Amongst many CRM and Marketing platforms I have come across, Webengage is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly the learners guide because I have learned it only through the guide and following the steps.
Integrations and journey setups are the easiest
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Everything in webengage is simplest and easy to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made more then 100 journeys in webenageg in our organisation and it has helped us build a seamless process of website surfing and reaching the end goal. The segementation part in webengage is the most helpfull for us in targetting the right audience with relevant content and at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
While setting up a journey, we can easily create these segments using WebEngage and configure the communication to be triggered for a specific user. The teams at WebEngage, including Customer Support and Customer Success, are incredibly supportive, and the integration is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to work on the analytics part. I noticed some data discrepancies in the campaign analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage solves behavior and action-based cross-channel communication, making it easy for us to communicate with our customers and understand their behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
ET Money runs multiple Hyper personalized marketing journeys, no other CRM platform other than WebEngage could cater to such extensive hyper personalization. We've also had seamless experience with the product support team and our account manager Anand.
The product team is always up for incorporating new features and are on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have a date filter in campaigns. If I have to revisit any campaign of a specific date we have to keep scrolling through pages and pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The functionality that allows ET Money to send extensive personalized campaigns to our users. Running automation projects seamlessly and having proper stats for campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy WebEngage makes customer engagement. Its powerful segmentation and personalization tool let us communicate effectively. And, their prompt and helpful customer support makes the experience great.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage has great features and customer support It’s really great, but the interface isn't very user-friendly. Some tasks take too many steps and could be simplified.
Eg: In segment WebEngage will take too much time to load and also for creating new Segment Its take too much time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has made it easier for us to engage with customers. Helps us personalize messages on various channels, boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty. The user segmentation and analytics features give us useful insights to refine our marketing. Overall, WebEngage has greatly improved our customer connections.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage offers a wide range of tools for email marketing, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The tool is user-friendly and robust. Setting up WebEngage is also not a complex task. Have been an avid user since the last 12 months

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is the user interface which makes it very easy for the user to implement the campaign.
WebEngage is full of features that improve customer experience and increase the frequency of usage of our campaign which helps us to reach our users on time.
We can schedule N numbers of campaigns and no campaign gets hampered, and neither does any campaign impact any other campaign.
The customer support system of Webengage is also good which is always there to help us in resolving any issue that occurs during the execution of any campaign on Webengage.
The integration between our Data Science Team information and WebEngage team is also very smooth and each information floats easily as per our demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm fully satisfied with the support and features provided by WebEngage and my experience is good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we used to face many issues like Personalisation not working for the name tag and now we can use the name tag which has increased the CTR by about 62% on app push and about 82% on WhatsApp.

What do you like best about the product?
I am pleased with Webengage’s versatile integration capabilities for managing WhatsApp, push notifications, emails and more. The intuitive interface, effective campaign management tools, and detailed analytics have significantly enhanced our communication strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Webengage offers many valuable features, I have a few concerns. Sometimes the platform has longer loading times, the WhatsApp integration process is quite lengthy, and segmenting can be somewhat complicated.
