What do you like best about the product?
Webengage helps us to increase the delivery percent of bulk campaign. Easy to track the individual reports and find the failure reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit of slowness while crearting workflows. unable to copy the empty entities. unable to delete more than 10 entities at the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making recuring campaigns. Ease of analytics. Reduceing the failure rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is very helpful for us to run our all marketing campaign and dialer campaigns for multiple panels at one place. Its reduce our spending time in create a campaign setup in all panels

The tech support from webengage is quite not happy for us. Thats need to improved from your end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is solving our times in using multiple panels and reduce our costs in the way of using multiple features in all different panels. Is increase our daily activies deliverable at tat time

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the campagin in the web engage platform is very easy and user friendly and it makes life easier and time taken for the process has been reduced and efficient in time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just still wondering that i can't able to find out any negative sides in the web engage and it makes work efficienet and new learings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is how easy it is to use – no complicated stuff to deal with.
Multichannel Communication: I like that I can reach my customers on different channels like email, SMS, and push notifications all in one place. The data insights are super helpful too, helping me see how my campaigns are doing in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, figuring out the more advanced features can be a bit confusing. They could make it simpler.
-Integrating with other tools can be a hassle. I wish it was smoother and didn't take as much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single dashboard: Before, I had to use different tools for emails, texts, and push messages. But with WebEngage, I can do all of that in one place!

Personalistion at scale: WebEngage helps me send personalized messages to specific groups of customers. This helps me get better delivery rate and CTRs.

Automation: I used to spend a lot of time setting up campaigns, but not anymore! WebEngage does all the work for me. It knows when to send messages to customers, so I can focus on coming up with cool ideas.
