Best retention tool and for marketing strategies

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can craft campaigns for the visitor. The journey creation feature based on the events performed on the website is quite good. We didn't face much technical challenges while creating 100+ journeys for our customers. Also, it was easy to integrate with our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel the analytical sestion could have been better. We simultaneously use adobe analytics for our analytical needs, but webengage analytics is not quite simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use webengage for retention purposes. Like previously mentioned, we use it for journey creation and we have the best conversion rate for this medium.

What do you like best about the product?
As an user I love how Web Engage is simple to design and manage customized client engagement programes because of its user friendly interface. The analytics capabilities on the site also offer insightful information for improving strategy. Moreover we started receiving a lot of data after we started using Web Engage
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Web Engage's price structure can be a little complicated, so it might not be the most cost-effective choice for smaller companies. Furthermore, even if the platform has a lot of features to offer it cab be a bit overwhelming for some people to properly utilise all functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By offering a consolidated platform for individualized comminication and analytics, Web Engage is resolving the problem of effective client interaction. By making the process of developing and overseeing campaigns more efficient, I am able to engage with users in more meaningful and focused ways. It helps us in sending emails, and notifications to our customers. It also provides me with insights into user behaviour, the platforms analytics capabilities also enable me to continuosly optimize my engagement efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Webpersonalization and Analytical tool is fantastic! It helped me understand website visitors better by tracking their behavior on run time. I can make personalized content and offerings to meet their needs, ultimately improving user experience and driving conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has helped us a lot in improving our existing product as WebEngage tracks user behaviour which we can use to make data driven descisions. With the help of the feature of creation for personalised campaigns which are very much engaging for the users and hence, help us with our conversions. These campaigns can be created fairly quickly and the implementation of WebEngage has been fairly easy because of its interactive UI. The integration of WebEnagage was quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data fetching API does not work properly and often and it is tough to get technical members of WebEngage over call with Customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped us a lot with user engagement which has in turn helped us increase our trial to subscription conversions which has boosted our revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about purchasing this tool is their support team. Easy to integrate through script and also via GTM. The events and user journey is easy to track and analyze. The segmentation part is also a good functionality. Creating and editing journeys is easy for beginners as well as for experts.
Personalized emails function is a commendable part. Anytime we get stuck with any sudden issues related to this their support team connects immediately with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing as dislike we are still using this tool. But sometimes we get script errors a lot on our console pf our website which is still not rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personilization is amazing in Webengage. Also journeys help a lot to send multiple communications. We have migrated to webengage from an another marketing tool and have seen a lof more improvement and utilization of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We now use WebEngage as a necessary tool for all of our everyday tasks. The marketing team uses this software extensively because they are responsible for launching campaigns nearly every day. Although it took some time, our Backend and SDK team was amazed at how simple the connection was. After a successful integration, the event tracking features were quite helpful. It is striking how frequently our staff uses it, particularly the marketing and data teams, demonstrating its everyday relevance. One of our best features is the ability to create user journeys, which helps us improve our user engagement. The automated features of the program greatly improve work management, especially for the marketing staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support lacks in appropriate responses at times. Although the documentation of WebEngage tool is quite adept, the need to approach WebEngage customer support isn't needed often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business, WebEngage has changed everything by tackling important issues with user engagement, data-driven decision-making, and revenue. We've effectively built tailored emails and user journeys by utilizing its features, which has greatly increased engagement and supported our marketing initiatives. A notable improvement in business KPIs has resulted from the simplified data-driven decision-making process, which has a beneficial effect on total revenue. What do you like best about the product?
We have been using WebEngage daily for almost more than a year now and one of the best benefits I have observed is that there are multiple features which can be used for user engagement. One of them is creation of user journeys which can be done very quickly with the help of WebEngage. There was no need to use any third-party tool for any integrations as WebEngage is self sufficient with a lot of features. The interface of WebEngage is fairly interactive which is very easy to get accustomed to it and fairly easy to implement. The customer support is prompt with their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really great if WebEngage could provide us more flexibility in their subscription plans because for a small company like ours, it becomes very hard to allocate big resources to marketing tools. Although I believe the ROI is quite good, we still feel a pocket pinch due to our company's position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been struggling to improve our company's revenue for a while and by maximising WebEngage's potential we have created several user journeys, created personalised emails which has helped us improve our user enagement and has been a great help for the entire marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has been quite prompt with their after sales customer support, which I found to be one of their best qualities. I have also observed that we have been improving our user retention because of the personalised campaigns that are very easy to create using WebEngage. Also the feature to track user events are a key to understand the user behaviour which we can leverage to make improvements. The friendly UI makes it easy to use and implement the features and the frequency of usage of WebEngage is almost daily and is being accessed cross team. Furtermore, the integration did not take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few instances where the WebEngage is not able to provide the appropriate output. For instance predictive user segments stopped working due to some reasons. Such new features could have underwent proper testing. Although, this mostly happen only with the new features, which are probably in a beta state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped our firm to maximize the potential of personalisation which is really great for the user engagement which we needed to improve in our company greatly. We have seen gradual improvements in our average monthly renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Webengage daily for a while now and one thing I love about this tool is that it gives a lot of scope for automation which makes the job for the marketing folks really easy. One of the best features is the user journey creation and the feature where we track user events which helps us improve our product over time. The integration was seamlessly performed by our engineering department and the tool is well implemented across departments like marketing team, data team and product team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support sometimes takes a bit of time to give an appropriate response. Other than that, it is hard to point out any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we struggled to take data driven decisions for our product improvements and our marketing team had to resort to other time consuming methods for user engagement, but with the onset of WebEngage we have significantly improved our business metrics which has created a positive impact on our overall revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to handle, and it is helping us engage with our existing customers effectively. Specially the live segments. The support system is excellent too! Highly recommended for the growing organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find much problem with this tool but one specific thing which I can raise here is that, we can not short campaigns by the status or date or by using any other matrix, which is highly required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEngage, there's no need to repeatedly download and filter data manually. The Live Segment feature takes care of this in real-time, making our tasks easier. Additionally, we can schedule campaigns based on our specific needs.
