Vital Tool for Revenue Growth
What do you like best about the product?
In our company, we use WebEngage almost every single day to make personalized user journeys and track their user behavior by integrating user events into our apps, we also make our users get a personalized experience as we know that personalization is the key to increasing revenue. The integration was done quickly by our SDK team and the intuitive UI makes it simple to use and even explore the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I dislike about this tool. In my experience, getting a final resolution from customer support has been a bit time-consuming, but they are nonetheless prompt with their replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have our users engaged with our products, and the major issue we were facing was the churn rate. With the onset of WebEngage, we have improved our churn rate and decreased it significantly over time. All thanks to the events analytics and the customer journeys we have created using WebEngage.

A great tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
In my workplace, WebEngage is a marketing tool that is used daily for marketing-related tasks to data analytics. A user-friendly UI helps with the easy usage and it has been a breeze for new joiners in our team to implement this tool. The feature of sending personalized campaigns has made the work of the marketing team quite easy. Customer support usually replies quite early. The integration of Webengage was successful in just a few weeks which might've taken longer if opted for any competitor tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain new features, like predictive user segments which are still under development and are a bit buggy as sometimes we can't fetch the user list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few areas where WebEngage has helped our company immensely, one area was the increasing number of Monthly Downloads by users who have already churned earlier. This has only been possible with the help of personalized campaigns. Other than that, we have also made several changes in our user journeys and optimized them to get a significant increase in trial-to-subscription figures.

Sometimes there's a limitation in the frequency of usage which provides challenges.

It was difficult to understand the customer journey, but with the help of web engage it was easy to track the insight & helped in mapping the journey with the TG

Amazing experience with webengage as (marketing )data analyst
What do you like best about the product?
I started my career as a data analyst and i got the chance to use wev engage as a marketing automation too. i pass attributes to webengage and send data of the custimers .it was very easy to use even for a begginer . and they timely organise meeting if there is any update .integrating webengage with GCP was quite easy as compare to any other tool . i have made dashboard of webengae data and marketing team use it everyday

I get responce quite late but once i get the responce it solbe the problem

Analyse customer behavoiur is quite easy using web engage .passing the attributed to ebengage and using webengae api on our website is most easiest of all hence it diectly helps in analyse customer behaviour and hence stiching the customer journeys as per behaviour

data is available for only previous 1 year, and the rest of the data is not stored.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps bridge the gap between customer and brand, streamlining communication for us. It also helps us store Data and create segments easily, making the implementation of our plans simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Data we get is not reliable, can not get heatmaps for AMPs.

Helps personalize experience for our customers. Enables us to act on our plans in a much easier way than any other tool or platform.
Best Customer Engagement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I work at a company where the Marketing team has to launch campaigns almost every single day and send emails to customers and WebEngage comes as an indispensable tool for the entire team. We use it to track user journeys by doing event integration in all of our apps and then with the help of WebEngage Dashboards we monitor our engagements daily. I love how well the documentation of WebEngage has been created, making it easier for people to use the tool effectively. The customer support is quite responsive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much dislikes to talk about WebEngage because of the benefits it has provided to us over time. The integration took a bit of time but I feel it would have been longer if we went for any WebEngeg competitors.

We have been facing a lot of issues with our customer engagement due to which our customer retention was lower than the industry average. But with constant efforts with the help of WebEngage we have improved our customer retention significantly. There are other aspects that has helped us with user retention too, like improving the existing product with the help of WebEngage event integrations.

WebEngage : Fueling Marketing Success
What do you like best about the product?
In our startup, we use WebEngage is widely used almost daily in a lot of ways. It is primarily used by the Marketing team and our Data team to make sure our product has the best customer engagement possible. One of the ways we use it is by doing email marketing and launching campaigns. With the help of WebEngage, we have also integrated our apps to track user behaviors by tracking necessary events. This has widely helped us to improve our product with time. I love how accurately WebEngage tracks user journeys, it has a wide range of dashboards for customer analytics where we could track that MAU and DAU. The UI is also very intuitive and doesn't take much time for the new joiners to adapt to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things which I dislike is that WebEngage has assigned a sales representative to our company and that person acts as a point of contact for all the customer support. This chain of communication often delays getting an effective response. Another thing that I feel could have been better is the ease of implementation. Our SDK team faced quite a few challenges with the integration of WebEngage, although once it was successful, it paid us dividends.

WebEngage is helping us identify our user's behavior for our product. It also helps us in Marketing with customer journey mapping and automating marketing-related tasks. We have seen a huge impact on the user onboarding process with the changes we made on the basis of the user data we analyzed. Also, WebEngage has helped us improve our monthly user reactivations with the help of several customer journeys and personalised email campaigns.
