What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the platform has the things i need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are particular use cases that i am unable to implement on WebEngage like Caraousel on WhatsApp. And this is dependent on your integration with the thrid party, i.e. all the third parties dont provide that.
Additionally, in the past, I have struggled with capping the campaigns to only x number of people in a journey. for, eg: if i want to branch within a journey. There was a very complicated way of doing that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send do most of the things. like one platform on which i can send, WA, SMS, PNs , emails etc. so this is quite helpful.

The detailed analytics and insights provided by WebEngage allow us to optimize our strategies and deliver better results consistently.

Platform is Little Complex for the beginners, also Bit Expensive for Small businesses , especially for those who need advanced features.

Web engage Significantly Improved our Ability to connect with customers across multiple Channels.Before using WebEngage, we faced difficulties in creating personalized and targeted campaigns that resonated with different segments of our audience. We also struggled with tracking the performance of our engagement efforts in a comprehensive manner.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has been of great help to engage users on our platform. Through an intuitive dashboard and multiple customer segmentation features, I find it easier to track the success of my campaigns as well as cohort behaviours. In addition to this, the account managers have also been helpful and friendly. It makes working with partners like WebEngage a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is prone to occasional bugs, meaning data can take a while to update. However, once you raise these concerns with the support team/account manager, these are taken care of.

Segments take a lot of time to create compared to other tools, which makes the function inefficient to use

Its very easy to use, intuitive and the team is really helpful in how to navigate and set up so that you can get the most out of the platform, specific to your use case. Integration was easy and the team supported us in the same.

As a small startup, with limited bandwidth, we are not able to use as frequently as we would like to

We are easily able to customise, design and send out push notifications and run analytics on it. We are able to set up campaigns to engage our user base via push notification, SMS, Whatsapp and even Email

I think best part about webengage is its ease of use in Marketing automation. The process of creating campaigns & journeys is very simple & intuitive. Amazing work on the UI/UX of the tool. It integrates seamlessly with most CRMs.

Nothing too major. Would love to apply it to multiple business units in a single account which share leads. As of now, we are struggling a bit with that

I think primarily WebEngage is helping us with marketing automation and customer journey mapping. It is helping us with our conversion funnel optimisation and we have seen significant result in conversions and ROI
