What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get the complete report and manage complete customer campaign via same platform
What do you dislike about the product?
We dint have direct integration to whatsapp (WATI). It would be great if the team adds the same as one of their partners to make the integration easier. To avoid any middle tire integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New AI equiped feature is great as it helps track different customers from different strategy and we are able to create Funnels to find the drop offs and many more.

Webengage has helped us creating a brand awareness amongst our buyers. Existing and new buyers. It has helped us creating retention journeys. It has helped us increase our AOV. It has also helped us in email marketing and whatsapp marketing. We have made some website personalisation on our website that have helped us increase our sales overtime. Overall, a very good tool to have for a new brand like ours.

Competitive package out of everything available in the market presently and CSM plays a crucial role in delivering the best results for clients. One of the best things about WebEngage is its super responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about disliking the platform. The slowness in getting new developments is the only feedback I would like to post.

The platform is user friendly. Number of features present in the platform helps in resolving numerous amount of use cases. Customer support also tries to resolve issues/query promptly. There has been a lot of improvement in the dashboard in the recent years.

The integration is easy with WebEngage compatible platforms but when it is not, it takes time. Also, there is delayed response from technical teams when stuck in a campaign/use case.
