What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage offers a wide range of tools for email marketing, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The tool is user-friendly and robust. Setting up WebEngage is also not a complex task. Have been an avid user since the last 12 months

User Interface is friendly to work on
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is the user interface which makes it very easy for the user to implement the campaign.
WebEngage is full of features that improve customer experience and increase the frequency of usage of our campaign which helps us to reach our users on time.
We can schedule N numbers of campaigns and no campaign gets hampered, and neither does any campaign impact any other campaign.
The customer support system of Webengage is also good which is always there to help us in resolving any issue that occurs during the execution of any campaign on Webengage.
The integration between our Data Science Team information and WebEngage team is also very smooth and each information floats easily as per our demand.
WebEngage is full of features that improve customer experience and increase the frequency of usage of our campaign which helps us to reach our users on time.

I'm fully satisfied with the support and features provided by WebEngage and my experience is good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we used to face many issues like Personalisation not working for the name tag and now we can use the name tag which has increased the CTR by about 62% on app push and about 82% on WhatsApp.

What do you like best about the product?
I am pleased with Webengage’s versatile integration capabilities for managing WhatsApp, push notifications, emails and more. The intuitive interface, effective campaign management tools, and detailed analytics have significantly enhanced our communication strategies.

While Webengage offers many valuable features, I have a few concerns. Sometimes the platform has longer loading times, the WhatsApp integration process is quite lengthy, and segmenting can be somewhat complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is a powerful omnichannel customer engagement and retention tool. Indeed a very user-friendly and intutive product. It made it easy to understand and analyze campaign performance across all the channels. Their customer support have always been good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there's a discrepany between the key campaign metric numbers on the dashboard vs the weekly downloaded reports. This could be improved and made better. Rest, Everything seems good.

WebEngage is a great product, it has got all the required features to scale up user engagement and retention efforts. Truly helped us engaging users through every stage of their lifecycle with an omni-channel approach. For us, it has been truly effective with customer retention, Helped us diving growth and revenue!

Minimize the need for manual file creation in marketing on a daily basis.
An intuitive tool backed by amazing Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive tool that makes life much easier in every way. Additionally, the customer support is promot and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend it to peers looking out for platforms that make using marketing chnnels such as Push Notifications, Email a strong way to connect with their audience. Kudos to the Customer Success Team in particular.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helps bridge the drop-offs in the user journey of myHQ. It is extremely helpful as it allows us to use different channels such as WhatsApp, Push and Email in the most efficient way possible. We can do cross-channel marketing and it being intuitive is one of the biggest advantages out there.
