What do you like best about the product?
It helps for Customer Engagement through User-Friendly Features and Genuine Care for Customer Success. It is easy to Implement and integration.

It always gives us good results, no need for further explanation.

We use Webengage for Customer Communication, Campaign Management, Data Analysis, Customer Retention.

They have implemented a new UI for a better user experiance.

yes, Now they have updated the journeys section earlier we were not able to edit the existing running journey, now we can edit it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage helped us to create multiple automation processes which saved our time and resources also the team helped us to send the marketing campaigns at the right time and under optimal conditions.
Very good concept with fine templates. Brilliant to strategise

The templates, the easiness.
Also, that the data is given in a sorted manner however the Excel can be worked upon.

Sometimes the changes are not saved. Also, to save WhatsApp templates is a bit tedious process.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Can easily implement & push notifications via multiple channels such as SMS, Push notifications & Email.
2. Data provided was reliable & can access by applying multiple filters.
3. Drag & Drop feature helps to set up various marketing campaigns easily
4. Their suppport is very approachable right from integration to any queries raised after setup as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The interface can be more intutitve, also few features & templates can't be used due to UI unable to render.
2. Pricing is little high compared to other players.

We are a customer-centric payments platform & doing various analysis & experimentation around pricing. To know how the users are reacting to the pricing & usage, WebEngage really helps us to reach users through personalised content. Also I like the concept of pushing the notifications from one platform instead of logging to multiple platforms.

In our startup, we use WebEngage almost every single day, I have observed that the User journeys that are being tracked are mostly correct and give us a huge advantage by providing insights into how our users engage with our product.
It is very easy to reach out to the WebEngage support personnel, I have personally received a response back even at odd hours.
Also, the backend team in our company seems to be a lot more comfortable with the WebEngage integration in our product helping with easier integration of the product.
The User Interface makes it easier to use the entire WebEngage platform and create dashboards helping us in our daily monitoring of the data.

In terms of tracking user journeys, WebEngage was a savior. Our organization has tried Proof Of Concepts with other user journey-tracking software but now our team has been comfortable with most of the WebEngage features. We do see some minute discrepancies in the user journey data but our team is being able to handle the disparity in most cases. The data discrepancy usually happens when a particular event is not being tracked. Now this makes it challenging for the team to gather correct insights from the data provided by WebEngage.

WebEngage's tracking of user journeys provides significant insights into our users' interactions with our product. This has provided us with a valuable advantage, enabling us to understand user engagement comprehensively. We can then make changes to our product in the upcoming releases accordingly. This has helped us improve our onboarding process.
Furthermore, WebEngage's integration with our product solves the challenge of backend teams feeling comfortable with the platform. This ensures that our backend team can work more comfortably and use WebEngage at its full potential.

Features, more channel options to target our user base and inline content (Web personalisation) is the biggest game changer.

I think support and service can be a little better to complement the brilliant tool.
