What do you like best about the product?
1/ Easy to use interface.
2/ Quite pro-active support channels in case of any issue
3/ Single platform for covering such a huge number of business cases to drive the retention and revenue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages can be improved. There are some cases where I get error - Please try again after sometime. This can be improved if exact error can be displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to the customers through multiple channels and collaboration of data in a single paltform.

Sometimes it's won't show the data on dashboard as well as took a lots of time to populate the segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relay & Api driven communication.

Sending comms to user for various events.
It stores previous events which helps in debugging as well.

Haven't seen any cons so far as my task is limited to sending events mostly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my use case it allows me to focus on business logic more and not worrying about comms.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is a multi channel user engagement platform.It automates communication across a user's lifecycle and helps companies send messages via these channels like web messages, push notifications, email marketing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX can be better,creative template creation, building sales intelligence via auto recommendations, it can be improved by automated communication, report should be generated quicky .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped in lowering cost of marketing,driving higher volumes of direct sales. Increasing conversion rate on the website, Increasing lead to sales ratio by these ways business performance is increased.
Sales & Onboarding great experience , problem begins post commercial closure.

very good platform , good analytics , good customer sucess very good tool analyser over all expe is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor customisation, no customer sucess FUP, TAT has no meaning, Issues will never addressed. Reality & Brownies sold as a platform carrots actually give you a rotten flavour

Campaign tree creation is good, some of the insigts in offering is best used, cloning & business practices are good. so good post business results. great analyser

DATA MISMATCH IN SENT AND DELIEVERED SOMETIMES, THE LOADING TIME SOMTIME SEEMS TO BE ERY HIGH AND THERE ARE FEW GREAT FEAATURES THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR CAMPAIGNING AND ANALYSISNG THAT ARE THERE IN WEBENGAE BUT NOT FULLY READY TO BE USED EFFECIENTLY

Some features like cataloge, Customer journeies based on RFM has addtional price structure, I think it should be a part of basic journey

Getting a first party data of IOS users and retargeting is possible after IOS 14 update is very helpful and solves the problem data loss
