What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about WebEngage is its variety of channel connections such as Web, Mobile Push, Emails, and SMS. It also helps to customize the marketing communication according to user behavior and demography which makes the communication interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage is supposed to integrate with multiple platforms, but sometimes it becomes difficult to combine it with certain databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is an automation platform as it is helping in scheduling the actions and also helps communication reach without any geographical barrier.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy-to-use interface which helps us to get a detailed understanding of customer behaviour. It also offers multi-channel engagement capabilities. The Analytics of WebEngage is well structured, which is really helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The live segmentations need to be improved and we have faced some issues in it. And it also lacks certain high-level features or customizability that they require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped us with personalized automated messaging, which helps to engage customers more effectively. Analytics and reporting tools empower businesses to make data-driven decisions with is really helpful for our decision making.

Easy to use and implement across the Website, helps with Web Personalization, Broadcast and Automated Marketing Communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Data that WebEngage gives is not reliable. Heatmaps for AMP Emails are not available.

The main issuei have with the webengage platform is the support and responses provided by their tech and onboarding team. Additionally, the platform lacks some features.

Best Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is very easy to implement and personalize the campaigns, which also helps in creating different automation using multiple channels, it is easy to integrate with the different service providers to set up SMS and WhatsApp, and for emails, they also have a very supportive team for helping us to resolve queries which leads to getting good data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes about the dashboards and the WebEngage tool

Webengage helped us to create multiple automation processes which saved our time and resources also the team helped us to send the marketing campaigns at the right time and under optimal conditions.

1. Can easily implement & push notifications via multiple channels such as SMS, Push notifications & Email.
2. Data provided was reliable & can access by applying multiple filters.
3. Drag & Drop feature helps to set up various marketing campaigns easily
4. Their suppport is very approachable right from integration to any queries raised after setup as well.

1. The interface can be more intutitve, also few features & templates can't be used due to UI unable to render.
2. Pricing is little high compared to other players.

We are a customer-centric payments platform & doing various analysis & experimentation around pricing. To know how the users are reacting to the pricing & usage, WebEngage really helps us to reach users through personalised content. Also I like the concept of pushing the notifications from one platform instead of logging to multiple platforms.

Also, the backend team in our company seems to be a lot more comfortable with the WebEngage integration in our product helping with easier integration of the product.

In terms of tracking user journeys, WebEngage was a savior. Our organization has tried Proof Of Concepts with other user journey-tracking software but now our team has been comfortable with most of the WebEngage features. We do see some minute discrepancies in the user journey data but our team is being able to handle the disparity in most cases. The data discrepancy usually happens when a particular event is not being tracked. Now this makes it challenging for the team to gather correct insights from the data provided by WebEngage.

WebEngage's tracking of user journeys provides significant insights into our users' interactions with our product. This has provided us with a valuable advantage, enabling us to understand user engagement comprehensively. We can then make changes to our product in the upcoming releases accordingly. This has helped us improve our onboarding process.
Furthermore, WebEngage's integration with our product solves the challenge of backend teams feeling comfortable with the platform. This ensures that our backend team can work more comfortably and use WebEngage at its full potential.
