Growth and retention made simple
What do you like best about the product?
The Overall user journey tracking including each event the user does,to what all communication sent tracking is very nice, and once you read it user manual it is easy to use, the interface is also very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical glitch like some time it does not open properly,or sometime just slow down it affect the working efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The webengage help us to track each and every user which come to our website ,whether it is known or known ,and help us send him the communication and push him to complete the purchase and many more thing.we can track user journey from starting till ending.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is an exceptional marketing automation tool that has allowed us to begin to visualize user journeys and understand key gaps in their workflows. I love the way it allows us to create automated workflows for all the leads that have been generated with the goal of achieving higher connections with our prospective buyers. Visually I like the platform and it's not that difficult to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be updated at the interface level, it could definitely be better and they could add integrations with e-commerce tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit we have gained from using this tool is that by creating sales-focused customer funnels we have been able to make different evaluations and comparisons throughout the funnel that have helped us make effective decisions in the relentless pursuit of driving higher productivity and profitability. Marketing automation has been instrumental in improving our workflow, while at the same time allowing us to have higher conversion rates and increase sales.

What do you like best about the product?
In our organisation, WebEngage has emerged as a very resourceful tool, it is used daily, particularly because of its robust capabilities in data analysis and creative data visualization. For an employee working in strategy team like myself, the ability to analyze and visually represent data is core to the day to day working. WebEngage excels in this area. The platform offers comprehensive tools for tracking and analyzing the performance of various campaigns across different channels. This has been instrumental in understanding our audience better and tailoring our strategies accordingly. A key aspect of my role involves monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives frequently, like on a weekly basis. WebEngage's capabilities in tracking top-performing campaigns and measuring click-through rates have been invaluable. These features provide me with actionable insights, enabling me to implement our approaches for better results. This in turn also helps me to summarise the results of campaigns and present to the top management of the orgaisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several areas where WebEngage could improve. Firstly, some of the newer features like predictive user segments are still in developent and exhibit bugs, particularly with issues in fetching user lists. customer support responsiveness to our marketing team and the quality of their solutions have been inconsistent, sometimes leading to delays in resolving critical issues. I have also faced high data loading time, which affects operational efficiency, especially when quick data analysis is needed. Lastly our engineering team faced challenges in integration, where I believe straightforward guidance and robust technical support from WebEngage would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped us to identify user behaviour by tracking events in our products, thus helping us to refine our product offerings and provide the promised value to our customers. Personalised campaigns through WebEngage has helped us to identify specific user behaviour, helping us to improve funnel metric, especially Trials to Subs metric for our organisation.
Best retention tool and for marketing strategies
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can craft campaigns for the visitor. The journey creation feature based on the events performed on the website is quite good. We didn't face much technical challenges while creating 100+ journeys for our customers. Also, it was easy to integrate with our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel the analytical sestion could have been better. We simultaneously use adobe analytics for our analytical needs, but webengage analytics is not quite simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use webengage for retention purposes. Like previously mentioned, we use it for journey creation and we have the best conversion rate for this medium.

As an user I love how Web Engage is simple to design and manage customized client engagement programes because of its user friendly interface. The analytics capabilities on the site also offer insightful information for improving strategy. Moreover we started receiving a lot of data after we started using Web Engage
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Web Engage's price structure can be a little complicated, so it might not be the most cost-effective choice for smaller companies. Furthermore, even if the platform has a lot of features to offer it cab be a bit overwhelming for some people to properly utilise all functions.

By offering a consolidated platform for individualized comminication and analytics, Web Engage is resolving the problem of effective client interaction. By making the process of developing and overseeing campaigns more efficient, I am able to engage with users in more meaningful and focused ways. It helps us in sending emails, and notifications to our customers. It also provides me with insights into user behaviour, the platforms analytics capabilities also enable me to continuosly optimize my engagement efforts.

Webpersonalization and Analytical tool is fantastic! It helped me understand website visitors better by tracking their behavior on run time. I can make personalized content and offerings to meet their needs, ultimately improving user experience and driving conversions.

It helped us in Customer Segmentation and helped us in Targeting the user with personalization Content through all the communication and also helped to know customer Behaviour and like how the customer is behaving in website and analyse the data.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has helped us a lot in improving our existing product as WebEngage tracks user behaviour which we can use to make data driven descisions. With the help of the feature of creation for personalised campaigns which are very much engaging for the users and hence, help us with our conversions. These campaigns can be created fairly quickly and the implementation of WebEngage has been fairly easy because of its interactive UI. The integration of WebEnagage was quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data fetching API does not work properly and often and it is tough to get technical members of WebEngage over call with Customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped us a lot with user engagement which has in turn helped us increase our trial to subscription conversions which has boosted our revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about purchasing this tool is their support team. Easy to integrate through script and also via GTM. The events and user journey is easy to track and analyze. The segmentation part is also a good functionality. Creating and editing journeys is easy for beginners as well as for experts.
Personalized emails function is a commendable part. Anytime we get stuck with any sudden issues related to this their support team connects immediately with us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing as dislike we are still using this tool. But sometimes we get script errors a lot on our console pf our website which is still not rectified.

Personilization is amazing in Webengage. Also journeys help a lot to send multiple communications. We have migrated to webengage from an another marketing tool and have seen a lof more improvement and utilization of the tool.

We now use WebEngage as a necessary tool for all of our everyday tasks. The marketing team uses this software extensively because they are responsible for launching campaigns nearly every day. Although it took some time, our Backend and SDK team was amazed at how simple the connection was. After a successful integration, the event tracking features were quite helpful. It is striking how frequently our staff uses it, particularly the marketing and data teams, demonstrating its everyday relevance. One of our best features is the ability to create user journeys, which helps us improve our user engagement. The automated features of the program greatly improve work management, especially for the marketing staff.

The customer support lacks in appropriate responses at times. Although the documentation of WebEngage tool is quite adept, the need to approach WebEngage customer support isn't needed often.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using WebEngage daily for almost more than a year now and one of the best benefits I have observed is that there are multiple features which can be used for user engagement. One of them is creation of user journeys which can be done very quickly with the help of WebEngage. There was no need to use any third-party tool for any integrations as WebEngage is self sufficient with a lot of features. The interface of WebEngage is fairly interactive which is very easy to get accustomed to it and fairly easy to implement. The customer support is prompt with their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really great if WebEngage could provide us more flexibility in their subscription plans because for a small company like ours, it becomes very hard to allocate big resources to marketing tools. Although I believe the ROI is quite good, we still feel a pocket pinch due to our company's position.

We have been struggling to improve our company's revenue for a while and by maximising WebEngage's potential we have created several user journeys, created personalised emails which has helped us improve our user enagement and has been a great help for the entire marketing team.
