I've been using website for 1.5 year and it has been wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about WebEngage is their relentless commitment to continuous improvement. They consistently enhance their product, making it better with each passing day. Their customer support is also pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easier to use and I don't see any issues in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is solving critical problems in customer engagement and retention by providing a robust platform for personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns. It helps streamline communication through emails, SMS, push notifications, and web overlays, ensuring we reach our customers effectively. By leveraging real-time analytics and customer journey mapping, we gain valuable insights into user behavior, allowing us to tailor our strategies for better results. This comprehensive approach not only improves our customer interactions but also boosts conversions and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager, it is very necessary to know what customers are looking for and then create segments accordingly and send personalise communications to them to get more results, track the entire user journey and nurture them timely. All my needs have been fulfilled using WebEngage for last one year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a little difficult to understand for new bees. it could be better if its more easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting clients and sending them personal communications in automated from was the big problem that Web Engage has solved.
Good tool to engage with users effectively
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is easy to implement and use. Getting all the insights about users and making appropriate decisions to activate the communication channels is super simple. WebEngage POC and support are also helpful in solving any query/concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile and web sync while users transition from one platform to another is a challenge that must be solved. E.g. if a user is on the App and registering while registering if they go to the web environment and come back on the App after registering attribution is broken for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up campaigns for users as per their actions on my Website and App and the insights by Webengage are good to optimize the campaigns, comminications, segments, jouneys to effectively better the outcomes.

I have been using WebEngage for more than 2 years, and I am proud to mention that their ability to build a product and relationships with their clients is beyond appreciation. I am glad to have been in contact with their team to increase customer engagement and retention for our company, TutorBin, and I can say that our decision to use WebEngage was one of the best to date. We have successfully increased retention using WebEngage journeys and curated segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there is nothing to dislike about WebEngage, whether as a product or as a team. Whenever there is a concern related to the product, their team helps us resolve it on a priority basis. I would like to appreciate their customer support team for their assistance and resolutions throughout our usage.

WebEngage is addressing the most important metric in any business: customer retention. In my work experience, there can be no retention without engagement. WebEngage helps track user behavior and leverages this information to drive customer engagement based on their likes and dislikes.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using WebEngage for 5 years. It is super simple to navigate and easy to setup campaigns. The interface is user-friendly, so setting up and managing campaigns is a easy task. I love there analytics part where we can able to combine engagement with product to get better data understnding, It also making our communication much more effective. The automation features are a huge time-saver, ensuring our users always hear from us at the right time.

It prevents repeated communications with users.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all WebEngage helps you target the right users with the right channel with a very easy to use interface. Features such as Personalization, A/B testing helps garner better response rates in campaign efforts. Simple yet easy SDK integration with application allows us to better track events such as login and session details etc. Web engage journeys are one of the best when it comes to implementing campaign logic. Automation of Campaign workflows is breezy with action based triggers and delays based on user behavior. Link Tracking and analysis features further help me understand campaign performance at the deeper level. For eg. with A/B testing i can test two variants of the SMS and which ever gets the most engagement will be used for the bulk of the users. Which intern helps me improve my campaign strategies. I am using web engage for all of our daily campaigns. Marketing as well as collection. lastly the support that you received from the customer support team. They are like wizards who know what needs to be fixed and will promptly take actions on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are lacking or missing such as AI content suggestion tool for push and email campaigns. some pre built templates would have also helped. Another feature which I think should be improved is the reports section. They should offer more customization options when it comes to reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is enabling us to streamline and improve our digital collection efforts. earlier, we used to struggle a lot with Disjointed communications across different channels such as SMS, IVR, EMAIL. Manually triggering of these collection messages at the right time was a difficult task and personalization was also missing from it. Earlier we used to juggle between multiple vendor platforms to execute these campaigns and moving from one vendor to another for SMS or IVR services was an hassle. Web engage allowed us to use multiple vendors minus the hassle of going through the vendor specific panels. Another advantage of using web engage is effective link tracking. This feature allowed me to identify which channel is actually driving the conversion and which isn't. This information can be further used to do the cost optimization of campaigns. Omnichannel journeys have allowed us to put sms,ivr, Whatsapp and push in one simplified journey which gets triggered based on user actions such as click, open, read and events such as paid, form filed, documents submitted etc. Further more A/B testing not just allows you to test different variants of content but also different vendors. To put it simply assume you want to send 2 different versions of sms through two different vendors this can be done with web engage. All of these feature have allowed us to Design seamless collection journeys that reach users on their preferred channels at preferred time. Also Automated collection messages based on user behavior ensure that they receive the right message at the right time on the right channel.
Overall, WebEngage is making our digital collection efforts more automated, data-driven and ultimately more successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Web Engage's customer sucess team ( customer support) plays a key role in driving your journeys and campaigns bringing in best practices and analyzing and tweaking journeys to ensure we follow all industry standards which has helped us drive incremental revenue.
Their Rnd team comes with innovatations making the tool have so many new features and functionalities that have helped us create a lot more journeys and campaigns apart from the BAU's.
Without offline and online data on web engage, now we are truly expereincing customer 360 through web engage. We have a lot of use cases that we plan to implement in the near future. The integration with various inhouse systems is surely a plus and needs to be highlighted. It is also worth noting that the implementation did not take time at all and took less than a month. Kiddos to the onboarding team for the brillant turn around time to get it up and running!

Honestly, the tool is superb with a lot of features. We as a team is looking forward for the much awaited "magic box". I truly belive that this will be a revolution with so much of value addition that it will bring in! We are so much curiously waiting for this feature . This will take web engage to a different level for sure, AI/ predective analytics so much more. CEP+CDP+AI will unleash all together a new proposotion what the industry has not seen.

Our offline and online data is now available in web engage giving us a customer 360. Now we are able to create segmentation, tarrget customers with personalized offers , review and analyze take up all in one tool. This is very important for us. This has helped us to understand our customers better which has led to an elevated customer experience.

1) Clean, Clear and Analyzed data. Can't thank events section enough for this that even gives timely updates if a certain number of messages were sent out or not.
2) Automations: Sending series of messages based on the actions and reactions of the customer is pretty impressive. Through this, we stay connected with the customer throughout the sales funnel, giving us an opportunity to set communication tone accordingly.

Good User Management Tools - Beyond our thinking
What do you like best about the product?
The Journey Flow is very Smooth and Easy to use on all channels; the Data Analysis part is good; Daily, we use the Dashboard, it is very easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it gets very slow, and there are some bugs in the SMS Section I have already consulted with the POC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to go to different places for different communication channels, and also the very important thing is our data is in only one place, no need to share on different platforms.
