What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is how easy it is to use – no complicated stuff to deal with.
Multichannel Communication: I like that I can reach my customers on different channels like email, SMS, and push notifications all in one place. The data insights are super helpful too, helping me see how my campaigns are doing in real-time.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, figuring out the more advanced features can be a bit confusing. They could make it simpler.
-Integrating with other tools can be a hassle. I wish it was smoother and didn't take as much time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single dashboard: Before, I had to use different tools for emails, texts, and push messages. But with WebEngage, I can do all of that in one place!
Personalistion at scale: WebEngage helps me send personalized messages to specific groups of customers. This helps me get better delivery rate and CTRs.
Automation: I used to spend a lot of time setting up campaigns, but not anymore! WebEngage does all the work for me. It knows when to send messages to customers, so I can focus on coming up with cool ideas.

Seamless integration with customer journey (cdp tools like segment) and have a logic based customer journey communications
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails triggered to outlook based clients cannot have html version files

Helping seamlessly define the automated customer journeys, run manual campaigns, set org wide rules help increasing the efficacy of the marketing team

Daily Funnel Analysis, Event Dashboard, User journeys, Communications etc all sections required for a PM are provided by webengage

The event attribute data type automatically assigns wrong attribute sometimes

Initial setup andconfiguration is a bit long. It would have hit the sweet spot with more inclusive documentation and tutorials

The best part about this platform is the wide variety of features it offers. The automated journey is the best among them. It reduces manual effort to a large extent.

Nothing as of now. Would like to explore more what WebEngage can offer in the future.

WebEngage helps us create user journeys in order to track the purchase and Transaction behavior of our customers and site visitors. Very helpful in retargeting and remarketing depending on the analytics provided.

I have used 3 other automations tools, but they don't have 80% features, what WE is having in real time.
eg: Clone the already created flows. Cloning widgets in the flow.

Slowness is my major concern, an update can reslove the issue.
Unable to clone particular segments in the flow.
We can only delete upto 10 widgets, can increase it.
