, it send campaigns real time, instead of identifying the intent later and sending campaigns.
A perfect analytics tool once your product has stabilised/MVP done
What do you like best about the product?
There's this excellent feature by which you can group people into a specific cohort based on events triggered and accordingly send relevant communications across channels. We used to earlier use multiple tools to address this need of ours, now this has been consolidated into the webengage platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough options to customise the home page of webengage. The customisation would have helped us to concentrate on the necessary stuff and put metrics as per our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage helps us validate our gut by helping us make data backed decisions by showing us how our users are actually performing vs what we are thinking they are interacting.

What do you like best about the product?
The service team provided exemplary support and ensured timely resolutions to our inquiries. The platform is designed with user-friendliness in mind, featuring a dashboard that allows for clear navigation and effective tracking of status updates. Additionally, the integration process with our existing system was remarkably straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, Nothing to comment on dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We encountered an issue when a push notification was not delivered to the user. The exceptional support and guidance from the service team made it easy to understand and resolve the problem within a reasonable time frame.
Its adoptive in a very short time, all features are very helpful & easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is itself very helpful. it is very adaptive. You can integrate it with your software easily within a few steps. Also, it is very easy to use the software. You can use it as a single platform to send all your emails, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Web Push, Onsite campaigns, etc. Segmentation is also very easy, you can create multiple segments & use them in your campaigns. There is one feature called journey, if you use it, you will love it. we use it very frequently. You can also download the reports easily to see the performance. Also, they have a very amazing customer support team, which helps their customers very promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with WebEngage as it currently meets our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us to create multiple reminder journeys i.e. - webinar reminder, form filled not booked, booked not attended, request callback journey, downpayment journey etc. also, segmentation of these users & exclusion from one journey if user is entering in other journey. the one most loved thing is master exclusion, you can exit the user at any point of time in journey if user does that master event. this is helping us to target the right audience by giving this segmentation feature & the exclusion feature, which is helping us to maintain our ROI.

I like the fact it gives flexibility in getting the data and attributes mapped and synced through APIs and their customer support is quite good
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when quite a big number of events passed simultaneously than there is a latency in events syncs

It helps to track user journeys from anonymous to known user and gives a comprehensive event tracking and journey building

I like the mainly service by allocated Service Executive & Manager for guide the make the journey on web engage platform and ellobrate every imfortant section like how to design & access the report. I like Team member who is really very supportive and cooperative in Task (Mr. Kevin) in team. Thanks web engage team.

Nothing as such like that dislike point.

Daily manual Exercise reduce by web engage. After with the help by web engage we resolve the issue and load by journey.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webengage is its all in one customer engagement suite. Its gives us easy to use marketing tools to send out personalized messing across multiplr channels, with the great analytics tool which helps in our performance tracking. Which helps us in campaign implementation a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, But sometimes we have data accuracy issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving Webengage's ease of setup and data accuracy would enhance the user experience. Which will help us to deeper insights into consumer behavior.

The User Interface is not that user-friendly. Need not a lot of analytical capabilities are provided.
