Indispensable Marketing Toolkit

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has been quite prompt with their after sales customer support, which I found to be one of their best qualities. I have also observed that we have been improving our user retention because of the personalised campaigns that are very easy to create using WebEngage. Also the feature to track user events are a key to understand the user behaviour which we can leverage to make improvements. The friendly UI makes it easy to use and implement the features and the frequency of usage of WebEngage is almost daily and is being accessed cross team. Furtermore, the integration did not take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few instances where the WebEngage is not able to provide the appropriate output. For instance predictive user segments stopped working due to some reasons. Such new features could have underwent proper testing. Although, this mostly happen only with the new features, which are probably in a beta state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped our firm to maximize the potential of personalisation which is really great for the user engagement which we needed to improve in our company greatly. We have seen gradual improvements in our average monthly renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Webengage daily for a while now and one thing I love about this tool is that it gives a lot of scope for automation which makes the job for the marketing folks really easy. One of the best features is the user journey creation and the feature where we track user events which helps us improve our product over time. The integration was seamlessly performed by our engineering department and the tool is well implemented across departments like marketing team, data team and product team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support sometimes takes a bit of time to give an appropriate response. Other than that, it is hard to point out any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we struggled to take data driven decisions for our product improvements and our marketing team had to resort to other time consuming methods for user engagement, but with the onset of WebEngage we have significantly improved our business metrics which has created a positive impact on our overall revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to handle, and it is helping us engage with our existing customers effectively. Specially the live segments. The support system is excellent too! Highly recommended for the growing organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find much problem with this tool but one specific thing which I can raise here is that, we can not short campaigns by the status or date or by using any other matrix, which is highly required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEngage, there's no need to repeatedly download and filter data manually. The Live Segment feature takes care of this in real-time, making our tasks easier. Additionally, we can schedule campaigns based on our specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
So I have been using WebEngage almost daily for more than a year now and the level of ease it provides with all the tasks is tremendous. We use WebEngage for personalized campaigns, user events tracking, creating marketing-related dashboards, and most importantly creating user journeys which has been a really stand-out feature as it is really quick to create journeys. The UI is easy and interactive which makes the implementation of the tool very easy and the integration was fairly quick. Customer support is also quite prompt with their replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we do understand that the return on investment for this tool is quite high, it would be really beneficial for our emerging company if we could get the WebEngage subscriptions at lower rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has been facing a lot of issues with user engagement which is a vital part of user retention. With the help of WebEngage, we have seen improvements in our monthly user retention numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
From integration to there in support, also there was a use case in our organization that most of the tools were not able to solve but webengage did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such just the in-app notification feature can be improved, more features can be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smoothing to fetch data of a user moving to our diff apps. We could map the user journey of a user using our other apps.

Great Marketing Tool for Increasing Revenue

What do you like best about the product?
It has been close to 2 years since we have been using WebEngage daily and the plethora of features has made our tasks in our marketing team easy. We can create personalized user journeys in a jiffy, we use WebEngage to track our app performances by the Dashboards WebEngage provides. Even the integration part didn't take much effort by our team and once it was integrated, its UI made it easy to use and adapt to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bugs me a bit is that customer support takes a bit of time to give a resolution to the issue we are facing. Other than this, I don't feel there are many reasons to dislike WebEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been facing issues with implementing proper marketing user journeys and WenEngage has helped us a lot with that, we can now create user journeys really quickly moreover, we can see a direct impact on our revenue numbers with the onset of WebEngage.

What do you like best about the product?
I have seen across channel ,it is one of the most best quality channel user engagement platform have seen and have tested automatically we have seen the good communication approx a users life cycle and I also have seen this thing also help companies and communicate and give the message via channels and messages you can get my push notification here you can see a digital marketing there is examples of emails and SMS and by a Facebook via Google you can give the message and if you see according to go on a customer level tracking helps to keep you engage. its easy to use for everyone in company

Tracking api does not work and ticket response getting delay.which cause the one of the reason to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Inbuilt dashboard, ease of integration and integrate Webengage API on website and it doesn't harm website performance or it doesn't increase page load time, I track the visitors and all the activities as a Ui ux Designer i track user journeys on changes made on website and webengage panel is easy to use

Alerts doesn't seem to work sometimes, i many times my organisation has asked to develop some features but company takes longer than expected
