Make a journey with only drag and drop and at the end get result.

Not check the validation of analytics...

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the journey designer in webengage. It help to create a seemless customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup andconfiguration is a bit long. It would have hit the sweet spot with more inclusive documentation and tutorials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in two major ways:
1. The user engagement feature with all the details of the platform the user is reachable has opened multiple channels. The in-app messaging and notification systems are the best in the industry.
2. The marketing automation services are top notch. The event based notification triggering works smoothly. Plus the user segmentation have allowed us to target specific user segments with tailored campaigns resulting in improved conversions.

New users might find the platform initially challenging to navigate and utilize effectively, as it offers a wide range of features and capabilities. Webengage learner series can be more handy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this platform is the wide variety of features it offers. The automated journey is the best among them. It reduces manual effort to a large extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Would like to explore more what WebEngage can offer in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helps us create user journeys in order to track the purchase and Transaction behavior of our customers and site visitors. Very helpful in retargeting and remarketing depending on the analytics provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used 3 other automations tools, but they don't have 80% features, what WE is having in real time.

eg: Clone the already created flows. Cloning widgets in the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slowness is my major concern, an update can reslove the issue.

Unable to clone particular segments in the flow.

We can only delete upto 10 widgets, can increase it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the WE to sending the marketing automation campaigns for multiple vendors.
After using WE we have more improvement on our daily targets and ease to our reach customers.

What do you like best about the product?
1/ Easy to use interface.
2/ Quite pro-active support channels in case of any issue
3/ Single platform for covering such a huge number of business cases to drive the retention and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages can be improved. There are some cases where I get error - Please try again after sometime. This can be improved if exact error can be displayed.

Reaching out to the customers through multiple channels and collaboration of data in a single paltform.

Sometimes it's won't show the data on dashboard as well as took a lots of time to populate the segment.

Sending comms to user for various events.
It stores previous events which helps in debugging as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't seen any cons so far as my task is limited to sending events mostly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my use case it allows me to focus on business logic more and not worrying about comms.

Webengage is a multi channel user engagement platform.It automates communication across a user's lifecycle and helps companies send messages via these channels like web messages, push notifications, email marketing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX can be better,creative template creation, building sales intelligence via auto recommendations, it can be improved by automated communication, report should be generated quicky .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped in lowering cost of marketing,driving higher volumes of direct sales. Increasing conversion rate on the website, Increasing lead to sales ratio by these ways business performance is increased.
