WebEngage makes Retention easy with Multi-Channel Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is easy to setup and its dashboard is user-friendly. It is easy to implement and integrate with other tools used to SMS, Email and WhatsApp marketing. The multi-channel integrations make it easy to setup journeys and also to put a frequency cap to avoid spamming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom attributes once passed cannot be deleted. They can only be paused and renamed. This is also a tedious process as it requires raising a ticket and the WebEngage tech team will do it from their end,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is making the retention journey easier with multi-channel integrations and its a one stop solution. Frequency Capping on communication through all channels helps ensure that the Customer is not spammed.

Top notch marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage journeys with rich media formats and analytics. Webengage with it's user segmentation capabilities play an instrumental role in Customer Lifecycle Management. Also, seamless integartion with great customer support is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
For in-app messgaing, the prompt can misfire due to misfiring of events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage gives me the power to influence user journeys at different junctures. It enables me to communicate with users and provide them the right contextual guidance and offers in their journey.
Excellent Marketing Automation tool with in-depth analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Using Custom Events, parameters and user attributes in our Marketing automation functions is beneficial. The ability to track the event journeys of a user and plan marketing automation segments and journeys accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updation of Real-time Events in the Event Dashboard can become very slow at times which leads to an increase in the time for testing and verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping us in gathering the user level event data and analytics using their Custom Event and parameters along with user attributes to map out specific marketing automation journeys for different user states such as a subscriber, free user, and churned user. we can curate our marketing automation journeys and the communication accordingly by using this data.
A must have tool for the customer journeys and the cross channel communications
What do you like best about the product?
I could say that It's a good software, I will recommend it if you want to automate customer journey as well as send hyper personalised and cross channel communications. It's easy to integrate. Currently, we are using this to engage our audience. It comes with an excellent feature such as inbuilt analytics where you can check the progress of your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-defined email and sms templates are very less in the library, also I found it very difficult to create or use of dynamic templates. The analytics feature can be imporved by using segment level reporting (using funnels).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with WebEngane is very good as of now. We have decided to go ahead fully with this tool last year, we started paid our journeys which we were doing manually from quite a long. And guess what, It made our lives very easy by using the it's automation. Now the customer journey is much more systematical and powerful. So in the nut shell, I would like to say that the power of this tool related to customer journey is very strong.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage provides a holistic solutions to your every need. For marketing and understanding user behavior , webengage is one of the best platforms for the business. A detailed understanding of the features present on the platform gives you an edge over others. Frequently introducing new deatures and updating current ones are some of the highlights of the webengage team. Also, the customer support is very well maintained at their end whther it a holiday or late evening you always get a reply to all your queries. Integerations with other vendors such email, sms or WSP is alo very easy on the webengage platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every business requires different use case that needs to incorporated into the system but webengage doesn;t have those functionalities as yet. But the team considers the request and tries to introduce the feature as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage provides personlaization for every channel according to the user behaviour which is very helpful for the businesses in order to provide customer delight. I am able to seggregate users basis on their behavior with help of the platform in order to target them efficiently. Understanding users journey and their behaviour and giving recommendations helps us in the communications. Predicting user behaviour provides a useful data that can be used in campaigns and journeys in order to convert users.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Webengage is that all the platform you will use to market are all integrated in this tool. The best part is that it is very user friendly, and you can personalise the marketing to the users to the very granular level. Lead segmentation is probably the best in this product. You can market using SMS, IVR, Email, Webpush, App push, Onsite notification and what not. It is redefining your marketing. Customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is too vast, so while its easy to use, you will have to invest time to learn and get familiar with all the tools you can use. Its uses Ml and AI in certain features, which become little technical. Segmentation is one things that you will have to invest time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping us do the smart marketing and personalising our marketing strategies rather than just doing blanket marketing. Now we can target users on every platform using one single platform.

It has solved the marketing automation problem, and has multiple vendor support , creating work flow is very easy.

The platform is easy to use, and it helped us engage with our customers effectively. Specially the live segment part. The support team is fantastic too! Highly recommended.

We can't short the campaigns by status or date or with any other matrix that one thing i would like to bring in your notice

with the help of webengage we don't need to dowload and filter the data again and again, live segment part is already doing it and its making our execution easy. Also we can schedule the campaigns according to our requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it to any kind of business is actually cool, We do three diffrent businesses and two of the is subscription base and one is collection based. Webengage is seemless in all three and the support from the team is very appriciated. One if the best in the market and easy for implementing it . We use it on a daily basis for our cmapaigns. The integration took us some time but it was worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integartion did take a long time and team struggled with techinical proficiency. The support team takes a long to address a simple query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that webengage solves for us is marketing automation, Mobile marketing and personalisation of communication.
