A leading customer engagement tool, WebEngage has fundamentally changed the way we communicate with consumers. WebEngage has proven to be a critical tool for our expansion and success due to its rich feature set and accessible user interface.

While WebEngage is an excellent customer engagement platform with many strengths, there are a few areas that some users might find less favorable. It`s important to provide a balanced perspective.

Good tool for analysis and campaigning.
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use , and data analysis , drop off journey prepartion is very easy with the help of this tool. integration was also very easy.

i have Nothing to dislike about Webengage,

Helping us in campaigning with presonalised Push and webpush notification.
Funnel analysis is also easy in webengage via events tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Features, more channel options to target our user base and inline content (Web personalisation) is the biggest game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think support and service can be a little better to complement the brilliant tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Retention and engaging with the active users who are doing multiple events on our website. It also gives us more options to target the website users through onsite surveys, web personalisation and online surveys.

Best Tool for Cost Effective Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the WebEngage tool for the past 1 year, I come from a nontechnical background and the tool is very user-friendly, you can create communication very easily with ease. The tool helps us to target large audience segments effectively at mass.
1) Under the journey's module there is a feature "Check Best Channel", under which it identifies which users are most active on which channel, For example, Joey has users who open Email frequently compared to SMS, The Webengage system will target Joey on Email and not SMS. Thereby saving the cost of Marketing on a particular channel.
2) The Customer support team of the WebEngage is very quick and supportive the response we get from the support team is commendable.

The one thing that I personally dislike about the tool is its segment brewing which sometimes takes more time to populate.

Cost-effective marketing was the biggest concern for us. Through WebEngage tool we are able to target large masses of uses at an effective cost because of its numerous feature.
Diverse but slow
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best about WebEngage is the diversity of options available to choose from. You can choose multiple communication channels for your audience. From push notifications to SMS to emails and more. There's ease of everything available under one umberella.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it is very slow to use. The software takes forever to load and it's not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helps me automate a lot of communication for the company I work in. I work in healthcare and our audience is doctors. What we communicate to them can be automated to a great extent with help of push notifications, emails and journeys.
